At the last minute, we decided to give Luxilon Furniture a try--and we're so glad we did! Charlie, the owner, was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy. He listened to what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and offered us very fair prices on our sofa, a small table, a lamp, and delivery. The delivery team was also professional and careful, making the entire experience easy from start to finish. We absolutely love our new furniture and couldn't be happier with our decision. Great selection, fair prices, and exceptional personal service! We highly recommend Luxilon Furniture and Charlie!

The bad: The tabletop material already scratched/chipped a bit after wiping with the most gentle microfiber cloth in the FIRST day. Wouldn't say it's better then furniture from a place like, say, Costco. Solid construction but outlet quality. If you are willing to pay a little more I'm sure there are better furniture stores out there. The place gives off major 1970's used car salesman vibes. We were approached by multiple salesman and the one we ended up with followed us around the whole store, and pressured up to pick something out that very day. Wasn't a huge fan of that vibe. More then likely we wouldn't shop here again, though we like our table we purchased and think it is decent!

Terrible service and zero accountability!…read more We purchased a sofa at The Dump in Deerfield and paid in full upfront - the sofa price, delivery fee (including carrying it upstairs), and taxes. The contract is full of penalties for the customer if we are not at home when they deliver. They promised delivery on the 11th. It's now the 24th, and no one has called us, no updates, no explanation. It seems they can delay as long as they want and break their commitments, while we are expected to sit at home and wait for weeks. On top of that, if we leave and miss their random delivery attempt, we risk getting fined - even though they already missed their promised date by two weeks. This is unacceptable. Payment should only be collected upon delivery, not in advance for this "great" furniture shop ! Never again with this store, and I would not recommend it to anyone !!!

Have never had such a pleasant experience of buying furniture !…read moreWe just purchased a new townhouse and needed a reliable store where we could furnish our new house. The owners patiently dedicated as much time as we needed to make our choices (and we are very picky customers). Thank you, guys, for the excellent service!

And that comes off as you don't want a certain type of person in your store. Disappointed. Won't be back. Was prepared to spend upwards of $2,000. Guess me and my money aren't good enough for thrill vintage.

We had purchased a new…read moreking-sized bed and were wanting an eclectic style bedroom, so we decided to procure our own nightstands instead of ordering the ones that matched our bed. We searched online for over a month, visited five or six furniture shops, and even made a special trip to Chicago's Chinatown to try to find something unique. Our greatest setback was the lack of quality in the pieces we saw. My husband stumbled on a local listing for a gorgeous crimson nightstand from M&E that was priced to sell. I love restored furniture and creative vintage flips. We drove thirty minutes to pick up the piece. The owner's inventory was stunning; beautiful and vibrantly colored vintage furniture that was carefully restored. They are extremely open and friendly people who are passionate about what they do. Their prices were more than fair. We were hooked. We asked them to keep us in mind for another nightstand. Not only did they keep in touch, but they found one! They re-did it to our liking and set an appointment for us to come by and get it. Then, my husband spotted another one that he loved more. They graciously offered to repaint it to our liking (at no extra cost, though we offered) and sell us that one instead of the one they had prepared for us. With a generous spirit like that, they should be in business for a long time!

We we looking for a custom size sectional for our family room (because we had limited space to work with) and Crest provided us with a large variety of styles to choose from, which I loved, because I'm super picky about what I spend my money on. Bill was great at answering all of our questions and providing us with options and prices. We were able to select the sectional/cushion size, arm style, fabric (for couch and pillows), cushion firmness, leg style, style of back pillows, etc. It was great having all of these options to choose from and their floor samples gave us an idea of what we were ordering. Crest also has a huge variety of fabrics to choose from, so we were able to pick something durable and kid friendly. Since it was a custom order, I made sure to triple-check our invoice and confirm product ID's before paying, to make sure that all of our customizations were listed out correctly, and they were (Thanks, Bill!). Bill also called us a few times to update us on our delivery date. Very anticipated delivery date came, right before Christmas (as promised), delivery guys called before delivery to confirm time, they were also super fast and set up the sectional in under 10 minutes. We LOVE our new sectional! It was EXACTLY what we had ordered and it fits PERFECTLY into our space.

Smithe before, and the woman who helped explained their setup. They have green stickers on some items, and those items are part of their stock program. Those items are quickly manufactured with little to no customization (they might offer it in a couple different colors from which you can choose). The other items, which I believe have a red sticker, are items that you can put your own spin on. They had some great items from both the stock and custom group; far too many things caught my eye! They're requiring masks of everyone, of course, since we're still deep in the midst of a pandemic. Although the woman who helped me couldn't seem to pinch her mask to her nose to keep it in place; it constantly was falling below her nose. They do have hand sanitizer right at the entrance, and they had masks laid out for customers to use if they came in without them. I'll be back to eventually place an order, and hopefully will remember to post an update!
