Also, the photos of the beds in your catalog are shown with deep mattresses and lots of bedding and pillows plopped against the headboard. What is not shown is this: When the extra plumped up pillows are removed, there is a large open space below the headboard and the mattress where a pillow easily slides out and onto the floor.

Prior to the service plan expiring, the motor died on my unit. I called customer services and have been waiting 3 months for replacement parts. First, they called telling me they gave the part to another customer. Then, I had to wait 1.5 months to be rescheduled. THEN, the only time the technicians could come to my home was when I was busy at work. Today I tried to reschedule and was told there are no techs that cover Rochester and I would have to wait for them to hire someone before my furniture could be fixed.

This is the first time I've been to a Habitat for Humanity Restore thrift store. I didn't need any…read moredoors, bathroom sinks or furniture. There are some art pictures and household items and books. Garden seeds for a quarter. I found a three hole punch for $1.60 after 25% off. What irked me is I had to use the bathroom so bad and they purposely closed them due to covid. Every other thrift store has open bathrooms. Its an ok store.

They were finally completed 3 months late and after continual complaints and angry demands from myself. I was given a half-hearted apology and told I would receive a gift-card for my inconvenience and frustrations. Said gift-card was never received. To make matters worse, I have found problems with the hardware used to construct the chairs where they clearly took shortcuts to complete the work.

I emailed Jes with multiple pictures of a storage cabinet and end table - both in very nice condition - and asked, "do you take pieces like this?" Her response was a simple "yes." Based on that confirmation, my husband and I went through the trouble of getting a trailer, loading the items, and even taking time off work to deliver them. However, when we arrived, Jes refused to accept the pieces. When my husband showed her the email where she had said "yes," she claimed that she didn't mean "yes" she would take those exact items. When pressed, she admitted she "probably should have been more clear." This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of our time, effort, and money. To make matters worse, she also complained that our trailer was blocking her alleyway, despite the fact that we were there because of her prior approval, and had pulled the trailer over far enough that cars could get by. Clear communication, respect and accountability are basic expectations in any business, and this experience fell far short. I will never be returning and would caution others to think twice before relying on their process.

I gave him our room and furniture dimensions and he helped me choose beds and dressers that would fit and a set up that would work best for the space. We went back and forth nuerous times. We got a bunk bed, a loft bed, and two dressers (custom by adding extra drawers so they still fit under the loft, but had maximum storage). We were replacing a bunk with a mattress on the floor and a longer dresser. Our previous bunk was kinda rickety and moved whenever my 90 pound daughter got on top. These new bed do not do that. They are so sturdy that my adult daughter is happy to sleep on top. The dressers are great quality as well. The delivery guy pointed out that they will only open one drawer at a time. This is a safety feature to prevent the dresser from falling over. Great! The delivery was sooner than they had said once the furniture had shipped. The delivery guy called to set up the time and this earlier time was more convenient for us. He came and set up everything. Kinda felt bad for the guy as he was sweating buckets, but he did a great job. We are very pleased with the furniture. The price was WAY more than we usually buy, but we want this to be their forever furniture. It makes my heart happy seeing our youngest with her own space and I have confidence that this furniture is safe and sturdy.

The stain samples helped somewhat but samples are not the same as seeing the table in person. We took a gamble. The table has great craftsmanship, is solid, and looks wonderful in our dining area. They emailed me a video of how the leaf locking mechanism works. They answered all my questions. They did forget about my order, however. I found out when i called them a few weeks after i placed my order. This was a bit disappointing. The two drivers who delivered the items were friendly and professional. No damages upon arrival. It was pricey but the items were excellent quality.. at this price point , make sure you that you will be keeping items for a long time and even better if there is a discount price. Overall, it was a good experience with this company.

And the bathrooms, good lord, truly frightening. I try to avoid using Walmart's bathrooms, but had no choice yesterday and I swear, I feel like I should go get tested for diphtheria or at the very least get a shot of penicillin or something. I managed Château theater and I know that even at your busiest, you can keep your bathrooms clean and looking presentable. It's pure laziness and store management should be ashamed. There is no excuse and it was not a one off thing, this is routinely the way Walmart's bathrooms look. Also, your shoppers (that are shopping for mobile orders) are SO rude. I have literally had them reach over me, block the aisles, and just about run me over while I'm shopping. All of this is a serious lack of training and honestly, a serious lack of effort on Walmart's part to provide a good shopping experience. Do better.

Very cute store with various odd pieces of furniture that would be excellent accent pieces --some of them were re-purposed or refinished and that was cool to see how you can take an ugly old piece of furniture put a coat of vibrant turquoise blue paint on it and suddenly you have a very fabulous piece of furniture that gives your room pop.....there were some smaller items here like pictures, candle holders, little decorative pieces....what was really weird is the store was open and lights were on but we never once saw another human in the store and we were in there for well over 10 minutes ---good thing we are honest people but it was really strange to not see an employee---what if I did want to buy something???
