Food was amazing. The truffle fries were to die for, and the cheese curds were amazing. With both the apps the 1/2 flat breads were just the right amount of food, and still had left overs!! Great service aswell.

I loved the vibe here. The place is huge and is host to many events. On our visit on a Wednesday, it was pretty quiet. We ate inside but the patio vibe was energetic. I felt like I needed to get a cocktail at a distillery so I chose the Cosmo which was very good. For dinner I chose the salmon and husband had the French Dip. My meal was not very good. Salmon had a nice sear on it but bottom half was rather cold. The pasta served with it was cold. It just wasn't very good. Maybe I picked the wrong meal. Staff was great. Drinks were great. Atmosphere was great. Gave rating based on those factors.

Our first time here was fantastic! We brought our dog Yukon with and the server brought out a dish of water with a few samples for us to try. She was very willing to suggest items for us to try as we're all of the other employees in the tasting room. The facility was beautiful! They did an awesome job renovating an old Shopko building. The burgers we ordered were cooked to perfection and tasted heavenly. We loved it and will definitely be back!

First time at Tattersall. As a chef, restaurant connoisseur, and traveler, I am so happy to say that this place is very unique, with great personality, great dishes, and excellent service, particularly the young waiter who served us, very professional but also with a level of education and knowledge that is rare. On another note, the drinks are local and the spirits have been distilled on-site for years. Excellent quality in all aspects of the preparation of the alcoholic beverages. The dining room is very well-defined and coherently demonstrates the relationship between the food service and a very well-established and spacious bar. The only thing I have to mention is that, unfortunately, I found the restaurant's manager on duty to be not very friendly for her position. I approached her to compliment the enterprise and express my opinion about this wonderful place. Sadly, she should have a little more PR for her position.

Lovely food, service, and beautiful location. Wish I had an event to use their event space for! Just looks beautiful! Took the drive from Minneapolis on Saturday and enjoyed their happy hour. Bacon flatbread is soo good. Thick but bacon. Cheese curds, truffle fries and smash burger. Great drink options. All things even from regular menu were delicious. One of us got the walleye fish and chips. The cake ooh the chocolate cake that one was the best!!!

The food was 10/10, Emily G provided the best service. Being the Eve of a holiday, the ambiance of the bar was beautiful. Tables were full of happy people, the bar was full of happy patrons, as well. When in River Falls this is place to "dine for"Excellence all around. Happy to have this place so close to home.

Tattersall Distilling in River Falls was a fun and wonderful experience! We went here with a large group for girls night and was able to be seated right away at a big booth. The vibe is nice with low lighting and modern decor. The food was absolutely delectable! There wasn't one thing at the table that someone didn't like. Everyone loved their food! I got the French dip and enjoyed every, mouthwatering bite! The meat was tender and savory, while the bread was soft. Dipping it in the au jus made for the most comforting, delicious meal! There's a cute little gift shop in the building that we checked out after dinner. There also looks to be an outdoor concert venue that would be fun to check out in the summer. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Our daughter's wedding and reception were held at Tattersall. The event space was perfect for an outdoor ceremony, indoor/outdoor cocktail hour, and dinner reception. We found the staff to be friendly and professional. Any questions or issues we had were quickly resolved. Guests shared compliments about the walleye appetizer and the candied bacon appetizer. The brandy old-fashioned & mango iced tea cocktails were delicious as well. We would definitely recommend Tattersall for weddings and other large events.

It's hard not to be astounded at Tattersall! Their salmon is perhaps my favorite in the world. I've had it both in a salad and as an entrée, and it's always perfectly crispy and soft at the same time. Don't mind the poorly-lit photo. I may not have captured it well, but the presentation was stunning. Hats off to our server, who took great care of my family and I! It's worth noting that there aren't a lot of meat-free or alcohol-free options, especially if you'd rather not have your food cooked in alcohol. It is a distillery after all, so alcohol is central to the business. I wasn't all that impressed by my blueberry smash mocktail (there was much more ice than drink), but the rest of my party had no complaints about their drinks, and the salmon more than made up for it.

