Each time we have gotten home after buying stuff we have noticed multiple price tags, you would think the top tag would be the lowest price well that's false. They jack up the original prices. Now this isn't on everything but it has happened on some items we bought each time we've been there. Third times a charm, I've learned my lesson and won't go back. On sale it was $1600, and we had some extra cash so we went for it. To say my expectations were exceeded is an understatement. This is the most beautifully crafted piece of furniture I've ever laid eyes on. We were in awe of the gear structure for the leaf insertion. The finish is just stunning - a soft satin, and it is smoother than anything I've ever felt. My husband assembled it in 20 minutes - he just had to attach the feet to the base and the top to the pedestal. When raised, you can barely see the seam for the leaves. This will be an heirloom piece that will hopefully stay in our family for years. When I had questions, my emails were replied to quickly. The delivery team was great and we even had a personal cell phone to contact them during delivery. It is also very satisfying to support hand-crafted furniture made in the USA. I know this price point is not available to everybody, but if you can - I would highly recommend them.

They went above and beyond to find answers if they didn't know. It was so great to be able to choose the wood, style and finish. I ordered 10 different samples of wood types with different stains. I had the table top a warm brown stain, the wood grain was awesome! The pedestal was black, as were the chairs. Delivery was perfection. They assembled everything. The finished product was as smooth as velvet. My friends were so impressed! I am currently choosing everything for a new coffee table and end tables. I am over the moon that everything was solid wood and hand crafted. Exceptional workmanship, you won't be disappointed.

Prior to the service plan expiring, the motor died on my unit. I called customer services and have been waiting 3 months for replacement parts. First, they called telling me they gave the part to another customer. Then, I had to wait 1.5 months to be rescheduled. THEN, the only time the technicians could come to my home was when I was busy at work. Today I tried to reschedule and was told there are no techs that cover Rochester and I would have to wait for them to hire someone before my furniture could be fixed.

Very cute store with various odd pieces of furniture that would be excellent accent pieces --some of them were re-purposed or refinished and that was cool to see how you can take an ugly old piece of furniture put a coat of vibrant turquoise blue paint on it and suddenly you have a very fabulous piece of furniture that gives your room pop.....there were some smaller items here like pictures, candle holders, little decorative pieces....what was really weird is the store was open and lights were on but we never once saw another human in the store and we were in there for well over 10 minutes ---good thing we are honest people but it was really strange to not see an employee---what if I did want to buy something???

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this business. Their website clearly…read morestates that furniture and large items should be emailed ahead of time for approval, so I followed those instructions exactly. I emailed Jes with multiple pictures of a storage cabinet and end table - both in very nice condition - and asked, "do you take pieces like this?" Her response was a simple "yes." Based on that confirmation, my husband and I went through the trouble of getting a trailer, loading the items, and even taking time off work to deliver them. However, when we arrived, Jes refused to accept the pieces. When my husband showed her the email where she had said "yes," she claimed that she didn't mean "yes" she would take those exact items. When pressed, she admitted she "probably should have been more clear." This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of our time, effort, and money. To make matters worse, she also complained that our trailer was blocking her alleyway, despite the fact that we were there because of her prior approval, and had pulled the trailer over far enough that cars could get by. Clear communication, respect and accountability are basic expectations in any business, and this experience fell far short. I will never be returning and would caution others to think twice before relying on their process.
