The food and staff were both amazing! This was a perfect morning meal. I wish I was feeling better because I would have absolutely demolished the entire meal. The seasoning on the potatoes was my favorite part - so delicious!

The lamb kabob pita was an excellent dish for lunch. It is just the right portion, enough to fill you up without having leftovers to carry around. The coffee at tatte is always consistent and the space is clean with enough seating and outlets available to work.

    Takeout shakshuka! I recommend!

This place was busy in the morning despite the area appearing dead. Tons of delicious-looking pastries, but I went for the shakshuka for takeout. It was still hot when I got to work and came with like 4-5 pieces of delicious toasted and buttered bread. No complaints! My coworker apparently loves the oatmeal from there and I was tempted to try.

Nice menu that includes breakfast and lunch and dinner items. You order at register and they bring it to your table. I had shakshuka it was good. Not great but pretty good The baked items here are good as well Croissants, cookies, pastries, etc Nothing too traditional. Most items have had a sort of twist to try and elevate the flavors. That's not always great ie; the Hava chocolate cookie. Sounded good but was bland and it was a search to find the chocolate The location is really nice and the place is pretty and retro with very clean surroundings and a wonderful and friendly staff

I've been wanting to try Tatte for so long and this week I finally got to try it! I loved it so much my family and I doordashed it 5 times this week. I even went in today to work on my laptop for a few hours and check out the ambiance. It was super busy and the music kinda drove me nuts but it was very clean, lots of seating available for both groups and singulars like me, and they had a water station which was nice. The food is amazing and there's a ton of flavor in everything on the menu! I've made it my mission to try everything on there because it all sounds so good. You can tell it's quality, you're not going to get a bland soup and sandwich like from Panera. The price point is up there but at least the quality matches. Today I got the iced pistachio latte and the prosciutto and fig panini. I'm a big fan of weird flavor combinations and the fig jam in this sandwich really worked, going to keep ordering this. I've definitely had better pistachio lattes, though. Mine had something rock hard in it at the bottom and it didn't taste very much like pistachio. The corn and spinach shakshuka was soooo good and flavorful!!! For 17$ I wish there were more than 2 poached eggs in there... but it was something different on the menu that I've never had before that I was super excited to try- need to order the other 2 variations next. I tried the short rib grilled cheese sandwich, through doordash, and this one was my least favorite because the bread was smashed and I didn't taste the beets and cheese that were supposedly in there, which made the horseradish overpower it a little bit. Still a solid sandwich, though and I appreciated the unique menu. Pretty pink color! The chicken salad sandwich was my favorite out of everything on the menu but I never got a pic of it... the BEST chicken salad sandwich I've ever had. The cucumber and spread inside really worked and I loved how they didn't make it just a plain chicken salad sandwich like everywhere else, they put their own spin on it and my mom and I are OBSESSED with this one!!! Dessert-wise, I still have a loooong list of them that I want to try but the vanilla krembo was magical. Not your typical dessert, never heard of krembo before. The meringue tasted like marshmallow and I loved the filling. I'm so glad I got to finally understand the hype about Tatte bakery and I 10/10 recommend it!!

Tatte is pumping life back into Reston Town Center. That area of the town center had not been thriving for some time, but the wine place and Tatte seem to have helped its resurgence. Both indoor and outdoor tables looked packed. We had breakfast and dessert and both did not disappoint. I recommend the shakshuka that was perfect in every way: flavor, eggs, presentation. I love a fast casual place with dining room staff. These places definitely deserve the tip.

Great selection of baked goods and drink choices. The place had lots of ample seating and could even host large groups. The drinks were served fast and right to your seating if you dine in. The ginger/mango refresher was okay. It was premade juice that was sitting in the fridge and had a lot of pulp from the ginger making it hard to drink. Ideally it would be better if it was strained! I would stick to their coffees and baked goods.

Croque Monsieur with Mornay on the side - simply AMAZING!!!

I ordered through DoorDash And the service is great! The food arrived on time and the food was just absolutely fantastic! it was my first time ordering from here and it was beyond my expectations!! they listened to every instruction that I provided, which appreciated and a lot of restaurants do not so that was a big plus! I ordered the croquet monsieur on a croissant with the mornay on the side. I also ordered the turkey BLAT without tomato/onion relish and no sriracha mayo. In addition to that, I ordered a Blueberry, Beet, & Ricotta salad with extra dressing on the side and NO candied cashews, and NO pickled onions...which they kinda listened to. I thought the food was amazing and I would love to try this food out in person! I would love to try this food out in person and see what the vibe is inside the restaurant one day!! I would definitely go here again!!!!

Crowded, overpriced, and overhyped. My black sesame latte wasn't as good as advertised. You can get overstimulated in there. Too much people for mid food. Inside is cute though.

