We ordered a couch over Presidents Day weekend specifically to take advantage of their promotional Visa gift card. We placed the order on Monday with a scheduled Thursday delivery, based on their advertised 3-day in-stock guarantee. Thursday morning at 7:30 AM, we get a call saying only 2/3 of the couch had arrived. We were given the option to accept a partial delivery or reschedule, so we pushed it to Monday to receive everything at once. Monday got delayed due to snow -- understandable -- so we moved to Tuesday. Then Tuesday came... and once again, only 2/3 of the couch was delivered, with no notice. The missing piece -- the entire reason we rescheduled in the first place -- still wasn't there. We didn't receive the final piece until the following Monday, a full TWO WEEKS after ordering something that was supposedly in stock with a 3-day guarantee. When we reached out to discuss the situation, we also asked about the promotional Visa gift card. Instead of resolving anything, Michelle Knight spent an entire month going back and forth over email, giving conflicting information, claiming she was speaking with a manager, offering a delivery fee refund but trying to substitute the Visa gift card with a store-only card, and repeatedly saying she was "checking" or "out of the office." There was no real progress -- just constant runaround. After a month of this, I finally got a manager on the phone -- who hadn't heard about this situation at all. At that point, it became clear we were being misled the entire time. If we hadn't escalated it ourselves, we'd likely still be stuck in that loop. This was incredibly disappointing. Between the failed delivery promises and the lack of honest customer service, this experience completely changed how we view Raymour & Flanigan. We just purchased a new home and have a lot to furnish -- and after this, we'll be taking all of our business elsewhere. I'm tired of companies that don't honor what they advertise and then argue with you every step of the way instead of making it right.

She was patient, helpful, and even gave our kids squishy toys to distract them. After ordering our couch we were told 9 weeks, but got a call after 4 it was ready! Normally, this would be incredible, but we were mid renovations. Changing the date could not have been easier - I actually asked for it to be pushed twice and they were so accommodating. Finally, delivery was fast and professional. We bought a sectional and they even took time to make sure I was comfortable with how to connect and disconnect the different sections.

My…read moregirlfriend and I really wanted to give this Mattress Firm location five stars, especially after a strong start with the sales representative we worked with. Sadly, the final experience was soured and a reminder that it is not how you start but how you finish. While we enjoy the mattress, we will not be returning when it is time to furnish the remaining rooms of our new home. Initially, our experience was positive when we walked into the showroom. We were greeted by a knowledgeable sales agent who immediately helped us narrow down several beds within our budget. As we were furnishing the master bedroom first, we were willing to treat ourselves and opt for a higher end mattress. The sales agent was courteous, patient and explained the ins and out of each mattress type. Overall the selection process and payment was not only painless but also an overall pleasant experience. That would be the high point as Matress Firm would go on to snatch a one star review from the jaws of a five star. The sales person, Albert recommended an adjustable base to accompany our matresss. We had some concerns as neither of us had any experience with an adjustable base. We inquired about the compatiblity with an existing bedframe and the additional height to the height of the mattress. The sales agent glossed over our concerns stating that the frame would work with slats which was correct and that the adjustable base only added six inches. Admittedly, six inches did not sound terrible and we were under the impression that the base could be returned. Feeling confident with our purchased we finalized the amount on the screen and walked out shortly after looking forward to our new bed! Delivery went smoothly with the matress and adjustable base delivered the next day. It was immediately noticeable that the adjustable base made the mattress sit solidly higher than our two nightstands. We would have to reach down to reach anything, and we knew before even trying it that the adjustable base was not going to work for us. We moved the unused base to our guest room and made note to schedule a return. When we called Matress Firm, the very next day we learned the adjustable base was not returnable per company policy. We thought this must be a mistake but upon checking our electronic receipt there was indeed a non-returnable clause that our sales agent conveniently forgot to disclose. This so called clause was never shown on screen to swipe my credit card or mentioned in the terms and conditions of the items being purchased. We reached out to both the store and the corporate support number, but were stonewalled. Albert who was out on vacation was to be informed to call us back. He never returned our call and tooo the coward way out. Faced with the prospect of eating a 500 dollar loss and stuck with adjustable base of which we have no use for, I'm thankful I paid for the purchase for with my American Express and that AmEx was able to reimburse us for the base. We would have rather had a sales person who was honest and less knowledgeable and/or friendly than a wolf in sheep clothing who speaks half truths to make the sale. We had already planned to spend the money and a large amount at that. There was no need to be vague about the return policy. As shady as this company is, it's amazing they went bankrupt and in debt while misleading customers and lining their pockets. Do yourself a favor, patronize any other mattress store if you can or if you must, ensure you have some form of purchase protection.

