Best boba place on the west valley! The softest boba and the best assortment of drinks. If you like tea, I would get the peachme sweet tea with boba or lychee jelly. Soooo good. All their teas are great, I also like the lycheepeachy or the strawberry esteazy. Their mango all the way is also a must order, it's a mango slushy with mango bits and a slight hint of strawberry or raspberry. Soooo yummy and refreshing. I haven't really had anything else because I always order the ones above. So happy this place opened in Arizona. I've been going to their California location in Orange County, CA since I was young. They also do party jugs! Great to bring for a potluck or for coworkers. Everything is also cost efficient and friendly, fast service. Must give this place a try! Got thirsty one day and came here with Joyce W. and Michael W. This is their favourite place in the whole entire world. They would travel 20 miles a day, twice a day, for this place. The location has very limited seatings, it's small, clean, well kept, and well decorated. The staff was friendly and professional and kind. Decent quality wooden tables, above average metal chairs. We ordered two Muddy Melon...one with honey boba, and we also got a Watermelon Heaven with a side of Karate Chicken. The Muddy Melon was delicious but a little too much ice. And the Watermelon Heaven was very refreshing. The chicken was average at best. The loo was quite retro and dated. It was however clean, and the toilet is slightly more powerful than a common house toilet, just slightly. The soap was clean smelling. They do not have paper towels here, but they do have a pretty powerful hand dryer machine. I myself prefer paper towels over hand dryers. Not saying hand dryer machines can cause cancer or anything.... Overall an excellent place, a great boba place if you are in the West Valley. read more

Glad we finally have a location here in Arizona! You can customize all the drinks to your preference such as sweetness. The staff are welcoming and really helpful! We ordered the yummy gummy and strawberry sensation with honey boba. We both loved it and enjoyed the small fruit bits that are in the blended drinks. The boba was nice, chewy, and consistent throughout. Do note that the honey boba adds an extra level of sweetness so take that into consideration when you're adjusting your sugar preference. Lots of parking but the space itself is not the biggest. There are a few tables but big groups may have to split up. Other than that, highly recommend you check this place out for your next boba fix :) read more

I've seen Tastea on Instagram a ton, but never got to try it on my countless trips to the LA area. I'm so glad I saw Joyce W.'s tip on this place because I never would've known they were opening in AZ otherwise! Our experience here was great. The food and drinks came out quickly and were as tasty as they look on Yelp and Instagram. The workers were all friendly and answered our questions on the menu since we'd never been before. Given that we went during their soft opening, I expected some hiccups but there weren't any at all. From what I've seen online, their fruit-forward options appear to be the most popular so we got a smoothie and a freeze to try. Both were good and had great fruit flavor, but I would lean towards the smoothie next time because I felt that it had more flavor and was less icy. Food-wise, I really enjoyed the shrimp as it was different than the usual popcorn chicken option (which they also have) and it was fried really well (eat the whole thing, shell and all!) and tasted really good. I also enjoyed the fries which came in a big portion and dusted with their seasoning. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu. It's a bit far from me, but I'm in the area every 1-2 months so I'll make it a point to swing by when I can. If they built a location in the East valley, I'd be there so often! read more

