Seriously my favorite Target ever and I live about 15 minutes away. I literally trek all the way down the tollway to come here. Always clean, items are stocked, the remodel looks so good too. When they were remodling yes it was a bit disheveled but what do you expect? Didn't stop me from coming here lol! I sometimes wonder if they talk about the crazy repeat customers who are obviously in their store more than they should be! I always stop at the clearance area too, talk about addicting looking through all the markdowns. Love this place! read more

Who doesn't love Target? Last week I didn't. I had a large list with large items to get and waled in to find no shopping carts in the store. Not One! Needless to say, I bought a few items and left. This is a store that you don't want to go to if you want to get rang up. You can ring yourself up at self-checkout but they NEVER have lanes open for checkout so just buy your stuff and do it yourself. Terrible customer service. Went to target with two babies and had to wait 20 minutes to get checked out since I couldn't do it myself with the kids. read more

I decided to stop at a Target where I wasnt familiar with since it was on my way to where i was going and i wanted to run in real quick to look at what kind of stocking stuffers they had. I was pretty disappointed this year. Last year I remember them having a lot of options and great gifts! This year however, it was hard for me to even find where the Christmas Section was even at. I circled and circled until i finally just asked someone and they told me it was literally all the way in the back in the far corner and tucked away. Once I finally found it, I discovered that there really wasnt much to chose from. I settled on some dollar candy cane filled with candy and chocolate and it ended up working just fine. I'm still giving Target 4 stars because I still love them even though their Christmas Display was depressing. read more

I am rating this Target location based off of my visit yesterday. I arrived at this location yesterday looking for hair care products for multi-ethnic hair. The brand that I use is sold at Target and ethnic hair stores. Living in Plano, there are not many locations that are geared toward multi ethnic products. So, unfortunately this location had a tiny area for ethnic hair and only carried two product lines for multi ethnic hair (Shea Moisture and Mixed Chicks). This location I would say to avoid if you are looking for a hair product geared toward multi ethnic hair as for some reason this location has chosen to ignore a specific clientele. read more

This is Target is currently under construction and very hopefully that it will be better stocked. I must say I come to this target way too often and it's never really stocked. I have came for simple products like black eyeliner and have been unable to find it in any brand. That's just crazy. The staff is always nice and helpful, like you would expect from target. Also there is a Starbucks located in the store. read more

I go here almost weekly and have never waited more than 5-10 min in line, even at the busiest hours. The employees are knowledgable and friendly. There are a couple cashiers that are quite slow, so you've got to watch out for those. Overall, the store has great inventory. It's a one stop shop. I can get everything I need in one place w/ out stooping to the Walmart level. read more

Thing I love about walking into Target is how much more quiet and relaxing it is than Walmart. Great atmosphere and an impressive selection of clothes, accessories, electronics, and household items. I've never been impressed with their produce though. read more

My review is of the Pharmacy only. The rest of the store is stereotypical of any other Super Target I have been in. It's a chain. They don't vary much. My issues lies with the Pharmacy. They rarely have my prescription ready when I come to pick it up (even though most of the time it was a monthly refill), and then tell me to walk around while they take another 20 minutes to fill it. It doesn't appear to be just me-- they usually have lines and I've seen them not have many of their other customer's medications on time. Their staff is under-educated about how insurance works and their mistakes would have cost me literally hundreds of dollars if I had not caught the mistake a few days later on my insurance's website and forced Target to refund it. I have called and complained to this pharmacy twice for billing errors and lack of responsiveness on filling prescriptions on time and had stuck with it out of convenience. Today was the last straw when one of the women filling prescriptions began to argue with me after making me wait an extra hour and a half for medications that I needed to take the moment I received them. TL, DR: Go anywhere else for medications if you don't want to wait on them or fight with your insurance. I'm never, ever using Target pharmacy again. read more

PRO: -Always clean looking and organized. -Location-right off the highway and near the hospital and also surrounded by a strip mall with interesting shops -Lots of clearance items!!! CON: -No NYC, Milani, Wet n Wild etc...cosmetics :/ very limited selection on their cosmetics line compared to other Super Targets -Limited selection on clothes, limited selection on swim wear also. read more

In the past I've shopped at this Target with no issues BUT today I experienced the biggest case of disrespect by a STORE MANAGER! A little background info, I'm a stay at home mother of two, a 3month old and a 2 year old. I went to the store today to do some clothes shopping and browsing for my little ones. Towards the end of my trip I realized both my little ones were hungry so I decided to treat my two year old and I to a little pizza from their In store Pizza Hut (which were subpar to say the least). As we ate I also decided to nurse my 3 month old WITH A FULL COVER over my breast. NOT A SINGLE PIECE OF SKIN EXPOSED. Minding my own business I continue to eat and talk with my little one and OUT OF NOWHERE this man taps my shoulder and says "Excuse me ma'am but we don't condone that behavior here" Which I reply "excuse me?", clearly confused. And he points towards my chest and says " I know your culture tends to show less discretion, but you just can't do that here" (I can only assume he was taking note of my Hispanic heritage) I started to stutter a response but I was shocked and he proceeded to cut me off by whispering "I AM a manager. If you can't cooperate, I'll have to have you escorted out." ..... I've always read about these cases online like in Facebook but I never thought it would happen to me! Of course not wanting to start conflict in front of my child I just stopped, left the cart I had without checking out and left. WOW! This Super Target is massive! They also tended to have more unique/cute items in the housewares section than other targets. It was clean and there was a lot of staff throughout the store, which is nice because I might have needed help (but I didn't because I was happy leisurely browsing). Too bad I don't live near Plano anymore, or I would come more often. read more