They totally lied about the cost of the mattress that was being financed. It was more that 200.00…read moremore than they quoted me...I did not know until I got the bill. I asked all the right questions too. I was assured one price. I will never use them again. Very sleazy. I even tried to write to customer service, but conveniently you can't.

The crew arrived within the window to set up and remove the old mattress/boxspring on Wednesday, October 2. The only thing we didn't receive was a new mattress cover, but customer service ensured we would quickly get another one. So far, so good; the new mattress looks amazing. It's the most money I have ever spent on a bed and I expected it to last a very long time. Two years later, I had an issue. A serious issue! I had a sink hole in my mattress, as well as the box spring!!! The company's customer service response was absolutely horrible! You need to follow a list of instructions and videos a mile long. I sent them many clear photos of the problem, and they wanted more and more and more. I eventually wrote a very bad review here and contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Florida AG's office, as one of the main reasons I bought this was due to their warranty. I was away for a total of 6 months between last year and this year, so it is a very lightly used mattress, yet this company wanted me to jump through hoops when they can clearly see the problem (acknowledged in emails), and they can send someone from the King of Prussia store to examine it. In fact, their delivery guys came out twice and could clearly see the issue, as well as feel it. So to follow up, after months of going back and forth with this company and not being able to sleep (where I slept better away in a hotel!) , I finally got a replacement. The difference is like night and day! To be fair, when I asked the delivery guys if they see many of these problems they told me no, it was very unusual. Aren't I the lucky one! But to get to this point of finally getting a replacement, and for the company to honor the warranty they promote, Thomas, Director of CX, made me take down my photos and my first review here on Yelp, as well as other places, and to withdraw my complaint from the AG's office. I begrudgingly did so, but was told he would not help me if I didn't. He ultimately tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor to fix the problem, and that my photos didn't show damage that was that bad. Really? Then he won't mind me sharing all of them here. He tried to blame me, saying I'd caused damage to the box spring by walking on it or jumping on it. What am I. . .12? I think Thomas should have to spend a couple nights on that mattress. Bet he wouldn't make it one night, sinking in a hole or sliding into it even if trying to sleep on the other side of the bed. My advice is to save your money and buy something else. It is very heavy and needs 2 people to rotate it, and heaven forbid if you need to move it. But more importantly, this company does not stand by their product and honor their word. It was a MAJOR battle to get this replaced, and that should not be. Take responsibility if you have a manufacturing defect, they happen. It cost me $300 for shipping costs, another thing they don't make clear if you need to use your warranty (you must pay the shipping). I will decide whether or not I put up ALL photos I had to send them. You can judge if you want to go through the same.

So they asked for the money back. After that, a man came that looked like the owner of the store, but we were not sure. He blamed my dad for ripping the bed while he did not even touch it, and he refused to give our money back. my dad took his picture just in case and I still have it. My parents could not proof anything cause of poor English so they called me I tried explaining, but they did not want to speak to me and hung up. The guy was talking rudely to my parents and through the receipt on the floor when my dad asked for it. My parents came back home without the money or the bed very disappointed. Maybe $280 is not allot of money to some people but its still money to my parents. But it's mostly the fact that they discriminated my parents and used their poor English against them.
