I can't believe the treasures Gene uncovered from our past--then meticulously indexed them so we could easily view them in folders on the drive. There is no way I'd risk mailing these priceless tapes to some nameless faceless person I found on the web. I handed my tapes to Gene in person, and I knew he would take great care of them. Thank you, Gene. The video and audio files that you recovered did indeed provide us an heirloom to pass on to the next generation. I would highly recommend Gene to anyone who wants to preserve their memories.

She explained that her videographer was unwell, but reassured me that she could do both jobs. However, she arrived an hour late and promised to deliver the pictures within 7-8 days. Some people reported waiting for six months without any response from Sydney. I might have to take legal action to retrieve my payment, but I remain hopeful that I will eventually receive my pictures and video. I am starting to question if this business is legitimate.
