Reliable for items of need. Cashier let me borrow scissors to cut lock out so I could use it right away.

Huge target! Have never seen one with a private parking garage before. Super clean and well supplied.

I really like this Target. I love the underground parking garage, ecspecially when the weather is nasty. The workers are always friendly and helpful and it is clean inside. It's a great place to come and get my basic essentials. read more

This Target is both the closest and one of my favorite locations! It is one of the only Targets in the area with underground parking which is a plus for both when it's raining and for peace of mind. The selection of this Target is however about the same as many others in the area and I do wish they'd have a slightly larger grocery section. The staff here tend to be helpful and always seem to be around when you need help finding something! The store is always clean and much more organized then you will ever find a Walmart be which in itself is worth the slightly higher prices (of which you can just use their cartwheel app to help lower!) Overall I give this Target location 4 out of 5 stars :) read more

I love this Target. I've only lived in St. Louis for a short time but it's already basically my one-stop shop for all my shopping and entertainment needs. All the employees I've interacted with have been incredibly helpful and friendly, and they literally have EVERYTHING! On top of that this is probably the cleanest Target I've ever been to. Oh, and I love how when there's a long line of customers trying to check out they always put a call out for more checkers to help reduce the line. Target just knows how to take care of their customers. read more

Target is good store but this one cannot keep its men's underwear section stocked or organized. I've been there for undershirts and boxers at least 10 times. There is no organization and most size mediums are not available , sold out? Its avsurd . read more

Im new to St. Louis from a very small town where there is no target. Seriously. And. I. Love. Target! :-) :-) :-) I had to get prescriptions transferred and the pharmacy staff was wonderful! They put my new prescriptions in pink bottles! None of those other pharmacies never even asked me what my favorite color was! There I was for years just accepting that walgreens was as good as it gets, not knowing there was something better. The store is grand awesomeness it was almost like someight feel about going to disneyland....except I can go anytime I want! read more

Sleection is good, especially since they now sell fresher produce and are a one-stop shop. The only thing I don't like is the wait on the registers, I am super impatient. The cashiers are a hit or miss but most are nice and whenever we search a product there is someone who can help. read more

I like this Target. Everyone seems pretty nice and helpful if you need assistance. The store is very clean and orderly. The cashiers are nice. I met a new cashier yesterday, named Thomas. He was very nice and efficient. And after he bagged my purchases, he placed them in the cart! I don't remember anyone ever doing that before, and I thought it was very sweet of him (though I don't expect this everytime, fyi). I asked him if was a deaf person and he said yes, and and signed "thank you" as I was leaving, which was pretty cool. I like supporting businesses that hire and support many different kinds of people. Overall, this is probably my favorite Target. read more

Nice clean target but employees are rude. Couldn't find anyone to help me after going up and down aisles looking for somebody, finally found a girl and she ignored me and kept texting I had to ask her again and she rolled her eyes pointed half ass and walked away. Hey thanks a lot you're not much better than walmart. Plus it's bs nobody in the store can ever answer the question if they price match their own website. Get your shit together target read more

My family and I have recently moved to this area. We have been to this store on weekends and weekdays. During the morning, afternoon, and evenings. Every single time the handicap accessible carts are unavailable. They are broken or being used by the self check out lanes. Never once have I been able to shop. (The muscles in my legs are so wasted from the disease I have trouble walking.) I didn't say anything the first four or five times because I know they are busy. Tonight I decided to talk to a manager. She informed me that it wasn't Targets fault. That they are broken and corporate refuses to send them more. That they can't keep them charged. She finally told me if I wanted to shop I had to get there when they first opened. This Target is NOT accessible for people with disabilities. Stay away! They do not care if you sick. They do not make accessible carts a priority. This makes me very sad. I worked for Target before I got sick and this is not the company I knew. That company was committed to making sure everyone could shop. I do not know if this is company wide or just this Target in particular. I wanted to cry at her attitude. All I want is some dignity when I shop. Is that really so much to ask? read more

Great store - all the things you need and a favorite among out family. Target is the best 1 stop shopping and thank you.

Horrible.the cashiers have subpar intelligence and customer service is no better. The shelves are not stocked well. Go elsewhere.

I purchased a dog deworming package from Target only to get home and find that the box was empty. I went this morning to exchange for a box that actually had the product in it. Well I was told to call the manufacturer and had the box thrown back on the counter towards me. Um isn't Target supposed to make sure what they sell is actually in the box? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked for a manager and instead of getting on their stupid little walkie talkies the return desk cashier walks over to the manager and starts whispering at her. I told them they don't have to whisper, they can talk to me. Nobody was trying to get over on you clowns for a $10 de-worming pill. All I wanted was WHAT I PAID FOR. Target's customer service is deteriorating. The employees are rude and unfriendly. Definitley won't be spending my hard earned money here anymore. Target you suck, hire some better employees. Checkout lines are miles long. Cashiers are only concerned with trying to get you to open a Target charge and nothing else. RUDE RUDE RUDE read more

nice! now I don't have to drag my ass out to the suburbs to get me some Target!

