Worst fucking target in Nevada tbh. Went in to grab storage containers. Not of the boxes they had left had matching lids are really any lids that fit at all. More than half their isles are always empty. I usually like cross referencing the app to actual see what I can get at this location and it also says they have what I want but you go in to the store and it's always a different story. I've worked at target before. It's not hard work. read more

I don't know if I can be considered a "Target Aficionado", but I've been to several stores here in town and in other parts of the country and this particular store remains far and away my favorite Target store! This is for several reasons: 1) The shopping carts. They are so well designed. It's the little things, I tell you! 2) It's bigger. It may not be a "Super", but this store easily is larger than the Reno store and the selection for just about everything seems to be greater as well. 3) The location. We love to go to Legends and it's very convenient to that whole area as well as getting on and off of I-80. 4) Getting through check out. I never seem to have to wait very long here to check out. Either the lines are shorter or the checkers are quicker or both. 5) There's a Starbucks. The one in Reno lacks that. 6) They have more food. Not quite a "Super" but close. And their "Archer Farms" brand is amazingly good. A few things could be improved: a) adding cup holders to the shopping carts so I can more easily enjoy my Starbucks beverage while shopping b) it could be a "Super". I'm holding out hope that b) will become a reality before too long. I know I would likely never (voluntarily) step food in a Walmart again if we had a Super Target in town. Please, Target Gods, make it happen! read more

It's a Target and I just really like Target, not much more to say than that besides it's clean and well organized and the staff was very helpful and friendly. read more

Well the new Target is definitely bigger than the old Target. The good news is there's more items. The bad news is that the selection did not increase in proportion with the size. In some cases there's just more of the same stuff. I was able to find a new clock radio that they didn't have in stock at the older Sparks store, for instance. That's an example of more merchandise. But they didn't have any better selection of watches. Just more of the same. And it seems there's an awful lot of space on the wall between the TV sets. Wasted space. It's like they don't have enough merchandise to fill up the shelf space. Things that are new include a bigger frozen food section, a pharmacy, more groceries (like a small supermarket) and what looks like more clothing. Also a Pizza Hut and a Starbucks. The staff is the same mix of friendly competent to jaw-droppingly dumb. I was trying to figure out if a clock radio had a back up battery and it didn't indicate on the outside of the box. The store employee gladly took it over to the boat (that's what they call the little sales islands scattered through out the store) and opened it and we confirmed, no it didn't. So that was good. On the other hand in the check out line in front of me the checker wasn't paying attention to what she rang up and the sale dragged on forever when she went through the reviewed the items in the shopping basket with the items on the receipt before they let the people in front of me leave. I ended up getting all of my purchases refunded at my last shopping experience at the Prater Way Target when clerk overcharged me by $11 and it was taking me forever it get it fixed. I like the store. There's more to pick from. It's just going to take a little longer to get in and out because of the store's immensity. read more

I love the drive up option. I'm concerned about why target employees aren't allowed to wear masks. Also, I shouldn't need to sign for pick up on their phones. You should figure out how to let me digitally sign. read more

I love this Target! I am one of those crazy people who enjoys shopping Target because it's Target and no other reason. They have very good customer loyalty deals, such as the Red card, Cartwheel App and they even give credit to customers who bring in their own shopping bags. The employees are always nice and polite, they even check to see if you are finding everything OK. My only gripe, there will be things on the Cartwheel App you cannot find in store, but that isn't the individual stores' fault. Just keep that in mind when shopping. It is sad that there is an empty Target building minutes from the new location that is now just an eyesore. Wish they wouldn't have moved. read more

Fabulous location , easy return and easy shopping. Store well laid out with many clearance items and helpful staff. Favorite Target easily !

A wonderful Target, clean, new and all that. Carries some great deals as well, can be a pain to get into the Target when people keep trying to kill each other going to Scheels, but that's not there fault. And to grab a Starbucks before you try to melt your face off when you leave? Wonderful. read more

Well this is a fairly new Target, that just added fresh produce and meats, as well as frozen foods. As with most of these large chains there are deals to be found, and some items they make big moeny on. You must be careful on what you buy and when you buy it. The store is clean and the staff very helpful. I got the "Red Card" that gets 5% off every purchase, even if it is on sale. So it is great to use that when shopping the sales here. read more

Place is a dump and staff are rude have had several unpleasant experiences at this place unfortunately it's the closest to where we are staying can't wait to put it behind us read more

Staff had me going all over the store. No clue about stockage. But my post surgical feet didn't like it. Finally after the THIRD person sent me yet elsewhere, I found the manager..he found the item wasn't even in stock! What ever happened to the employee taking you to the item? Target, my least favorite store. read more

