The employees were very nice but I'm not happy with the rest of my experience. I placed an order for pick up and also picked up a few items when I got there. I purchased Outshine Popsicles in store and the aisle stated they were $4.99 but my receipt shows $6.29. I've been having this happen more and more with local Targets and it's hard for me to catch at the register when I have 2 small children to control. And as for the few items I picked up, 2 different pizza crusts were expired. One expired in December (over 5 months ago) and was rock hard and broken. The other pizza crust expired early April (about 6 weeks ago). Sometimes the circle deals are only for pick up or drive up but then it's so annoying when you get home to realize they gave you expired food. I also tried buying Grove spray bottles that were supposed to be Buy 1 Get 1 Free but only 1 was in the bag so I ended up getting a refund because no one could figure out how to get the app to accept 2 of them for the Buy 1 Get 1 free promotion. read more

I'm in this target constantly and my last two trips have been awful. The first all the isles were blocked so disabled people couldn't get through. Took me extra time to back up and was super obnoxious. The second an awful employee ( Amanda) yelled at me, refused my coupons ( saying you can't use coupons on sale items) I read her the target coupon policy and she still wouldn't take them. Then I asked to see her manager and she said she was a manager. Asked to see the gm and she said she was the gm. And when confronted on this she continued to argue, lie, and make a scene. It was super uncomfortable and unprofessional. I just asked for my coupons back and paid. I just wanted to get out of there. read more

I don't expect much from Target, but I expect more from Target than I do from Walmart. First, here is my Target experience, I live between this store and the Springfield stores. (Yes, there are TWO Targets in Springfield within a mile of one another.) Both Springfield stores are HUGE. Both are messy, filled with ig'nant customers, employees with rude attitudes, and the unsettling ghetto chaos that normally accompanies such stores. I rarely ever go to Target, but for the few items I do buy there (because they are always half the price of anywhere else), I do need to go when I run out. That said, even though the Springfield stores are surrounded by other shopping that would be extremely helpful to get out of the way all in one trip, I go out of my way tor this Oaks store for the cleanliness, lack of mayhem, and friendly staff (Oaks has only two other box stores nearby, Lowes and BJ's). I don't get the evil eye if I need to make a return. I don't get looked at like I am a shoplifter at every turn. I DO get friendly smiles from staff, and a genuine "have a good day" when I check out. A+ for you, Oaks Target! Thank you for making the discount box store experience something I don't have to fear and dread. read more

It was a Wednesday evening. I only stopped into this Target to see if they happened to be selling the classic movie Back to The Future. My son recently saw the phenomenal film; See You, Yesterday and has been inspired to rewatch Back to the Future. Unfortunately Target didn't have it but that's not my issue with this store, I'm definitely not that petty. I decided to get two random things I did need so I didn't have to make an extra stop on the way home. I grabbed some Windex and dental floss. As I got to the registers I noticed the only two lanes that had an employee at them also had a long enough line that made me go to the self-check out. Also not my issue since I wouldn't take the time to leave a review just for that. My issue begins and ends within the 5 minutes it took to to ring myself up. When Robin, who I guess didn't have a register to be working at the time, decided to come stand 4 feet from where I was ringing myself up. Staring at me as I did so. The camera screen wasn't working at the self checkout so I could see her clear reflection right behind me. She didn't do this for any body else though. I don't know if I just seemed different towards her, out of the ordinary maybe from her perspective she's lived her life in. I don't know if it's because I'm a 6'2" tall black male with dreadlocks and paint on his paints or if I was just "randomly selected" to be monitored as I paid for my items but I felt so disrespected and reminded. Luckily my son was unaware of the situation, I would hate for him to feel what I felt. read more

I had good experience at Target at 200 Mill Road in Phoenixville, PA. I was looking for specific medicinal items in three different categories. I found exactly what I wanted, but had to ask about where to find one of the items. I asked a guy stocking shelves for help. He quickly used his phone to direct me to a completely different section of the store, and I found exactly what I needed. I then selected some Italian bread in the fresh baked bread bin. The reason I am so happy about this experience is that every time I shop at Target, I am impressed with the inventory, variety, and friendliness of the staff. I know my wife does some shopping at Target and gets good deals. It is my go-to choice because it is likely it will be my only stop. Thanks for doing it right! read more

I typically come to this location on a weekly basis in the evening. I've always had a pleasant experience. Tonight, my cashiers name was Louise and she was one of the most wonderful employees I have met!! She was so kind to my children and she spoke so kindly to my 7 year old daughter. She introduced herself, told her it was nice to meet her, and made sure to say goodbye to her when we left. That little bit of extra attention made my daughters day!! Customer service can be exhausting, but Louise was a ray of sunshine the whole time. read more