This is a wonderful Super Target to go grocery shopping in, but sometimes it's a pain to check out in. Very few cashiers opened, and are usually designated to a certain side of the bulding. read more

I always come out of here with more than I intended to spend. The best part is discovering clearance items on end caps randomly throughout the store. I once got over 15 bottles of Perrier for $.10 each! I've also started going here for my basic organic foods that I would normally get at Whole Foods. It's way cheaper. read more

We visited Target Portrait studio today and had such an amazing experience. We worked with Tabitha and she is more than wonderful with kids. Our twins turned one and it's not an easy feat to get good pictures with two of them. She had them smiling and laughing!! We got so many great pictures. Thank you Tabitha and Target! These pictures are going in the baby book and everywhere around our house. :-) Love them!! read more

When you go into a target superstore to get like 12 things but checking out your choices are one person register open with 4 big carts. And the self checkout. But self checkout you need assistance opening razors etc. I hate those self check outs. What happen to target meeting customer needs instead of less employees to save money!! To be honest, yes, this place is clean.....but the staff is on the snobby side! I am a huge Anheuser-Busch product fan and so is the family. Come the holidays, it seem like the store manager favors the Coors and Miller guys over the King Of Beers!!! The Anheuser-Busch products they do have are great, and would love to see more variety from them but as I am told they are basically TOLD what to put in the cooler!! Ughh! We live about two blocks away, and will give our business to Tom Thumb or the Wal-Mart across the street from them. They seem to allow the variety. Not only do they favor the Coors and Miller beer guys, they seem to be always putting the OTHERS items on Sale, and leaving Anheuser-Busch products at regular price...or maybe they just don't advertise it? Target, get your shit together and stop the favoring of YOUR choice of product and give your customers the option to choose!!!!! I like the store, and some of the sale items are truly not a sale item at all! Just because there is a yellow tag on it, take the time to look at the original price right below the sale price......Ive noticed most of the time its only a 20-30 CENT DIFFERENCE!!!! WORST shopping experience EVER!! I called right before going to the store to make sure they have it. I went there on Saturday afternoon, I find the location for the brand I want but could find the particular item I need. There is no one works in the cosmetics area,So I went to register to get some help, the cashier send me to customer service, the first thing he said to me was they should never send me to customer service. (WTH????) After giving the customer service person the item number he told me it shows they have some in the back also have 2 on the floor. I told him I was just in the area and I find everything else in the selection but not the one I'm looking for. The customer service person insist they have it on the floor and told me again there is someone work in the cosmetics area. I went back to the cosmetics area and looked again, made sure they don't have what I need on the floor and circle the area so many times and there was ABSOLUTELY no one work in the area I went back to the customer service, the guy told me there are some in the back too, but I should check the front..... I told him so many times I was there, and I tripled checked, the time is not there nor there's anyone working!!! He said he will find someone to help.... and I waited waited waited, until I go find the store manager, the manager walked with me to the cosmetics area made sure there's nothing on the floor and went get me one from back!! I spend 50 mins there for one product that I called to make sure they have it on hand. The whole time they were just send me from customer service to the floor back and forth without actually Helping the customer! They were not even busy at the time!!!! If you don't know how do to your job, please get more training or quit already! Even 1 star is tooo much for this target!!!! read more

Just left this store after a 30 minute wait to check-out. Only 2 registers open with lots of employees walking around not taking notice of the long line. I asked them to open another register and they wouldn't. Unless you have all day I suggest you find a different Target to go to. This Target is run like a Walmart, poor management for sure!!! read more

I baught awater Kettle and after few times of use it turneed black inside and started pealing. The black peal was in the water we pour. I stopped using it. Itook it back and they refused to give me a refund because it happened after the ninety days return policy. I don't think it is right not to return a product dangerous for the health like this. I don't like their policy or the store. I prefer Wall Mart, where they return their product at any trime without a receipt. I will not go to Target anymore. I spoke to the manger Jennifer at the store on Park and the toll way in Plano Tx, she was rude and hung up on me. Verypoor customer service, high prices, and unreasonable poiicies. read more

This store needs to start hiring some cashiers for two main reasons. The first is the fact that they always have multiple, long lines, with an average of maybe 10 people checking customers out. They have at least 30-40+ check out stations and at least 3/4 of those go unmanned all of the time. The second issue with their cashiers is their overwhelming lack of understandable, (coherent) English speaking ones. While hiring foreign born retail workers is a necessity amongst many major companies, placing employees who CANNOT speak English in a fluent/easy to understand manner is outrageous. Having to get THREE separate cashiers and eventually an ETL (Target's lingo for an assistant manager of a specific sub section of the store, I believe) in order to run two coupons..... is not acceptable. She didn't even grasp the Target policy on coupons (One manufacturer, one Target coupon) even though she worked there. Outrageous. Also, their "security guards" (if you want to call them that) are a joke. They are either very overweight or are 18 year old teenagers with padded sweaters on. Selection and service is always good but this review is just on the café inside. They don't have nachos anymore!! The lady said they got rid of them about 6 mths ago. They offer pretzels but also had a different cheese which doesn't taste as good. PLUS they don't have a lot of the prices listed on the menu board. I ended up getting a jamba juice smoothie and it was more icy/slushy than smoothie. Very disappointed here. read more

He could not find the one I want and told me go to another place to find. When I asked him to show me where it is ... I can see him just 'not willing to'. I went over there myself.
