Typical target. made a pitstop to pickup a few things. Great location and convenient since I was in the area.

I did not decide to shop inside this location however, the restrooms were extremely dirty and out of hand soap.

I love Target but this one needs some serious help. Please improve! I know others have experienced frustration. Here is mine recently. The grocery shelves have been bare for the second week in a row and there was one person checking out. I went at 2:30 in the afternoon and there was a line of people waiting to check out. Clearly need more help at the checkout. Also, when they do stock the grocery shelves they should do it after hours. Stocking it during business hours has prevented me from getting down aisles or accessing the refrigerators & freezers. read more

Because why not I had idle time in Arizona and it was sitting there. I actually went in for milk and a T-shirt, 130.00 later here I come with not one but 2 coats (10.00 each) where is it going to fit? But their clearance was pretty good and not worth leaving on the rack. We also found neck pillows with an attached hoodie on it. Get me out of here!!! read more

use to be an employee at this target, all managers and team leads are unprofessional and rude. they belittle all the employees (especially new ones) and if a team lead has an issue with a employee they won't pull you aside and have a mature conversation they will yell at you in the middle of customers walking by to purposely humiliate you. nothing good to say about this target or their management. read more

There was a gentleman helping us up front at the self checkout and he needs a raise! I didn't catch his name but he was so helpful and he had such a pleasant energy about him! We need more people like him in customer service :) read more

As always, my happy place. New (to me) location I stopped at to pick up carrot cake ingredients. Store was well stocked, clean, & had some really great Bullseye finds including a $1 glow in the dark fidget spinners. What I am also super appreciative of is Target continuing its inclusivity. Target (nor anyone or any corporation will make every one happy) does it's best to make people happy & including plus size women of all colors & ages on its advertising online & in stores, makes me happy. To make me super duper happy would be to see even more plus size in stores. Otherwise, I'm happy overall. Would come back to this store if I was in the area. It was not convenient for me but worked out because it was close to Costco with super gas prices. read more

This Target Store is clean, organized and huge (compared to many I've been too nationwide). It's a nice place to shop and in the world of supermarket type shopping for food, clothes, toys, electronics and something for everyone, I'd take Target over Walmart or other knick-knack stores all of the time. read more

This is my go to Target on this side! Easy to locate, lots of parking. There are other stores and restaurants surrounding this location. Stopped here for a few things and they seemed to have a lot of sale items on a number of things, which were flabbergasting Perfect spot to grab road trip items, household items and might I add, cute clothing for kids. I found cereal bowls for .50 (yes, 50 cents) which, are perfect for kids... in fact, I may return to grab the matching cute plates that go along with the bowls also .50 My only problem was, having to get this tall guy to grab items for me as I didn't realize how short I really am, until trying to reach the paper towels. The cashier, was fast... he didn't play and got you rung up and out!!! Of course I'd go back as this wasn't my first time here nor my last time. read more

I really love their card section. I can find anything here, every holiday, occasion, celebration, you name it, they have it, and I've probably purchased all of them. I like to stockpile for the year. This is a great place to start the card hunt. I have 12 so far. Highly recommend. read more

Bought a shark vacuum 4 months ago. Paid $400 fine it . It quit working . Target would not take it back. I'll never shop at target again!!

Not far from my work. Construction happening in the complex so be aware of that when conning to this location. Friendly, helpful employees and store is easy to navigate. read more

I went into this particular store a week ago to ask if they would be carrying the " John Derian collaboration". I was told they would not have it. I didn't feel as though the person was very informed so I went into the store yesterday, one day prior to the collaboration release and asked if the store was going to have it and this time I was told yes but they would not be putting it out. I would have to buy things online. this is a national collaboration and the release date is today October 19. I bought things online I went this morning to pick it up at the store and It is not ready yet. It'll take two hours. I go back to pick it up and the kid that went in the back to get it brought out the pillows just like they were and threw them in my cart with no bag nothing. Terrible attitude. One of the items was damaged and i asked another one and he said oh we don't have any when in fact, it shows online that they did. The store has the worst customer service, it is under stocked, and a very unfortunate representation of target. read more

