In total (sales and delivery), I was assisted by five employees at Furniture Depot, and all of them were exceptionally professional and obviously took pride in their work and their business. I wasn't sure what to expect because I'm new to the area, and I rely on Yelp so much when I am in a new area. Cal Deals nearby had good reviews, but I was not impressed when I went in there. Their showroom was limited, and NO ONE--not one of the five people "working" there--even cared that I was in their store. I was never even greeted or acknowledged. I'm so glad I went a block over to Furniture Depot! We need to support local businesses like this one in Santa Maria. The people who work here make our town a great place to be! :)

After a couple of minutes I bought it. It was delivered in 2 days, his son and helper were pretty cool to talk with while figuring a way to squeeze it into my bedroom. They found an issue with rolling out the hideaway, so he called Leo out to investigate, he found that the screw the installers placed was too big and they replaced the screw. It was interesting on how this sofa was made and simple to take apart and put together, but it will take 2 people to move this sofa. Will certainly do business again with this business.

We went ahead with the purchase and Ben said he would call Monday morning with an estimated delivery date. He did as he said he would and the table even arrived before the estimated date. The delivery drivers were conversational, nice and very professional. They cleaned up all their mess and left everything perfect. After delivery, there was a minor issue that I came across. I called Ben and he contacted the manufacturer to have it immediately corrected. The owner has great customer service and kept us informed throughout the entire purchase process.