Everyone knows about Tastea in CA and it's been one of our favorite boba places FOR YEARS. I was so excited to see Tastea coming to Arizona so that I wouldn't be missing out on their drinks and Karate Chicken anymore! My favorite boba drinks at Tastea are the Salted Cream jasmine tea, Krypteanite, and Watermelon Heaven. I was so impressed with the level of tea flavor in the jasmine tea that it's now my GO-TO. I've recommended this drink to everyone because it's just so good! So many boba places nowadays don't achieve that true tea flavor, that oh-so-good bitterness, which has been disappointing and honestly reasons for me to never return. The salted cream has the right amount of density and salt that doesn't overpower the delicious jasmine tea. Their All Nighter and and Jasmine Milk Tea are next on my try list. Besides their delicious drinks and addicting snacks, the customer service from all the team members is incredible. They welcome you with smiles and a "WELCOME TO TASTEA" as soon as you walk in the door and I always have awesome customer service at the register too - LOVE THAT! I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes for my drink to come out - that's really fast turn around compared to some other boba places where I've had to wait 10-20 minutes for 1 drink -- YIKES! No thanks. Tastea Glendale's 1 month anniversary was just a few days ago and boy was it busy and rightfully so! I can only see them growing more and more with the amount of love the community of boba lovers has shown them so far! So happy to have a favorite close by. I was very excited to hear that Tastea made its way to AZ! My boyfriend and I finally got a chance to try it and it did not disappoint. I got the lychee peachee with lychee jelly and my boyfriend got the honeydew milk tea. I loved that they had the options of adjusting our drinks the ice and sweetness levels. We both got 50% ice and my lychee peachee was perfect the way it was. The honeydew milk tea was a bit too sweet for our so next time we will adjusting it a bit. Overall, the flavors for both drinks were amazing and tasted exactly the way we wanted it to. We also got the popcorn chicken at the spiciest level and we enjoyed it. We came in for their soft opening. The place is really cute and the deco is great. We ordered the matcha thai milk tea, lychee peachee and watermelon heaven. The watermelon heaven contains mostly real watermelon, and not just powder flavoring - which is super refreshing! The lychee peachee is one of the best lychee drink I've had ever. As for the thai milk tea, I taste a hint of jasmine which is weird because I'm not a big fan of it (just because my tastebuds doesn't like jasmine) but my friends loved it! This place has a very cute in"tea"rior and seating to chill on your own or in small groups, the worker was also nice and super quick in making our drinks. I ordered the Peach Me Freezie slush packed with strawberries and peach, it did successfully combat the hot temperatures of the weekend, but I'll definitely order it with less sugar next time; the 100% sugar amount was too sweet for my complete enjoyment. Its usually hit or miss with the drinks here (very inconsistent drinks) but since it was a special day for us, I ordered a large classic milk tea non dairy 70% sweet with double grass jelly. Unfortunately it tastes like unsweetened whole milk. There's really no hint of black tea and I'm most sad with the amount of grass jelly given especially since i paid extra for double. (Admittedly it's hard to see all of it without a video but even swirling it around there's very little). BUT the popcorn chicken is always really good lol. Went on a trip to Arizona to visit some family and this place happen to be near their house. After reading the reviews on yelp I decided to stop by for a drink. I got the peach me sweet tea with crystal boba as they ran out of regular boba. The flavors were really good, the drink has bits of strawberry and peaches which made it super tasty especially in Arizona heat. It was a bit on the sweet side so I subtracted a star but if there was an option to change sugar percentage and they didn't run out of boba I would give it 5 stars. Highly recommend to read more

1* for service, and not of food quality. My friend and I live in the east valley and frequent this location (the only one in az) often. Because Of the distance, we usually buy multiple jugs. We had a few issues with our orders since January 2020. But finally decided to call this time as my $30 jug of tea was so bitter it is almost undrinkable. The staff Key was amazing. She listened to my issue and had me take pic of the 3/4 full jug after 3 days (usually half way done) and the receipt from the app. She would have likely to remake if I were to go there today, but I wasn't about to make a 40 miles drive today. Unfortunately, the manager/owner won't try to do anything reasonable (had to drive there today to get it remake, can't refund even half because he needed the jug). Poor Kelly has to deliver that message to the customer. While initially I did not call to get a money back or intended to drive 40 miles today to get it replace, the owner's attitude/way of handling and had his manager to relay the message make me want to take the jug out of the fridge and return it to the owner the next time I drive there. It's this type of customer service (or lack thereof) that make me mad and maybe refuse to go out of my way to get my tea. Kelly was so sweet to call me back to tell me that the owner said "the best we can do is give 32oz drink but must be used in 2 weeks." In this case, the owner could have savage my opinion about him had he did not put a timeframe on it, and knowing me, I'd likely return as normal and would have forgo the 32oz "replacement" .... for me how my dissatisfaction of a business can be rectified based on how they handle it, a.k.a the thoughts that count read more

I'm really disappointed in how my experience went today. I am a frequent tastea customer, coming every few weeks or so and I've loved it. First, I preordered for 3:45 at 3:15 expecting it to be ready. I got there a little early, told them I was there and they said okay. I didn't receive my drinks until 4:15 and waited a long time. Even customers that ordered after me in the store got their drinks before me. Next, this is really inappropriate because of sanitation issues and COVID going on. Another guy who order returned his watermelon drink after going outside to his car, said his drink needed boba. The employee took back his drink, opened it, put it back in the blender and put boba in his used cup. Gave it back. Next, she uses the SAME blender for my watermelon drink WITHOUT washing in between. I was watching because I was waiting. I said something to her and she was like "oh I'm sorry I get what you were saying" The manager is watching the entire time and did not even even say anything or acknowledge the situations at the moment. And he didn't intervene when he saw it happened. I talked the manager and he gave the excuses of being busy today. This shouldn't be acceptable in the state of Covid or in general. read more
