I have a 4 month old baby and VERONICA was about 1-2 feet in front of me when I ask for the family restroom to be unlocked and she just walked right by and ignored me. My mom then proceeded to say hey excuse me we need the restroom and VERONICA again kept walking until I said " I know you hear us" then she stopped, radioed over for someone to open the restroom, and just stood there and didn't even acknowledge us. So I proceeded to tell her "oh so you did hear us multiple times". Still no acknowledgement, no apology, no look at us. I don't understand the need for attitude or complete rudeness. I've never in my life encountered a worker who completely ignored me. Worse Target customer service ever. The lady that actually let us in the restroom was very nice. I find everything at this target as opposed to the one on 16th st and Camelback - arguably the one on 19th Ave is larger so makes sense. The clothes selection is also larger... which is dangerous. Target has some good food options, don't sleep on it! The store can get packed on weekends but is never too overwhelming. It's clean and all employees I've encountered are nice and helpful. Usually they're self check out kiosks aren't open but there's only 1-2 people ahead of me in like typically because they have enough lines open. Love the value of everything here! read more

I do my ordering through the app, and I pick up in store, so the pickup desk is the furthest into this location that I have ventured into. The parking lot is super busy, like each time I have seen it- not just when I have picked up my order. I have not done order and take to my vehicle, but I do think I might try that next time. Each time I have gone inside I have to wait a while before someone comes to the desk. I am gathering they are always busy at work in the back. I like to do order in advance and pick up in store as this location is convenient to both of my jobs. read more

The geniuses in charge of this store decided that they would remove all of the dozen self checkouts and not open any additional staffed checkout lanes. This leads to the longest checkout lines I've ever seen since there's only 3 checkout lanes open if you are lucky. This will be studied in business schools as a masterclass in how to run a good business into the ground. Even if you just go to Walmart you will have a better experience at this point. read more

It's a monday morning so no rush, everyone is chill, not a lot of people as well, so many free parking. They have a lot selection of sushi and some hot foods available when you enter the store. Service was also nice and it's very cold too. Restrooms was a bit dirty, napkins all over the floor. Two Target Team Members refused to sell a car that was on the floor in the toy section all because they could not scan it even though all other cars toys being purchased were priced the same and were the same item. They refused to call the toy department people to settle the matter. And further more they were absolute fucking rude! The names were Dru and a girl named Jay both which need to also address the professional hygiene and presentation. The video questions are very difficult to do when you're not ready for those things and have nothing on the top of your mind about what they're asking. Also the questions didn't even relate to what I was applying for. I think target needs to get back into doing interview interviews in person. Worst experience ever, had a good time till I went to the cashier and she so nasty and rude complaining about her job to the people behind me so I handed her my gift card and she snatched it out of my hand scraped it really hard and removes the access code and tells that she can't use it and I have to call the number so I pay with my credit card and hands it back to like it was my fault and I said to my granddaughter how rude and nasty she was being she turns around and says what did you say! Standing there looking so hateful at me so I told her I said you're rude and nasty! I was treated terribly by the cashier Ed because I had twelve orang items in the express lane. Meanwhile, there is only one other register open and there's a long line. I decided that it was necessary to hearse at me, saying "quit being such a f***ing sh*t!". After that, I asked to speak with his manager or supervisor to which he simply ignored me. Processed my transaction and moved onto the next guest without speaking to me any further. I am upset I have to leave such a bad review for this location which I shop at often for home good and grocery's! At 9:50 pm I was checking out with the great Halloween deals and dog toys I found while I was just shopping for a comforter set. Two of the same dog toys wouldn't ring up due to it being seasonal, I thought since there was a plethora of them on display there would be no issue purchasing. My cashier goes ahead and alerts the supervisor/manager of the issue with pricing. Right away she snatches them and says I cannot sell these to you, which I replied well if there is a display that has over 20 on the floor how is it you cannot sell it to me and I am also purchasing other Halloween toys and treats... she just states we have to send to the manufacturer and I cannot sell you these. When she rudely dismissed me and walked away I asked for her name which in a snide reply she quickly points at her badge and states it's Tricia which she was a much older Caucasian woman by guest services area. I will be taking this further, I do not believe someone in her position should treat a customers and be so dismissive and rude. I could only imagine how she treats her workers if she treats customers this way..... very disappointed if this is the way target conducts customer service and trains managers to handle these situations.. read more

