Despite this verification, Megan at Bee Organized has refused to issue a refund and informed me that the case is "closed." Charging a client for products that are not in their home -- even after confirming they are missing -- is unacceptable. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professionally, but the company has refused to take responsibility. Learned this first hand while on site at my own home (pertaining to the general manager). Very unimpressed. You can see from the videos and photos what I am referring to. There are many options out there these days, and unfortunately this coming has gotten too comfortable and is lacking craftsmanship and integrity. I would avoid them.