I would rate no stars if this was an option. When target came out with the option for drive up I was so excited! It's the most convenient service for anyone especially when you're so busy and just want to order something brought directly to your car. However, this being the closest target to my home is unfortunate because I have had multiple unsatisfactory experiences with drive up. I am so disappointed in the customer service. I completed drive up and the customer service employee that brought my items to my car gave me terrible attitude and a lecture because she wasn't notified soon enough on her end that I was coming. Mind you I completed the correct directions for the service. I completed a survey and quickly received a response from a customer service worker Brooke apologizing. I swore to myself I would never go back however a month later gave them a second chance. This time I notified I was there and no one came out. 15 minutes later I called and he customer service employee told me "you've only waited 15 minutes I will be out in awhile." Isn't that the main purpose of drive up service for the convenience? I reached back out to Brooke whole was so kind however this time no response. TERRIBLE customer service at this store. I now drive the extra time to go to other stores where the employees actually are friendly. read more

This is not addressed to a specific Target Store, but couldn't find an option for Target Corporate Office. - I saw a post on facebook about getting a $100 Target Gift Card - looks great, right? I followed the link, which first required I post their Gift Card advertisement and fill in lots of personal info. Then I was led through countless screens of advertising information, most of which required some input.I got multiple notices on the way like "only a couple more screens". I finally got to a screen with about 20 "click" boxes, each one leading to more advertising. That is when I quit. Before I could even think about how irritating and misleading this was, I get a phone call from someone saying I requested a quote on car insurance, which to my knowledge I did not do. My wife and I love Target stores and shop there often and I apologize for posting this against a store we use often, but I felt I needed to respond to this horrible advertising ploy. read more

This store has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. There have been multiple incidents where I have notified customer service or the manager of problems in the store and they have done nothing to even attempt to resolve the problem. Once when I was in the grocery section, a bird flew down from the ceiling and landed on top of the produce right in front of me. Yes, a bird. I went to customer service and told the manager about this, and she laughed it off, saying that the bird had been there for days, and that they couldn't do anything about it. Um, hello? Isn't this a violation of health department regulations? Today (12/19/14) when I was there, I saw two women enter the store, and one had a Chihuahua visibly in her coat. I notified customer service about it. About 15 minutes later, I saw the two women standing at the customer service counter, and the sales associate behind the counter was HOLDING the dog, and I overheard her jokingly say, "I'm going to have to call the Humane Society on you for having this dog in here." Evidently she thought it was cute that the women had the dog in the store. Did it ever occur to her that there is both a grocery section, as well as a restaurant inside this Target, and that it's unsanitary to bring a dog around food that people are going to buy? Doesn't this set a precedent that everyone is allowed to bring their dogs into the store? I guess I could bring my 100-lb. dog in and get away with it too. Clearly this store has both terrible customer service and unsanitary practices. I won't be returning after today, because this Target clearly does not value their customers, and it's scary to think about what other violations they could be committing behind the scenes. read more

I transferred to this pharmacy when it was still under Target about 5 years ago after being unhappy with the customer service I had received for many years at Walgreens. I did have some reservations about the switch but in the going on 8 years that I have been with them I am very pleased with the customer service they provide. I am able to ask questions about my medication and not feel stupid or talked down to they are very thorough in making sure I know how to take it and also when I get new medication they warn me of possible side effects from that one itself or in combination with one I take on a daily basis. They are great with helping me get in contact with my physician to get refills and when I come to pick up (sad to admit) but they actually know me by name since I'm there monthly! If something that I requested is going to be delayed they always call so I don't make an unnecessary trip. They have definitely earned a customer for life with me ... Keep up all the great work all the pharmacists and techs ... I'll be seeing you again soon ;-) read more

They never have my daughters formula! Never! I have to go to Walmart or the target in Brentwood. Most staff here aren't friendly either

Great target, although low on stock of things sometime. I enjoy the underground parking and is always less crowded than the Brentwood location. read more

Okay,I've lived in So. St. Louis my whole life and shopped at the So.Hampton Target even prior to the newest store that was built. I had high hopes when the new store opened a few years back that it would be newer, bigger, better.Since it reopened it is very rare that they have what I need in stock. They are always out of at least one item if not more that I have on my shopping list.Like others who reviewed here, many of my shopping visits are $100 or more. These are not usually sale ad items (but yes that happens often too that they are out of them!). These are just basic staples like toilet paper the Angel brand I use is apparently very popular on the South Side. There Up & Up brand of heavy duty paper plates and don't even get me started on how often they are out of the Luvs diapers I use for my child! I don't have time to find a sale associate to check if they have these items in back and whenever I have checked with one, they always tell me they are out in the stock room as well, so it's a waste of my time.I have complained to Target through the store Managers and by emailing Target.com, but nothing changes.I really do enjoy shopping at Target, but it is very frustrating dealing with how they stock (or don't stock) these items.I just don't have time to run back and forth to Target to see if they have what I need in stock and the savings really doesn't add up and I end up buying somewhere else anyway.Your loosing me Target, with each visit I make! Am I the only one??? read more