My time at target was very well recieved they were very helpful patient and understanding as I was trying to take advantage of there buy 2 get 1 free sale on video games and they were very nice and reasonable with every question request I had they followed t with upmost satisfying customer service and for that I thank them read more

This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had at target. I was hoping to buy a ride on jeep for my boyfriends little girl and when I asked a manager for help he quickly pawned me off to a young associate named Kyle who did his very best to be helpful with the knowledge that he had. When I asked about shipping he radioed for help because he didn't know the process. We waited for someone to show up or radio back for approximately 16 minutes after repeating the request for help 3 more times I finally told him thank-you for trying and I would be purchasing somewhere else. Kyle was very apologetic and this review should in no way reflect badly on him. The management on the other hand should be reprimanded. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. read more

My wife likes Target, I had never really been to one, just WalMart... We went to get some Christmas shopping done - Had a question in electronics about a game - this guy named Brian explained that this game we wanted was discontinued, but remembered he had seen a copy in the back. He personally went and got it for us. People at WalMart would have blown us off completely, most people at Target too..probably! This guy was amazing! He should be running that show! read more

The concession stand is great! They always get me over there with their popcorn! I end up hungry and buying that and the pretzels because they are so good! read more

This target is the worst and needs a new management staff. It is always messy and their sale signage is never correct. The worst part of the store is the staff. They are rude and not helpful. Today while checking out my cartwheel didn't work and lizeth could not be less happy to help while rolling her eyes at me. Its location is convenient because I work near the store but I would much rather drive an extra 15 minutes to the south reno store where I know the people will be nice and helpful. Someone seriously needs to give everyone in this store an attitude adjustment. read more

A great store to find yoga supplies even more so than their other store near Virginia Street. Here, you can find a multitude of different sizes, thicknesses and colors of mats as well as carriers for those mats that range from carriers for a rolled mat only to carriers with areas to stow other items like yoga blocks or clothing changes. They carry blocks and toe-less socks with stabilizing dots on the bottoms and other yoga related items that I hadn't had the use for yet. I didn't notice if they had any yoga pants or tops as I wasn't looking for them. The prices are competitive with those found on Amazon. read more

It's their app and they can't get the inventory on it right? And when I informed an employee at 'customer service' that their inventory was off, I was informed that 'we don't control that'. That's not the attitude I'm really looking for. The Reno store will be getting my business. read more

I love Target! I also love this location, it's close to home and I can easily and quickly stop off there on my way home from work and get anything I need. Sure their prices are a bit higher than Walmart but then again. Their quality is also higher than Walmart and without the massive crowds shopping their cheaper prices. I don't think I have every been really disappointed in the quality or variety in this Target. Their Grapes are always AMAZING and huge and juicy and sweet! I will only by my green grapes from Target. The grocery sections has always been clean, fresh and well stocked. The clothing sections have always been tidy and organized. The pet sections has always been well stocked and clean as well. Their pharmacy section (previous Target Pharmacy) were ALWAYS kind, helpful and went above and beyond out of their way to help me. Something I was always grateful and appreciative for. I was a little saddened when they were taken over by CVS but I haven't been disappointed by CVS their either. Also very helpful and going out of their way to help me. I think I would consider this Target to me my first choice go to store for just about anything I need. I love them! read more

Target what is happening to you?! I am honestly thinking of composing a letter to corporate. This store has been my favorite for years. My clothes, shoes, kids clothes, gifts, accessories, seasonal items, home decor, and even food! I have the red card, the app...my last two visits have made me wonder if they are going out of business? The clothing inventory is terrible for adults! Today they were out of flossers in every brand and slim picking in the seasonal section. Usually I can always find fun socks for holidays or accessories and there was hardly anything there other than some green socks with beer on them not appropriate for the kids and even then there were like 3 pair! I tried to find an outfit for a casual night out a month ago and the women's clothing section appeared like the entire area was an old clearance rack. Where am I going to go? For those who love Target, where else do I shop? read more

an employee in the name amber is outrageously rude! she didn't put the bags gently down she threw it down! if she is gonna be in a bad mood i suggest not working there, but an employee in the name monserat is very kind and caring read more

My son and I came to the store to purchase a blanket and mini fan. Halfway into shopping, I began feeling lightheaded and ended up laying in the electronic department of the store. My son contacted security for assistance. They must have called paramedics because I was not able to stand up on my own. Besides the trip to the hospital, the Target employees were awesome making sure I was comfortable. My son and I went back later that evening to finish our shopping and thanked the manager for taking great concern and care for me. read more

