Rubricx was the most expensive bid, but I got the distinct impression that the others would rush the job and were cutting corners, especially with regards to foundation preparation. Last thing I want is to spend money and find myself with problems a few years down the line. Joseph was very responsive and took the time to discuss all my concerns with me. I wasn't disappointed with my decision. The crew was great and did first rate work, responsive to my idea about installing a catch basin to be able to capture debris as part of the drainage system modifications, and generally went above and beyond. The driveway turned out beautifully. As I said, perhaps a bit more expensive, but if you are someone who cares about quality and value for your money, I highly recommend.

They developed a "picture" for me of how the job would look and gave me a lot of insight and advice on what would work best for my mom and her yard. I was truly astonished that Sarah made the effort to make suggestions that were based on functionality and not on profit. I was willing and wanted to pay for a more extensive design but, her advice made for a more functional area that works much better for my mom then what I had envisioned. With the added bonus of lowering the total cost by 6% because of removing the "fluff" that I had originally thought was needed. I was not able to be there for the installation but, Mike and Shane made sure to keep me updated on the progress and called me several times with questions and to let me know when they ran into unforeseen problems. I recently worked with TA365 and their lighting guru, Josh Ribero, on lighting up our lanai. It is a new service they added Josh has done all of my landscape lighting adding significant numbers of lights around our home. The opportunity to light up our lanai intrigued me. The results went beyond my expectations. Not only do the lights look incredible as the photos show, but the lights also pair perfectly with the lanai. The wire management for these ten lights on a separate transformer is immaculate. I am able to control the lights with an app on my phone. Their communication with me throughout the whole process was second to none. The owner came out to provide me with a quote and offered awesome suggestions I hadn't thought of when planning my patio extension. The pavers for the extension are perfectly matched to my existing patio. I couldn't be happier. And not only that, they went above and beyond and fixed some loose and sinking pavers that had previously been installed by another company. After the job was completed, I had them seal all of my pavers and it's literally the best I've ever seen. I used Paver Pro for sealing in the past and it was the worst application of sealant, sloppy job and didn't last for even a full month. Lima Stoneworks has restored my faith!!