My sister and I had a blast here last night at the River Falls Location. We came for the Lissie Concert and it was worth my drive in from the South West Metro. I have been a huge fan of Tattersall liquor but my homemade drinks are NOTHING compared to their professionally crafted cocktails. They were delicious!!!! And we were able to make our best choices because we were capable of getting a tester before committing. Everyone should do that! We both have high standards for WI cheese curds and they may have risen to the top of my favorite curd list. We decided to split the cheese curds and a burger and that was a perfect amount for us. The mini-concert was great I had not even heard of Lissie but I am sure to add a couple of songs of hers to my playlist. We wish would had brought a blanket to sit on and if they would have had more tables to gather around or set our drinks down would have been the cherry on top. Overall the good things were fantastic and the bad things (can I even say bad things) I can easily get over and are fully compensated by the good.

There's really no redeeming value to be associated with this place other than it being a cool place to have a beer during the hot summer months. And downright freezing during the winter! Me finding myself tethered to John (a local gadabout) who drags me to a seemingly endless line of beverage intakes of an alcohol nature, and I not being use to the effects of cold and ice. The ice in the parking lot can be treacherous, and the inside is like aging beef in cold storage! Ahhh but that only adds to its charm. Tie that in with the warm hearts sharing the bar and it makes for a memorable experience. But not one that I would frequent on a daily basis. I heard stories about there being caves associated with Nova. Who knows, maybe someday John will get me an invite to explore and I'll come across Injun' Joe just like Tom Sawyer. My luck though it'll be a rabid bat I find. A memory ever associated with the bowels of the dive which is Nova. Honestly speaking, I had fun at Nova, cold and all. We would have stayed longer but alas, a dinner engagement loomed which would provide us the opportunity to indulge once more, and more importantly, thaw out! Quick Tip: After you've had your fill at Nova you can walk down to the corner for ice cream at the Dairy Queen. You'll find that novelty warmer than what you had to endure at Hudsons finest dive.

It was hot, sunny, there were flies and bees--yet we could only sit outside. I selected this place because of it's supposed atmosphere, beer & drink menus, and food. Since we weren't given, told about or offered beer and drink menus (in addition to being forced to sit outside after we asked to sit inside), that meant atmosphere and menus were negatives. My Mom and niece ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch wraps with fries and thought they were good. I ordered the fish & chips and upgraded my side to cheesy chive hash browns. The lime-radish slaw was dry and bland, the fish was fishy so I doused it with all the juice from my lemon slices that I could, but the hash browns were yummy. Our waitress was okay, but the bartender was the real star, making drinks, running inside to get our meals and deliver them, plus deliver ranch and ketchup later.

The place was busy but thankfully not chaotic busy…read more When I entered the host sign was turned to "Please Wait To Be Seated" but nobody was there so I started to mosey to see where I thought the musician would play? I entered the dining room off to the north and asked a staff where he would play? She pointed to the area by the host stand. As I began to make my way to the stand to wait to be seated I saw two women vacating a table so I asked them if they were leaving and if I could have their table? I was only there a short few minutes before the bartender came out to ask if I needed a drink or a menu? Also stated she would clean the table. I told her "I saw the wait to be seated sign but nobody was there". She said they do that so the servers don't get overwhelmed. There were a few cocktails that sounded absolutely delicious, but they'll have to wait for another day when I have room in my belly. I opted for the kids grilled chicken tenders, it was like a pounded out chicken breast cut in to strips, perfect enough for me. I like the decor...look up, some of the light fixtures are wagon wheels w lanterns hung from them. The area above the "gambling" corner has a car bumper and old Radio Flyer just below the ceiling, fun. There is a sign on the wall there that reads: Drinks 2-for-1 while gambling. If that's your jam! The acoustics were great for the musician! Parking Parking was easy w all four sides of Main Street offered free parking and the east/west running streets also offered free parking. Nutty Squirrel has a sign on the wall near the host stand that lists their daily Specials. My server was "sous-chef trying to earn some extra cash, Anthony". Let me tell you, as I asked a fellow who was bopping around all night "are you the manager? Sous-Chef Anthony wasn't good... he was freaking fabulous! I asked him for a sauce lid a bit ago and said don't you dare come back here in two minutes with a lid... I'm here all night!" Anthony replied "I'm not doing anything else at the moment." When he had brought out my food I asked "could you bring out silverware when you get a moment?" Anthony replied "I can do it now, I got you." He was so friendly and attentive, very much appreciated. Thanks Nutty Squirrel for a simply delightful evening! Delicious food ordered from and brought out by a friendly fellow in a comfortable and well lit environment for a reasonable price. Looking forward to my next visit when I can imbibe in a cocktail or maybe have the Burger of the Month! Cheers!