"When you're alone, and life is making you lonely, you can always go... downtown." Well unfortunately not all the time. Since I work out in the boondocks, the highlight of my day sometimes if I want to get away from work is spending time at the local Target. Yes, that's right. This is my my "local T" and I hate that it's so close to where I work. Well, I don't hate it, but my pocketbook does. I always have the intention of going there to get just one thing but end up walking out with 20 things that I really don't need. I don't know what it is about the layout and the cleanliness of the aisles but it grabs me every time I enter...ahhhhhh However, I do have some minor issues with this particular location: 1) Parking -- at lunchtime it seems like everyone in the general corporate world within a 5 mile radius or the local soccer moms are at this store which causes me to park way out in the boondocks. 2) Checking out -- this is the most painful part of my trip. It is usually very slow and the lines can get pretty long. However, this "local T" will always have a special place in my heart especially at lunch time...so there, downtown! read more

It's been a solid three years since anyone reviewed this place, and I must say, the current average rating does not reflect the quality of this place. This Target is your average "Bulls-Eye" that you would find in any other city. It's large, clean, well-stocked and has employees that seem to care at least a little about their jobs. (I go here so often, I swear that someday the checkout people are going to recognize my face, haha.) I have yet to be let down by this Target. It's the closest one in the area - the next closest being Limerick (another good Target, but I live close to this one.) Keep up the good work, Target teammembers! read more

I'm a huge fan of Target (especially over Walmart) and although I am not primarily from the Oaks area, I have stopped in here quite a few times before or after I would visit Regal Oaks (one of the main reasons I am in the area). It's not much more then the typical Target, but I do applaud the clean environment, friendly employees, the parking lot and it is in a convient location being near Route 422 and Egypt Road, in a popular shopping center as well. All in all it's good Target and I would shop here more if I lived closer. read more

though this target is definitely the "little sister" of the one in Limerick, its always clean and the staff is usually friendly. BUT, some of the kids working there, especially some bozo in the electronics section, have NO IDEA what they're doing i was trying to replace some speakers that were busted and i had to tell the kid like seven times before i just dragged him to where they were in the aisle. read more

The online shopping is very bad. I usually don't make bad reviews because I understand people's struggles and there are always mistakes. However, I returned stuff and they didn't give me back the same amount of money that I used to buy the stuff. The Oaks Target is inferior overall, mostly because they're often out of products which are advertised on sale and often are priced incorrectly. Check your receipt before you leave! The customer service is well-meaning - I give them that. If you need to hit up a Target in the vicinity of 422, go to Limerick; it's larger plus they have a Starbucks! read more

This store is conveniently located near the Route 422 and Egypt Road area, and is in the same shopping complex with BJ's, Lowes, and a Regal Cinema. The store is well stocked and seems to be kept orderly. There are some groceries, but it's more of the processed-food variety. read more

In general, I like Target stores, but due to poor customer service, I'm not a fan of this one. As for the store itself, it's really no different than most other Target stores you would walk into. This one now also sells grocery items, much like many of there other stores. There is a photo lab here, but no portrait studio. Store is clean and shelves are stocked and tidy. Unfortunately, I have little tolerance for poor customer service. We were in here and my wife saw a deal for buying two of a particular item and you get another product for free. She went to the check-out lane with three items and the cashier proceeded to charge her for the one item that should have been free. The cashier basically said we were wrong at which time my wife offered to show her the sign she saw and why she believed the one item should have been free. The cashier basically said there was no need to see the sign as we were simply wrong. At that point, we said no thank you and walked out leaving everything we were going to buy at the checkout lane. This was honestly my first bad experience at Target in all the years that we have been shopping at Target stores and I'm still a fan of Target stores in general, but we will not be returning to this Target location. read more

This was my first time at this particular Target and it was very nice. The clothes in the women's department were organized very well; better than Target I've been to. They even have stuff that my regular Target stores don't have. I'll definitely make this one part of my regular. read more

Bought replacement blades for an electric razor, got home the inside packaging had been cut opened and then scotch taped shut. The blades looked used. I picked one up before I realized what was going on. Disgusted, I called the store, thinking, hey mistakes happen and they would also be horrified to learn what happened. Instead, they said, "Sorry for the inconvenience," and "it was probably theft." No mention that they restocked a product that regularly draws blood, and could have people accidentally swapping bodily fluid. Talked to two managers and neither one said anything along the lines of "Oh my, how could something like that happen?" They sell food there and the managers have no concept of sanitation. Like Joe said, if you must go to Target, skip this one and drive up to Limerick. read more

I went to Target today to buy a television this morning, somewhere between 10-12:00pm. I had just received my Target virtual Credit Card. It was in my Target virtual wallet. Anyway, upon check out, I encountered ongoing issues with using the card. It was grueling and exhausting. There are rules to using the virtual card that you are not informed of after approval. Initially we couldn't figure out why the card wouldn't go through nor why it wouldn't give us the option to split the payments. The team of ladies that assisted me at the customer service console in the front were absolutely amazing. They worked with me for about an hour to ensure I was able to use my card. In short I wanted to split the transaction between my personal debit card and my target credit card, and for some odd reason, that option wasn't working. In the end they were ingenious enough to figure out what the problem was, how to work through it and patient enough to push through the process. They were extremely accommodating for the mishaps, which ultimately wasn't there fault. I hope they see this. You guys are awesome. THANK YOU !!! read more
