I waited, I even tried to wave down the other server. She just looked at me and walked away. She didn't even bother to tell my server that I was ready to order or that I needed something. Not only that, but the prices were pretty ridiculous. $18 for a simple Cuban sandwich? Not including something to drink? The macaroni salad was very good, the coleslaw was rather tasteless unfortunately.

After a day out on the boat, three friends and I walked in expecting a decent meal. Instead, we were met with pure hostilty from the moment we crossed the threshold--all because one of my buddies, a veteran, had his legitimate service dog with him. The utter lack of respect from the staff, including the manager and bartenders, was unacceptable. They made it blatantly obvious that we were unwelcome, treating us like a hassle rather than paying customers. The staff's tone was nasty, condescending, and completely unprovoked. To disrespect anyone this way is bad enough, but to act with such blatant disdain toward a veteran with a service dog is disgraceful. Do not waste your time or money on an establishment that treats people with such contempt. Take your business anywhere else.

The food is always top notch! Today I enjoyed a Red Osier roast beef sandwich which could have served two people- the meat was medium & tender served with a jus and horseradish.
