I'm not a huge fan of Targets that are attached to malls, they don't have the same vibe as standalone locations and their inventory is not as plentiful as others. I will continue to shop at this location because every time I shop here, the employees always help me to the best of their ability in finding what I need. Others kinda just point you in the general direction of what you are looking for, but here they will often walk you directly to the item or look for it for you and actually return to you instead of hiding or disappearing. read more

This is one of my favorite stores to just pop in and grab something really quickly. However, whoever their grocery food manager is apparently is still doing a poor job at checking for expiration dates. I found Cheeto balls expired Feb. 1, 2021 and the youth yogurt pouches expired Feb. 21 2021. So be careful of the products you buy!! If you're buying multiple items it's worth going across the street to Lucky. I think the worst part is their self service computers don't even flag the products. Terrible guest service. Had an order pick up and waited over 10 minutes in the store while the employees gathered items to take out to the drive up pickup. The employees saw me, made contact and said they are busy. I get pick up orders are important but I had one item which I patiently waited over 10 minutes for. I never thought I would rate a target store because in general I love target but this target has one of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I've been doing drive-up pick up from multiple target stores but this store always does something to make my experience horrible. Either they forget few items or they tamper with my order. Just today I received a floss and there are bite marks on them. Like even if customers did this, why don't you check the items? But I truly believe this is done by an employee since I made a complaint against them multiple times before. Just being a petty employee I guess, but during this time this is absolutely disgusting and a health risk. Target needs to take a serious action and maybe hire people that cares about their job. Target is my TO GO retail store! Target at this location is half organized and half messy due to clearance and sale! Surprisingly, they had their target clearance (30 percent off) a few weeks before Christmas! Yesterday I went by and they already has their 70% off which cleaned most of their seasonal items. There are limited employees, so looking for help, may be close to impossible. They offer cashiers, on the first and second level as well of their target! This target drives me nuts! It is two stories, yet every time I have been here in the past few weeks they don't have the items I am looking for other than the brand of dog food my pup likes. Everything seems to be well stocked at this location but somehow I just don't like the split level layout. They do offer great prices on most holiday decorations. If you're in the mall its definitely worth the stop- if not I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here. I like the Target on Curtner Avenue much better. read more

Prior to COVID, I would come to this Target all the time, as it is so conveniently close to my house. I admit I haven't shopped in person hardly at all, but I have ordered online and picked up outside a few times the past couple of years. I ran in the other day to grab some Kleenex and tried to check out quickly using the self-check out. The kiosk didn't print my receipt. I asked for help and unfortunately, three different staff couldn't make it work or find a workaround. Finally they called someone from the back and after some back and forth, she printed a copy of the receipt for me. I told two of the workers they should put an out of order sign on the machine. One person just ignored me. The other said he didn't know what the problem was and walked away. Uh, that shouldn't matter. You should do something so that no other customers have to waste their time on a machine that isn't fully functional. Not good. read more

Service is terrible at this location. They have started to lock up items and no one seems to want to help you. I pressed the button probably 15 times, talked to three different target employees before they finally sent someone over to open the cage. 30 minutes waiting- everyone who we asked for help said it would be there soon and we were stuck waiting. We were told the button doesn't always work and due to staffing cuts it means longer wait times? If you absolutely need to shop here I would only recommend drive-up. However- if only a few managers have a key, I would expect your locked away items to magically be unavailable when you try to pick them up. Also- when you walk to go check out, you are going to hear that same manager and another employee talking crap about you- because how dare you inquire why it takes 30 minutes for someone to unlock the cage. read more

My experience at this target is usually ok I was greeted by Joe he was really helpful with finding a section that was moved around, after that the cashiers seemed really dead inside and that they hated being there I didn't want to bother them so I opted for the self checkout which was clustered. There was a couple in front of me that wasn't paying attention to what checkout was open so I ended up just standing there waiting for them to move but I had to tell them something then looked at me like I was dumb but I saw the employee standing there who saw them and me having to tell them one was open and he just never said anything. read more

What is going on with this Target? Honestly this was my go to store for so many things. I'd pick it in a heartbeat over Walmart as I felt it was a notch above it in so many ways. Sadly not anymore. For the last 3-4 months I've found the shelves empty of so many key items. All purpose flour, brown sugar, toner, this last time even yogurt, stockings are impossible to find (boxes are open or torn or my sizes are just not there). On this past visit I wanted drinkable yogurt (smoothies) but the Danimals on the shelf was a beaten up box with half the bottles falling out. I wish I'd taken a picture of the sad state of the shelves & the fridges. I don't know what is going on. Why are shelves not being restocked? It's very sad as sometimes as I say I won't come back anymore as I can never find what I need. Today I stopped by Walmart and I found everything I needed & more. So to the management of Target - if you are reading this -heed what your customers say, restock your shelves, train your employees, especially your cashiers to actually seem enthusiastic about their jobs, or else like other big retailers, you will soon be circling the drain. read more

