We got lucky on a Friday night and I think we must have missed the earlier crowds, because we had no problem snagging two tables for our large party and things were thinning out by the time we left, which was close to their closing time of 9pm. Food is ready at different times depending on what you've ordered, so don't expect a restaurant-style sit-down. The lobstah guy set me up with a nice one-and-a-quarter pounder (pro tip: this is really the best size; larger generally means tougher and less sweet, and this baby was steamed up perfectly).
