Waiting 20 minutes in the lobby for someone to take me out to the yard then asks me what I was waiting for? The neighborly thing would have been to put up a sign saying "No Radio parking. We will tow." Instead their towing company booted every car in the lot a few minutes before bluegrass ended at Radio. Putting up a sign would have stopped people from parking there. Instead this is costing people thousands and thousands of dollars to get the boots taken off. You have to question the motivation.

Coincidentally, I saw someone on the road with a great job done on their truck a week prior. They had gotten the tint job done at JC's. I had my previous job done at Austin Window Tint. On the whim, I decided to switch it up and have it done at JC's this time. I didn't think the job I got done at Austin Window Tint could have been done better, but have to admit that JC's did do it better. Almost flawless job done at JC's. Whereas even on the second try at AWT, there was still noticeable dust/air in some areas -- I asked AWT to reapply after being unhappy with first job, and they gladly did. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was stunning at JC's. Great craftsmanship, competitive prices, nice people at JC's. I'll be using them and recommending them to others in the future.

That said, they are overwhelmed with business to the point that I had concerns about their customer service and attention to detail. I dropped of my jeep nearly 3 months ago with a list of repairs, and it took nearly a month to get a response and quote for the work. Another several weeks to get the work done. I made the mistake of asking about one more minor repair as an afterthought - which set us back another month to find the part, etc. Had I known the cost associated, I would have declined to have it done in the first place. When I finally got the jeep home, I noticed the spare was on - no mention of this when I picked it up. I am very laid back but this experience didn't sit well with me, so I called the manager and spoke with him about it. He offered an explanation but no remedy. In short: they are too busy these days to take care of repeat customers and proactively offer solutions, so I will take my business elsewhere next time.

Ended up replacing my battery and starter. When the engine still wouldn't start they thought I need A WHOLE NEW ENGINE. I took my business elsewhere after getting a fishy feeling from these guys. The next mechanic let me know Just Jeeps never reattached the new starter wires, hence the car not starting. When I asked Just Jeeps why they were convinced I needed a whole new engine & why my starter wasn't connected, they suggested the tow truck driver unplugged my starter???? They also swore up and down my engine was completely ruined and told me I was "clearly confused and should watch a YouTube video on engines". I took it to a 3rd mechanic for an additional opinion and they were astounded by my experience and the way the team at Just Jeeps talked to me. This place did extensive testing and found my engine to be completely fine. They also said I wasn't the first person they heard wild Just Jeeps stories from. I wouldn't be writing this review if 1) I didn't sincerely think Just Jeeps tried to take advantage of me and 2) they didn't talk to me as if I was stupid for asking basic questions on extensive (and misleading) service recommendations. It's been over a year and my engine is still running fine. (FYI if you're looking for a place to go, I highly recommend Buddha's Garage.)

Jason helped me with everything and he's an awesome guy. Everything looked fine upon getting my vehicle back however there was a section in one of the windows where the film was peeled off, they corrected it. Had quite a few bubbles and was told they would go away in about a week or so. So far the quality & the labor doesn't impress me although I got the most expensive one which is the best type of tint. On August 27th I noticed some of the bubbles were still there and more actually started to appear. I am giving them the opportunity to make this better because everyone makes mistakes so this review will be updated depending on the final outcome of the revised tints.
