We stopped by Saturday morning for coffee and donuts. Of the 3 donuts we got, one of them was old. It was a chocolate donut with cream custard inside. "This taste weird" should have been a red flag after the first person took a bite. After I took tried, I said "This is so sour." Last person tasted a small bit of the cream, "Don't eat that! the cream went bad!" Despite the donut looking fresh, the cream they had probably went bad. At least the coffee was ok. read more

This is a local donut establishment and I got to say they make some good donuts fresh every morning plus their smoothies are really good .The services is friendly and courteous and you receive your breakfast or what ever you order in no time. There's plenty of parking, handicap stalls are close by .You need to get there early because everything is usually sold out by the afternoon. read more

If I can give this shop a zero I would. I bought a ham, bacon, and cheese croissant. I got a small pre-made egg, the bacon was cut in half 2 small pieces, and a piece of ham. Horrible!!!!!!! Such a small cheap croissant. Then the raspberry donut has a nickel size of raspberry. Even Krispy Cream has more raspberry filling. They are very cheap and charge you a lot. $1 extra if you used a credit card or free if purchase over $20. I got a cheap tasteless croissant, raspberry donut and juice for over $16 and some change. Are you kidding me!!!!!!! That's why I rather travel to Boston donut, everything is fresh and the croissant it might take a minute but that's because everything is made fresh. Never again!!!!!!!!! I rather go to McDonald, Jack in the box or Ihop for that price. read more

I was in need of a sandwich for my son's lunch and found Tasty Donuts on Yelp. I called them at 5:40 am and placed an order for a croissant roast beef sandwich, then decided to add 2 of their breakfast croissant sandwiches. I arrived within 10 minutes and added 6 donuts to my order when they told me the donuts were still warm. They gave me some donut holes to take home to try. Oh these donuts.... were so fluffy and soft and worth the pre-6am visit. The sandwiches were generously sized and pretty good. I like that they put jalapeños in them. This is a great find. I'll definitely come back for another early morning visit. I highly recommend this donut shop for donuts and sandwiches. read more

Hands down, the best doughnut shop in Hacienda Heights !!! I drive 15 minute to get here, even though there a shop 2 minutes from my house. Super fresh doughnuts, the ham and cheese croissant a huge and tasty. The coffee is AMAZING. They also make sandwiches, which I have just recommend all of them. It's worth a drive if you have to. read more

10/10 on EVERYTHING! I tried the croissant #6 once and never looked back, literally it's freaking bomb. The donuts are always fresh as well as their orange/carrot juices. The staff are also extremely friendly which is like what more can you ask for and they have great prices. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone :) read more

I've stumbled upon this place because it is near my friends house. We used to come here early in the mornings to get our breakfast sandwiches. This place has got to be one of the best donut places to get croissant sandwiches. My favorite is the turkey or if I'm feeling for something different I get the roast beef. It is so good I would sometimes come here 1-2 times a week before I go to work. I would call in my order and by the time I get there it would be ready. The guy who works there is also so friendly! I definitely will keep coming back here! read more

Mom and pop shop. Came here last week for quick bite, got some donut holes that were super soft. And a bagel sandwich. Bread was soft, egg cooked well, and sausage was surprising to me, it was a hot link instead of the typical breakfast sausage. I think I would stop by again if I was in the mood to try other sandwiches or donuts. read more

We were recommended to try this place from a local and we were definitely not disappointed. Their donuts are way bigger than any other locations near by and are very fresh as well. I think they have a special if you get a dozen so i would recommend going for the dozen and share if it seems too much. read more

Donuts are good but their hours aren't correct. Drove here because on the Yelp page says they close at 2pm but they closed an hour early. Looked thru the glass and they still had donuts and employee inside but they don't care to sell to you despite their hours saying they are open til 2pm. Turned me away and then they flipped the sign to closed after I got inside my car. Lol read more

I have been buying donuts from this place my entire life and the donuts are delicious. I haver never written a review on Yelp until and am doing so now for good reason. I did not have any cash on hand so I called ahead to see if they take credit card so that I could purchase a dozen donuts. The person I spoke with said that they don't; however, as I was about to hang up, he said that I could pay them back in cash another time. Wow! What a generous act of trust - especially in the middle of a pandemic when less people are buying donuts. I was able to "purchase" a dozen donuts without paying immediately. They had an ATM but I did not feel comfortable using it without my sanitary wipes. I came back a couple of days later to pay for the the donuts and added $5 for their generosity. I hope that they consider using Plastiq to accept credit card payments in the future but hopefully this review show amazing the owners of this shop are!! read more

I came here just to try their donuts because they've been here forever and they haven't gone out of business yet so there must be a reason. So I came here to try their donuts. Outside of the store, they had sandwich specials and when I walked in, I was disappointed because they didn't have a lot of donuts. It seemed like it was a sandwich place because there's more sandwich items than donuts. Anyway, they had a few glazed donuts, bear claws, glazed donut balls, cream cheese pastries, etc....only about a dozen different types. I didn't even see any chocolate glazed donut, which was what I wanted. I ended up getting the glazed donut balls. They give 12 donut balls for $1.20. I don't know if this is a good deal compared to other places but I think 10 cents each is a pretty good deal. The donuts were pretty good too. It was light and fluffy. It was warm too. The glaze wasn't too overpowering. The guy that works here wasn't behind the counter when I walked in. There's a bell on the door to tell the workers or whoever that there's a customer. It didn't take him long to come out to ask what I wanted. I would say the service was ok. Inside needs to be updated. There are a lot seats inside for people to eat their sandwiches or donuts. You can tell the seating is old and the colors are very outdated. It would look nice with new tables and chairs. Overall, I don't mind coming back here again to try other things. I love bear claws so maybe that would be my next thing to try. read more

Love this place! Super fresh, delicious food. Generous portions, and great quality. Never disappoints. Great service, always friendly and fast. My usual is #4 sausage egg and cheese w jalapeño on croissant nothing beats that for breakfast. I tried the pastrami on French roll, and a tuna croissant and they were both great. They also have some unique donuts that are amazing but limited, so you're in for a treat if you come early. Very grateful for this place, and the people working here! read more

This is one of those hidden gems packed away in a very unassuming location. They have some solid breakfast and lunch sandwiches for $5 or $6 flat, and are quite worth it! Take for example the pastrami sandwich on a French roll or croissant - which would easily cost you $8-10 elsewhere... it can be found here for $5! Amazing value here. And they don't skimp out on taste. If you're on a budget and want a solid sandwich, this is the spot! read more
