I'll be back in a few days to do more returns because I have more things coming that I'll need to return, so I'm glad it was an easy experience today.

Santa was amiable and friendly and was able to corral these two little squirmers while the elf helper took the photos. The pictures were fine; some had digital backgrounds added. The setting still looks good; nothing looked worn or faded. The pictures are a little pricey considering I was also taking pics on my phone. The whole experience makes me a little sad because one family came as we were finishing up but basically the mall was empty. Good on Santa and his helper for being enthusiastic and lively for our pictures. We walked around a little but I didn't see any other families (or dogs) lined up for photos. Shortly after I arrived home I also received a digital link for the photos -- the helper said it might take up to 24 hours for the pics but here they are. 4.5 stars

Off to the right you'll find a nice selection of handbags and a somewhat hidden checkout counter. You'll find name brand sunglasses, and a nice selection of workout clothes (don't miss the 70% off rack). Like any outlet store, you can be expected to to spend some time browsing the sale racks. But it's worth it, because I spotted a great blazer I would come back and purchase to wear with jeans. The coat selection is great. Though I don't want to think about coat shopping, this would be a good time to do it before the men's and women's coats are picked over. There is a men's section in the back. On to the shoes. If you're a woman size 8-8.5, I found that size to have the most variety. They have newer shoes, only slightly discounted, mixed with sale shoes. Employees were missing from most of the store, and the employees we did see were not friendly. The store was dead, so you would think they would want to be nicer to the people that do bother to look around. I would think since it's the season, they would be stocking up on them. The next issue I have with this location is that I had to wait nearly 25mins to check out with my 4 items. They never have the register open in the kids section, which means I need to go to the woman's side, and that line is always super long. I understand if you don't want to have people stationed at multiple locations, but if you have a line of more than 4 people, don't you think you should open up another register- maybe even 2.