There was a time when Target was the go to choice for home shopping. Well that certainly isn't the case with the Target on Talking Stick. Tonight there was only one (1) cashier on for the entire store (@ around 6pm); even then he couldn't be troubled putting the bags into the cart 18 inches away. There clearly was no manager to be found, no leadership or organization, just trouble shooting the self checkout lanes. Which by the way, are my purchases going to be discounted if I do the work for you? Target is now simply one of many retail outlets. One which has forgotten whatever it knew about customer service. Ignore the tictocs that joke about dressing up to go to Target. Target is nothing more than another version of Walmart, so keep your sweats an ratty tshirt on... just expect higher prices. This target is simply a store of necessity not a store of choice. If your objective was to become little more then mediocre, congratulations you've achieved your decent into failure. read more

My significant other sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes, waiting for somebody to bring out the drive up order and I even submitted the code that he was there multiple times and no one even asked if he needed anything. Called the store multiple times and no body answered at all. He was the first one there then a bunch of cars pulled up and they got everyone else their order while ignoring my husband. Such bullshit. I order from here all the time and they usually never have an issue but 25 minutes is just unacceptable read more

Very dark lighting , heard a couple team leads or managers , a man, belittling other employees , very unprofessional. Saw another lead telling a shopper to leave and today I saw the same manager who yelled at an employee previously , be extremely rude another employee (young employee) They are racist to colored people as well. Walked in and was stalked the whole time. Asked why I was being followed and they continued to ignore me and just walk the other way as I walk off they continue to follow. they also didn't give me my discounts and didn't credit my items after they were spoiled. read more

I like Target because it has many useful products that I like to buy. Recently, I went there and I could not find pants hangers. I looked everywhere and I asked two employees and both sent me off on a wild goose chase. I ended up leaving the store; I got tired of searching everywhere and finding nothing. I ordered the pants hangers on Amazon and they will be here tomorrow. read more

it was a little difficult for me and my family to find a shopping cart to be able to put a lot of our stuff inside. I do know it is a holidays and obviously there are a lot of other people out shopping during the holidays trying to buy Christmas gifts and other things for their families. Trust me I understand that. But Target is a very big establishment who has been in business for a long time and you would think they would be able to make sure they have a lot of baskets for everybody coming in shopping during the holidays. My mother is a little bit disabled and it makes it really hard for her to get around and the fact that they did not have the shopping carts was a little disheartening they do have really good deals on water bottles. I was able to buy a lot of water bottles and me and my family can stack up and make sure we have extra read more

Okay first of all... this target is very well stocked and is very well taken care of. I'm happy to see there were also employees near by to answer questions if needed. We were greeted upon entering and offered a clean basket. We were also asked twice while shopping by two different employees if we needed help. You could really tell the entire store was unified and offered the same level of customer service. We went for a few household items and as per usual went home with everything we don't need lol. But it's all good. We're happy! read more

This is not my usual Target and I am shocked. Bathrooms were a complete mess. Store was chaotic looking. Then I get to checkout and the checker with short dark hair wouldn't greet me or look at me. I was the first person to greet her and ask her how her day was. It was obvious she didn't want to talk to me. I have never felt so uncomfortable. Yikes! Just trying to buy some groceries. I normally use self checkout for that exact reason. Unfortunately it was closed. Couldn't wait to get out of there! Unfortunate because it's a large store with a larger selection. read more

Cashier was running around everywhere doing other peoples jobs while we were waiting in line for him to ring us up , he had us wait so long for no reason He could've rang us up, closed the line, then finished his other tasks I could've been done with the long self check out line before he got back to us Didn't even say sorry either read more

I love this location and especially the manager , I think his name was Kione ? He was AMAZING and definitely should be recognized! Thanks again! I hope this was his name! Kuddos! read more

How is it that a target in a major metropolitan area has such incompetent check out. Hire more people. This is a busy store. If you want people to do more self checkout then build self checkout to accommodate more than two items. See big chain stores with self checkout with conveyor belts and areas to bag. It's impossible to shop here. Long lines. One or two people at most doing checkout. It's infuriating read more

Totally and completely disappointed!!! Visited with my 5 year old granddaughter - her birthday weekend. She picks out a toy. We go to pay and the cashier takes it back and says we cannot buy it. Yeah, go to any other target this one sucks. waited thru the self checkout line with my one item as it says express 10 items or less, no sign or person indicating that it is cashless. Get a sign and don't be a dick about it is all I gotta say read more

