I made an effort to return 2 days later before my husband was discharged from St. Mary's and I went in to purchase an item and have it wrapped and the sales person said she was alone and she would not be able to wrap it for me. I understand. She maybe could have asked if I could come back in a bit? I said that I understood but could she maybe put the wrap in the bag so I could wrap the gift my self and she said "no" we have a certain standard to our wrapping. "Ok." I said. I did not then need the item. We drove home from our Mayo visit and I bought the item on line and wrapped it myself last night. I would have preferred to have purchased it there at the store and have had a nice experience..
