SOOO happy with the furniture we got!…read more First, the sales person I spoke with was super helpful. I gave him our room and furniture dimensions and he helped me choose beds and dressers that would fit and a set up that would work best for the space. We went back and forth nuerous times. We got a bunk bed, a loft bed, and two dressers (custom by adding extra drawers so they still fit under the loft, but had maximum storage). We were replacing a bunk with a mattress on the floor and a longer dresser. Our previous bunk was kinda rickety and moved whenever my 90 pound daughter got on top. These new bed do not do that. They are so sturdy that my adult daughter is happy to sleep on top. The dressers are great quality as well. The delivery guy pointed out that they will only open one drawer at a time. This is a safety feature to prevent the dresser from falling over. Great! The delivery was sooner than they had said once the furniture had shipped. The delivery guy called to set up the time and this earlier time was more convenient for us. He came and set up everything. Kinda felt bad for the guy as he was sweating buckets, but he did a great job. We are very pleased with the furniture. The price was WAY more than we usually buy, but we want this to be their forever furniture. It makes my heart happy seeing our youngest with her own space and I have confidence that this furniture is safe and sturdy.

The stain samples helped somewhat but samples are not the same as seeing the table in person. We took a gamble. The table has great craftsmanship, is solid, and looks wonderful in our dining area. They emailed me a video of how the leaf locking mechanism works. They answered all my questions. They did forget about my order, however. I found out when i called them a few weeks after i placed my order. This was a bit disappointing. The two drivers who delivered the items were friendly and professional. No damages upon arrival. It was pricey but the items were excellent quality.. at this price point , make sure you that you will be keeping items for a long time and even better if there is a discount price. Overall, it was a good experience with this company.

About a month and a half ago I bought a mattress and mattress protector from Rodney at America's…read moreMattress of Rochester, MN. During the entire time I was on the show room floor trying out mattresses, Rodney went on and on about everything being "made in america" and how it wasn't "that chinese crap." Rodney made an especially hard sell on the mattress protector (relative to his extremely hard sell on the mattress (which was an extremely hard sell, in itself)), again, ranting about how "that chinese crap you buy online" is totally and completely inferior to their high quality, made in america, etc. brand of mattress protectors. Unless you buy one of their mattress protectors you do not receive the ten year warranty, and because I was unsure about the long term durability of a mystery memory foam mattress, I paid $90 for one of their store brand mattress protectors. More than a month later, in my new apartment, while three different moving companies worth of men are setting up my bed frame and mattress, what do I see on the mattress protector package? The generic product that I have since learned is $50 cheaper online? Made in China. The salesperson, Rodney lied directly to my face about the products he sold me. Guess who I won't be recommending to my friends? America's Mattress of Rochester, staffed by rat faced liars like Rodney. Spend your money elsewhere. Somewhere where they won't lie through their smiling teeth.

I find it unimaginable that a bed purported to be so comfortable and "adjustable" can, in reality,…read morebe such utter rubbish. My wife purchased this bed for one of the bedrooms while I was away and when I returned home I started using it. I have gone from 55-100 over two months. No setting is comfortable. Any setting less that 55 allows the middle to say and the baffles to show and protrude. It is almost as if someone took those uncomfortable air matress people use for camping and decided to make a version that was even more uncomfortable for indoors at only 20 times the price. If you are shopping for a new mattress, look at Casper. Or Sealey. Or a pile of loose stones. Anything but this.

My wife and I spent almost an hour looking at and demo-ing Sleep Number beds. Here's the part that…read moreupsets me. We went into the store because they were advertising "beds" starting at $999. Other model "beds" were advertised at $hundreds savings. After a half hour, when we put pen to paper, we found that the "bed" pricing was not for a bed - it was for the mattress only, which also includes a pump. So the midrange queen size "bed" is $2899. But wait, if you want the complete "bed," base and mattress, add another $1899. Add another $199 for home delivery and sales tax and the total bill is just under $5100. The $5100 is for the complete bed, not just a mattress. If they are going to advertise their "bed" prices at a certain dollar figure, and that price is actually a "mattress only," the price they quote should state MATTRESS ONLY. We went into the store thinking we might be willing to pay up $3000 for a decent bed - the whole bed - but not $5000. I actually did find the Sleep Number bed to be comfortable, and they give you time to home test it, so I probably would have made the purchase while we were in the store, but I find their practice to be a bit on the side of bait and switch.