After shopping online at target this morning, I went to pick up my order at 9 AM. Upon arriving at home I found that four of the items were not in the bags that have been placed in my trunk. I did check the receipt and I was charged for all four items so I thought I'll just call the store and make it right. I called the number for target 14 times and the phone just rang and rang and rang and order pick up. No customer service at all. I became alarmed and thought maybe I should call 911. Maybe somethings happening there and the police need to know about it, but I have decided I would just check when I went by that area later on. They ended up calling the one 800 number for target who knows what state that was in but the lady was very helpful and gave me a refund on for the items. Later on, I decided to go by the target make sure that it was still there and then the bomb hadn't gone off or something else. They sent me to the manager of that department. There were no apologies no explanation just a response it said well you got your refund didn't you so there's nothing that I need to do. This is why the store has three stars, and nothing better am I only gave it two. I actually felt sorry for target when I heard people were just walking out with things so now there's no pity party in this house up for them. They are irresponsible poorly managed. Was profiled here for checking out the clearance section (pumpkin spice latte flavored items, who would even steal that??) Two undercover shopper guys with earpieces must have been sent over because they were obviously eagle-eyeing us and actually said "here they are". Saw them continue to peruse other aisles not so sneakily. Joking aside, this totally makes customers feel unwelcome and made me feel like I'd done something wrong so I put my items back. At checkout, my SO was PAYING and the cashier just stared without even saying hello. this store is ridiculous and scam. a beanie showed 40% off but we scanned it to check price. it read $11.40. the price tag said $10. we asked the worker and she couldn't explain why this happen and wouldn't honor the 40% off. I did not have a great experience at this target, I went to buy ornaments I asked a sales associate if they had the regular ornaments of reds and greens he said "we are trying to get rid of what's out here's first so probably not." ... does that makes sense to you Mr. Target Corporation?" Then I purchased my few items I then realized I was not given the 30% off for the ornaments. I go back to the associate who rang my purchase after 15 minutes and said if I have the circle app on my phone??? That's the only way I will get my discount???? I told the associate so if a customer doesn't have the circle app you don't get the discount?? She gave me attitude. Seriously Target!!! I would have this place a zero stars if I can. Don't get me wrong I love Target but this Target was the worst! I came here last night to get one item a pair of yoga socks. This is something I observed that didn't happen to me but shouldn't have happened at all. I noticed a woman at the self-check out being ignored while other shoppers behind her were offered help with their purchases. When she asked one of the Target workers for help with the self check out, she was ignored not once but twice. She kept her composure throughout and finally someone from Target helped her. I had purchased Slim Fast Keto Fat Bombs and found when I opened the box they had all been melted prior to being on the shelf. If you are not familiar with the product, they are the same size and shape as a full size peanut butter cup. They are individually wrapped and come 14 to a box. They were melted into basically blobs of chocolate and stuck to the wrappers. I went online and customer service gave me a refund. They also assured me store leadership would address the issue. I explained it is impossible to tell if there is damage unless the box is opened and checked. Next purchase was at Safeway, no issue. Ac few weeks later purchased again at this Target location, same issue, melted. Once again on chat and refunded, told it would be addressed by store leadership. Next purchase Target south San Jose, no issue. Product is fine. Went to this Target location again, brought them home within 10 minutes of purchase, same issue, again, melted product. Went on chat and this time was again told store leadership would address the issue which I then mentioned it has yet to be addressed after months of saying it would be. Then I was told that because I had recently been refunded I would have to take the product back to the store if I wanted another refund. So basically I have to prove the issue they said they would address a few times now. I had sent them pictures during the first refund. I have no time to deal with it so I said never mind. I will no longer shop this location. Nothing against the workers. I am not sure if store leadership does anything regarding customer issues, but since the product is still on the shelf, damaged, it is fair to say they either do nothing or have no idea what they are doing in regard to this particular issue. read more

Instead of sending me to a third store Muhammad got on the phone have the order confirmed picked up did an inventory transfer and gave me my product so I could leave. Many Items were missing!! Even Walmart has the courtesy when they bring the delivery to your car to tell you what Items they are missing. And What the Hell is going on with the Customer Service? DID THE TELEPHONE SYSTEM GO DOWN! The Management doesn't have the courtesy to pick up the Call. Ignore your customers. My Wife has been calling all day to talk to a Human but no one answers the phone. I tried calling multiple departments myself to try to get a response and still no one to pick up the telephone. This Target is two stories and attached to the mall so if you are in need of a full day of shopping this is really a great place to get started. They have similar items to the targets that I've gone to and the staff is fairly sparse for such a large store....but that could have been because I was shopping during a fairly busy time. Parking is kind of rough since it's connected to the mall so if you are in a rush, beware! read more

Probably my favorite target location to shop at. As soon as you walk in people greet you. Like the convenience of shopping for various things all in one place. Sometimes the most popular or very liked items are sold out like coffee creamers, yogurts, ect. Great affordable jewelry selection. In my opinion the clothes are very basic but for ridiculous price. The only thing I'd complain about is the bathrooms(sometimes messy or no soap/TP) and after a certain hour they close the self checkouts on one side which causes long lines. read more

Overall, it was a very nice experience. When I was checking the clearance section, it was kind of a mess and a lot of the items turned out didn't belong there because they didn't give the discount, but everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful. Parking here is often hard to find because it's located in a mall. Customer service kind of sucks during Christmas time. I had to ask 3 people about a Pokemon book and my problem still wasn't solved. Online it said they had 3 left and a worker told me that their online inventory isn't always right after telling me that their online inventory is probably right. He then proceeded to not help me find out if there were indeed 3 left or not. I had one girl offer to help me so long as I went downstairs to the customer service line because that's where she had the technology to check. Upstairs you can find the kids toys, electronics and men + kids clothes. Downstairs there is the food, makeup, purses and cards. read more