I wanna start this review off by saying THANK YOU to Gysel and the other beautiful girl with the curly hair who work morning shift at guest services and the morning shift security who was working this morning. They helped me troubleshoot an issue that a night shift girl caused me last night. I exchanged my AirPods because I didn't get the ones I wanted so I needed the left over balance in cash or retuned back to my card! She inconsiderably did my exchange and gave it back to me on a gift card but didn't tell me that was gonna be the way she was going to return my money and if that was the only way she could have then she should have told me before hand before we continued the transaction because if that was the case I would have kept the other AirPods. Since it was late at night I decided I wouldn't keep trying to express myself and come back in the morning. Long story short these people helped me get my return the way I wanted it and it was a sort of long process and they had a great attitude about it. Thank you ladies and man you deserve some recognition! read more

So while the employees are über friendly and the store was clean, not to mention I love their brand of health foods (archer farm... something or rather) the FRESH produce is anything but. I bought grapes yesterday and opened them today and found mold on them. Am I upset about it yes, am I going to make a fuss about it no. I still like to do my shopping there and will continue to choose target over wal mart. For those who haven't been in they have a Starbucks and a pizza place I believe which is convenient. (The Starbucks, I don't like fast food) read more

Came to this Target originally just for the Chase ATM machine. But, of course, we got side tracked and ended up buying $40 worth of goodies. This Target was very clean and organized. The cashier and the Starbucks Barista were uber friendly. I wish all Targets were like this. Another plus is that this Target is surrounded by a bunch of outlet stores which I plan on hitting up later. I also got a treat stamp on my Starbucks receipt for a $2 iced grande drink after 2pm today. Yay Target!! ... Even if you always rob me before I leave your store. =/ read more

This place basically rules. The prices are very competative and there is always a warm microwaved meal for $2 awaiting you on the other side of the check out! But seriously, if you are a guy looking to meet a woman between the hours of 10:30 am and 4:45 pm, perhaps a single mother with two kids, this place is Mecca. read more

I love that this place has a Starbucks inside! It's so nice to be able get a Starbucks for your shopping trip or grab one on the way out to replenish yourself. The customer service/returns people are nice and helpful but expect a line. They have a well laid out and well stocked store and the staff is always more than happy to help you find something. Reason for four stars instead of five is that they need to restock items more often, I find that they often have empty shelves but do have items in the back, which is kind of annoying! Anyways still a great place, worth the drive out read more

I use the pharmacy at Target. They are awesome. I can get my prescription filled within 10-15 minutes. It is done by the time I pick up a couple of things. Plus, they color cordinate our family prescription bottles with these little rubber color things on the bottle. read more

Friendly workers they all offered me help as I passed by. Cashier asked how my days been and this target is nice and quiet towards the night

Called the store 5 times to ask if they carried an item and each time the phone rings they pick up and hang up the phone. I've even tried getting through to a different department and same thing. So frustrating! read more

If you have to do errands in Reno, travel towards the Sparks area which is more suburbs and family friendly - no people smoking, drinking, or loitering. This Target is clean, large, and customer friendly. It is also located at the Legends where the outlet stores are and has a pretty decent neighborhood. read more

What an amazing experience. I don't live near so I don't come here often. I was looking for boogie boards. Upon walking down the main isle I noticed a really nice looking school uniform skirt on a mannequin. I stopped to look but could not find any on the racks. I asked one of the staffers that was restocking and she immediately helped and started looking. She thought the dress on the mannequin may be the last one and she would take it off if I wished. Another staff member came over to assist and she also offered the dress on the mannequin. Both of these female staffers were friendly knowledgeable willing to help. I did take the dress being offered. Next I went on to find the boogie boards. I came across another staffer that was busy stocking items and inquired where to find the boards. Smiling knowledgeable she was actually going to walk me back to the area. Wow! I thanked her and told her I could find the area. When I got to pool items and asked another woman. She stated she didn't know what a boogie boards was, but after I described the item took me to what was described. Wow! Again helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. When I picked up the boards they were not priced. The price checker machine was broken but right on the next isle was another staffer doing inventory. When I asked about the price she immediately scanned the item and told me the price, She was friendly and personable. What a great experience Thank you read more

Doesn't have as good of deals as other targets do but it's usually clean and people are friendly

I love everything I get at Target. You can get almost everything here. They are expanding their fresh foods section and it looks like it's going to be able to have a lot of fresh foods. If they have a good selection, there will be no reason to go anywhere else for groceries. I've found the best time to go is when they first open or right before they close otherwise, expect a long wait!! read more

This is a fairly well organized Target, and they emphasize local events (tons of Burning Man advertised items throughout the store)

I'm standing in Target right by 4 team members in the men's department and they must be too busy to help me.