They do not have enough cashiers on duty causing long wait times to check out. The express lane for less items is rarely open. The last time I was in there only 3 lanes were open and lots of people waiting in line to check out. I frequent this Target because it is not far from my home and I enjoy their selection. The remodel looks great, however I try to stick to doing drive up because of the incredibly pushy mobile sales people. I even tried to go around them today and they followed me into the sporting goods aisle asking if they could talk to me for a minute. I politely said "no thank you" but instead of walking away, he told me that unfortunately he was required to ask me some questions and asked which cell phone provider I had. He stood there staring while I continued looking at items with my son. After I ignored him, he left. This has happened multiple times and I don't understand why it is allowed. This is the only target that I put pickup orders in at, where they are never available within the 2 hour time frame.. not a huge deal but 6-7 hours? And it's literally the only location I ever have this issue at. They're always out of stock on stuff, I remember going in once and literally the entire meat section was empty??? No signs up for explanation or anything. The biggest annoyance, however, is that all the self check out lanes have been permanently closed.. the lanes that usually have the most cashiers are the 15 items and under lanes, with one or 2 regulars having cashiers.. making those lines incredibly long. On line ordering and curbside pickup is a breeze at Target. Their app is much better than any of the main grocery store apps. After you place your order, a confirmation email arrives then about 90 min later your order is ready. They will hold your order until the end of the day or 24 hours. When you leave your house you click 'I'm on my way,' they track the GPS in your phone and when you arrive you automatically get a text saying 'welcome to Target please confirm you have arrived.' After confirmation you get a code to show your delivery person. Within minutes your goods are brought out, you show your code through your window to the associate, super easy and everyone has been super friendly. Also if an item is no longer in stock they will ship it to you free as long as it is not perishable. The only downside is that only a limited number of chilled items can be ordered versus a grocery store. Presumably they have limited cold storage, but I have always been able to get milk, cheese, yogurt, sliced meats and fresh veggies, very convenient to be able to get both groceries and household goods and at prices as good or better than grocery stores. The Christown location also has a decent selection of organic products. read more

This Target is defiantly SUPER! They have more than household items. They are a full grocery store, in-store Starbucks, service deli and restaurant. It is a huge shopping center located at Spectrum Mall. I frequently visit this Target on a weekly basis. They have just about everything I need. I like the fact that I can order items and have them sent here for pick up. Never any long lines with self-service kiosk. Be sure to download the Cart Wheel app for additional savings. read more

I purchased a Rise hold set of pot and pans from Target, I got them on sale and they we're worth the money I paid for them. I purchased them online and didn't want to spend more money to get some money back. I guess that is the chance one takes instead of purchasing something you have in front of you. One of the lids had not been completely covered in the Rose Gold, and when he cook in the frying pan, it scored the pan and it was discolored. It's not even 10am and someone is stocking the trading cards section. She is on her knees aligning the collection folders with perfection. A tall young man comes over to tell us we cannot touch anything because she's still stocking. I had just told my kids they had earned a pack and to go pick out their pack. Not sure why we couldn't even see the cards when her OCD was focused on the bottom shelf aligning the folders. The tall man that came over didn't look like a Supervisor but he was rude to my children right in front of me. No, they were not running around. They weren't rude. They didn't touch a single pack. They had just asked me for permission to go to that section and they know they have to wait for an adult to be with them to do that. But is that really the target's fault? There is only so much they can do about the nearby population. Anytime I shop at this target, they have what I'm looking for. I'm always greeted. If I have any questions, the employees are always helpful. I do curbside pick up often, and they always have my items ready in a quick time frame. I purchased some items for my mother in law, I paid for it with my debit card. They did not fit, as I went to return them they refused to refund my money. They would only refund me on a gift card as I did not have that card with me. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied, I am a manager I was told. At that point Frank a manager told me that I was not going to speak to anyone else and that his decision was a final decision as it is store policy. I became very upset and defensive as any customer would be. I raised my voice and was asked by a second person who came over and did not identify herself. She told me I needed to lower my voice, I was not going to get what I wanted so I needed to take the gift card or leave the store. This made me very angry, I am a paying customer and you are refusing to refund my money with a receipt. I was told " you need to go to another store" I did not purchase an another store I purchased here. She told me once again, you need to lower your voice and leave or I will contact security. At this point I was Livid, I am a paying customer with a receipt and I am being kicked out of a store. In anger I yelled in the store I am being kicked out for "yelling" I raised my voice and proceeded to say this is actually yelling and you could go F... yourself. I will never return to this store, I don't deserve to be treated like a criminal. I was told by that same manager after I called back to complain that they have this policy due to so much crime and fraudulent transactions that occur there. Once again I am the criminal I am that person that reports their card stolen after shopping there, then returns the item for cash. This is the reason I could not get my money back. We are are treated all as if we are all criminals. I've attached my fraudulent receipt, I am the bad guy for cursing at them after their mistreatment. The layout is new and wow lemme tell you its so new and different from what it was! My son and i had only a few items so we did self check out and wow!!! This young hispanic girl with long false eyelashes was yelling at a family for simply making a mistake for paying and she yelled so loud at them accusing them of walking out. I felt so bad for the family because the young worker was so rude to them yet there was a bunch of homeless who walked out with very large items without paying and no one did a thing! . It was very unprofessional and disturbing i felt like that young hispanic worker was harassing that family. The workers need to be kind or people wont be returning. read more
