I come to this target sometimes since it's so close to my house but I'd rather do the drive to any other target. All three times I've done a drive up order it takes 20+ minutes and they always bring the wrong bags to the cars. They seem so unorganized and confused . I totally love this target. Its either here or drive even further south to chino hills. Nice Parking lot, excellent surrounding business. They keep it clean in there. Have a Starbucks and a mini Pizza Hut. Thier food mart also has quite a few fresh choices. I find myself grabbing a little of everything... Food and things... Because they are all in the same store. Way better than Walmart. The holiday lines this season weren't even that long. They accommodated to the expected increase in customers late December. read more

During this time I would've expected a clearer policy regarding sanitation equipment (hand sanitizers, hand wipes etc) there are signs through out the store of the limit a person can get per item and there was no clarification regarding hand wipes so I took just 2 of travel size wipes...I get to the counter and they limit me one per person while others check out with their pack of toilet paper, a pack of paper towels, boxes of tissues and bottles of multiple cleanser spray bottles. Walked in to this Target location and stumbled upon the trading card section being restocked. I didn't know the employee was going to be there stocking that day/time, it just so happened because i originally went to find other toys for my family for the holidays. I decided to wait around while the guy took his sweet time restocking the area. A whole HOUR later, this guy is still restocking and my foolish self continued to wait, along with the other four people in line (i was first). Then a tall employee named Mark (who just clocked in) decided that the line of 5 people was necessary for a "virtual line" mind you, the whole time we all waited no other employee seemed to have an issue as they all clearly seen us there for nearly an hour. Not to mention i also seen other employees ask the restocking guy to pass them merchandise so they could back stock, and when i mentioned this to Mark he completely denied it WHEN HE WASN'T EVEN THERE. So now, Mark tells the line and those barley beginning to join the line to go across the store to guess service to join the virtual line. OK now i'm irritated because those who were in the back tried to earn their way to "front" or "top" of the stupid virtual line BS. Of course, i made it clear that I was first POINT BLANK PERIODT. So a short round bug-eyed lady decides to NOSE herself in and "take over" Marks intent to start the virtual line and proceeds to try and add the back of line guest to front! Right after i just explained to them how the wasn't cool. BECAUSE THERE ARE NO SIGNS STATING THAT THERE IS A VIRTUAL LINE POLICY TO BUY TRADING CARD MERCH. None the less, this lady (who i didn't get a name) seemed to specifically want to handle the situation WHICH was not her responsibility nor does she know how to. It's obvious she wanted an issue. She then assumed that me and this other guy who was potentially the same race as me were together?!?! NAH she's was clearly discriminating and stereotyping us. which actually went over my head in that moment UP UNTIL she followed me to area I decided to stop in ( she didn't know if i was grabbing a drink or simply talking to another guest) and CONTINUED to harass me. Telling me i couldn't wait in a certain area, and that all the 5 people would have to wait outside. She only went to me to say this, because everyone else was waiting in the same area. And as she continues to irritate me with her annoying broken record ass she eventually got what she was itching for. Regardless of the ENTIRE matter. That lame guest service troll asked for a fight and got one as she decided to HARASS, STEREOTYPE, THREATEN me. I was in the store yesterday 5/27/20 and I must say it was so clean and organized. The staff were very helpful and super polite. They strongly recommended everyone social distance and some staff were continuously cleaning the carts that arrived through the door. This will now be my go to Target. Guy at food court I believe his name is Alec has horrible customer service! Took my items to food court to get checked out and he told me that next time I had to be "referred" by an employee to check out at food court ! He didn't greet me or ask me if I found everything ok which is what all target employees do when I check out . He made it seem like I was bothering him coming to check out at food court and he wants even doing anything lol target needs to step up the customer service game with food court it's really lacking. If I could rate the rio ranch target at zero stars I would! Restrooms.... are always... always... ALWAYS so gross and not restocked. Customer service sucks. Employees are rude. My family and I feel As if we can't shop without being followed by their lame guy in a security shirt. It's called harassment ppl! Don't do that! We'd like to shop in peace please! So I had a wic stub for formula. And they take wic which was I thought cool. The stupid security guard came to my husband and I as I was counting 9 cans of formula. Like what dude? The store itself is clean and has wide variety of items available. It is a five star because of their very helpful, patient and knowledgeable staff Sandra. Despite being so busy supervising, she was helping out in the counters and when it was our turn (we had a complicated transaction), she was really patient and she provided very good customer service. Went to the Optometry Center for myself and my girls. The doctor realized that my previous prescription was too strong on one eye and was probably contributing to my headaches. Got my new glasses and the difference is amazing. My girls both got glasses and contacts. They were happy with the selection of frames and had a hard time choosing. I can't believe how rude these people are. They just told me I have to be able to read in order to see what is on a registry. I had a question about a purchase as to when it was going to be available, after a terrible call to customer service, I went in the store who tells me, well if you could read, it says this store has nothing to do with this item and nobody would know. Besides the fact that they only sometimes have the Fruit Punch Rockstars in their fridges (put them in the fridges...I'd come more often)...This place is fantastic.
