Also, the photos of the beds in your catalog are shown with deep mattresses and lots of bedding and pillows plopped against the headboard. What is not shown is this: When the extra plumped up pillows are removed, there is a large open space below the headboard and the mattress where a pillow easily slides out and onto the floor.

I had a bed delivered recently and the delivery crew broke my stair handrail. I went into the store and spoke with Manager Rod Moen. He couldn't have been less helpful. He quickly passed the buck and told me the damage is between me and a delivery company. He gave me a card with a phone number and told me work with them. He had no interest in helping me with this situation. I have no idea how he can keep a job as a store manager.

On sale it was $1600, and we had some extra cash so we went for it. To say my expectations were exceeded is an understatement. This is the most beautifully crafted piece of furniture I've ever laid eyes on. We were in awe of the gear structure for the leaf insertion. The finish is just stunning - a soft satin, and it is smoother than anything I've ever felt. My husband assembled it in 20 minutes - he just had to attach the feet to the base and the top to the pedestal. When raised, you can barely see the seam for the leaves. This will be an heirloom piece that will hopefully stay in our family for years. When I had questions, my emails were replied to quickly. The delivery team was great and we even had a personal cell phone to contact them during delivery. It is also very satisfying to support hand-crafted furniture made in the USA. I know this price point is not available to everybody, but if you can - I would highly recommend them.

We took a gamble. The table has great craftsmanship, is solid, and looks elegant. They emailed me a video of how the leaf locking mechanism works. They answered all my questions. They did forget about my order, however after asking about the status. The two drivers who delivered the items were friendly and professional. No damages upon arrival. It was pricey but the items were excellent quality.. at this price point , make sure you that you will be keeping items for a long time and even better if there is a discount price. They called to say they would be late & we still waited for them for the duration they claimed they would be arriving late, but they still didn't show up. We had to leave after waiting for them twice (late). Then they had enough nerve to say "we" weren't home. Like I said, they are scammers. Prior to the service plan expiring, the motor died on my unit. I called customer services and have been waiting 3 months for replacement parts. First, they called telling me they gave the part to another customer. Then, I had to wait 1.5 months to be rescheduled. THEN, the only time the technicians could come to my home was when I was busy at work. Today I tried to reschedule and was told there are no techs that cover Rochester and I would have to wait for them to hire someone before my furniture could be fixed.

I emailed Jes with multiple pictures of a storage cabinet and end table - both in very nice condition - and asked, "do you take pieces like this?" Her response was a simple "yes." Based on that confirmation, my husband and I went through the trouble of getting a trailer, loading the items, and even taking time off work to deliver them. However, when we arrived, Jes refused to accept the pieces. When my husband showed her the email where she had said "yes," she claimed that she didn't mean "yes" she would take those exact items. When pressed, she admitted she "probably should have been more clear." This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of our time, effort, and money. To make matters worse, she also complained that our trailer was blocking her alleyway, despite the fact that we were there because of her prior approval, and had pulled the trailer over far enough that cars could get by. Clear communication, respect and accountability are basic expectations in any business, and this experience fell far short. I will never be returning and would caution others to think twice before relying on their process.