Disclaimer: I ordered through a third party but have been wanting to try Tatte! They packaged the items very nicely and it made it safely to me in one piece. Great service points for that! The dark chocolate muffin appeared dry at first glance but it was delicious. It had what appeared to be nuts on top that gave it a nice crunch at the top. It went well with my iced Honey Halva Latte. That was also a delicious latte. I made no adjustments to it and it was the right amount of sweetness. I don't prefer too sweet but this was just right! Although it took a little while to arrive to me, the drink was not watery from the ice! Hoping to go back in person to be able to try some of their other offerings, like falafel and other pastries.

I've been to several Tatte locations locally and really like that the Reston location was more spacious than others. It wasn't as hard to find seating and it felt more like a cafe where you could come, sit for awhile and relax vs eat and run. I had the Fig and Prosciutto panini which was delicious

I stopped by here on a rainy late afternoon. This isn't my first visit to Tatte, but it was my first visit to this location. The pastry case was a little picked over, which is to be expected at that point in the day. I ended up getting the crumble cheesecake and a hot chocolate to drink. Everything was fine. It didn't shock my socks off. It was freezing inside but I loved the seat and read my book and enjoyed myself for about 30 minutes before I had to warm up. The staff was kind, but I'd definitely say late afternoon isn't the time to go.

    Sharon H.

Still the only place that sells a black sesame latte. There is caffeine in this drink, so just be aware--usually black sesame lattes are caffeine free. Ask for less ice! The main flavor is coffee, but you can taste the black sesame. I'm glad they opened up a location in RTC as the other locations are too far for me. Nice staff and well priced specialty drinks.

It was super packed on a town center concert night. Found two seats at the bar and were served right away. Bartender was extremely helpful and recommending a couple glasses of wine, which were spot on, a little pricey, but at least they were good. I had a Riesling and my companion had a Chardonnay. Ordered some type of tuna appetizer and it was awesome. Also ordered the fried zucchini sticks, but they were mediocre. Then we got a shrimp scampi type entrée and shared it, and it was excellent. Overall, the appetizer portions are VERY small. For the main entrees, we got SPICY SAUSAGE PIZZA, BRAISED PORK PAPPARDELLE, CAMPANELLE, CABERNET BURGER, ATLANTIC SALMON, and RAINBOW TROUT. -Spicy Sausage Pizza: it was a spicy sausage pizza with some fancy cheese grated on top. -Braised Pork Pappardelle: The noodles were al dente and there was a tomato based sauce. -Campanelle: the white sauce was a little bland. The noodles were al dente. -Cabernet Burger: the patty was very flavorful and juicy. Would recommend this. It came with fries. -Atlantic Salmon: The salmon was topped with a tomato sauce, personally I would have prefer no tomato sauce as it really overpowers the salmon flavor. Under the salmon was some lettuce. -Rainbow trout: this does not come with a sauce on top like the salmon and so is able to maintain a bit of crisp to the skin. Overall, all the food we had here was mediocre. Nothing stood out. The location and ambiance is great, so it's nice for a get together, not for foodies - not recommended.

Figured I'd stop in for a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich and an OJ for a hearty breakfast hankerin'. The place had been renovated since my last pre-covid visit - much needed - and was nicely done up, clean and neat with plenty of table seating and a nice ambiance. I was grabbing to go - order taker was friendly and pleasant and my sandwich was made quickly. The rub for me though was how skimpy and anemic the bfast sandwich was! I took a pic of my sandwich and I'm sorry I didn't take the picture with something to show scale. First and foremost - Einstein bagels have gotten significantly smaller in all around size. What the HELL happened?? Dudes - you aren't fooling anyone with your version of shrinkflation! Laughable, the size of their bagels! Second - to add insult to injury - the bacon, egg and cheese portions in the bagel sando were skimpy as all get out! THIN SLIVERS OF EACH. Check out my photo. I will say that they do ask you if you want 1 or 2 eggs in your BEC sandwich - yesssss I chose 1 egg but ASSumed that 1 egg would be plenty enough. I mean "1 egg" is never really 1 egg, right?!!! WRONGGGGGGG. My reaction to that silly "1 or 2 eggs?" question is - c'mon Einstein - don't ask - just put a decent portion of eggs in the sandwich - it all comes out in the wash and you make your profit whether it's 1 or 2 eggs if you do it right and train your workers. (Anyway, with your shrinkflation-ed bagels, you should be able to afford to put more BEC in the sandwich and still maintain the illusion that the sando is stuffed to the gills. lol.) #eyeroll My goodness - dare I say - McDonald's makes a better and heartier bfast sando (for better value) than this place. First time back since pre-covid and sadly my last. With even fast casual joints fighting for every dollar in consumers' pockets, Einstein you need to show us decent value for our money - this ain't it.