Thought I would use the online system to try to do a pick up order thinking that would be convenient for everyone involved. Placed an order for a mouse that I needed for my computer and a refill of some shower spray for shits and giggles. Received an email telling me that my order was being processed and one follow up telling me that my order was ready. When I entered it into the app it said they were two left in the store, and I want to suggest a replacement just in case which I did not. That's all I received. I showed up at the store to be told the mouse was not available so they'll be refunding it. I told the gentleman that I was not told that and he said yes it does in the app and proceeded to show me that it showed "canceled" in the app. Absolute bullshit will never be ordering from target again. Walmart is much more reliable in this regard. read more

I usually enjoy shopping at Target. Some are nicer than others, but the racial profiling with one particular employee at this location is no joke. I typically visit Target every other weekend or so for a handful of everyday items, and it's always fun to peak around at the random items Target has to offer. I've lived in Scottsdale for years, and this location itself is very clean and has a huge parking lot. The only issue I've ever had here is by an older male named Harold who mans the self-checkout area. Every single time I've shopped here and used self-checkout, he always makes a point of standing directly behind me (I can see him watching me in the camera), with his arms folded and eyes glued to my screen. When I entered the store today, I glanced over and he immediately saw me and literally glared at me directly until I was out of view. I'm not quick to pull the race card, but it's honestly the most bizarre thing. I've never run into this issue with any other employee in the store. read more

Target - Department Stores Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

This particular store on Talking Stick smells terrible and everything in it smells terrible. We purchased linens and towels that had such a bad scent in them that it would not wash out. I tried washing the linens 5 times with different products to get rid of smell and nothing worked. It was so bad that we had to throw out all the linens. The same thing happened with some towels we purchased. Yesterday I had ice cream delivered. The first thing I noticed is that the ice cream containers smelled of the same scent!! The smell is so awful that I had to throw out all the ice cream. We have now wasted hundreds of dollars in this store because these items had to be thrown out. I could not even risk putting these items in my car to return them in case they contaminated my car. I will NEVER purchase anything from this Target on Talking Stick again. This kind of smell is a VOC (volatile organic compound) and not only is it dangerous but once it gets into your home it will contaminate everything and you won't be able to get it out. I have not encountered this issue in other Target stores so I don't know how this store got contaminated but beware. If you have any kind of sensitivity to scents then stay away. If you don't want to get sick in the long term from VOC's, then stay away! read more

My friend, Neal and I stopped by the electronics section of the store late yesterday as my friend had a cell phone issue. His plan is through Consumer Cellular that has a sign up station at Target. Dani, a manager at the store and not a rep for Consumer Cellular, was kind enough to spend the time and effort to help resolve his problem. We both felt she went above and beyond her duties to lend her expertise to help us. Target is very fortunate to have such a talented employee to work for them! Rick G. read more

We came here the other night to roam and return a few things, when we were at customer service returning the person who was helping us seemed to be a little annoyed with her shift. The shift manager, I'm assuming, kept speaking to her and telling her tasks to do, as she was helping us. She seemed to handle it fine, was able to get us on our way quickly. We roamed the store for wine but forgot that this location does not have alcohol due to being on he Indian Reservation, which just led us to roam in general. The store seemed to be shopped through since there was not much merchandise available and the walls were pretty empty. Overall the store was clean and most of the staff was friendly. Would recommend if you're in the area to roam, but wouldn't recommend if you're looking for something specific- unless you checked the Target app for if it's in stock. read more

Zero stars! I am very disappointed with the service at check out. Went to a lane with light on. Got there, didn't see anyone so I looked up and light was indeed on. I looked and he was either on break or talking to someone and I started putting my 2 of my 5 items on the belt. He looks at me and turns off the light. I look at my items and just put them back in my cart and as I am doing this, this idiot cashier decides to let me know he was never open anyways and steps away but is still just standing around. How disrespectful and how rude! I tried to let it go but this behavior is stuck in my head hence this yelp review. This person could've just turned off his light, saw I already had 2 items on belt and just rung my 5 items up. End of story. I'm incredibly disappointed and will drive the extra mile or two to get to another target. read more
