The pharmacy staff is incredible, detailed, thorough and helpful. I've had a couple vaccines here during my pregnancy which are painless too! Easy parking right up front which is a plus. My only complaints are 1. That sometimes it's impossible buying items that are locked up due to them always being short staffed, no one ever comes to assist you with those locked up needed items; and 2. The photo department needs some serious work, they either "can't" find my photos for the first 5 mins of looking (they eventually do), or the photos print out on streaked paper and I find out when I get home. More positive interactions which is what keeps me coming back.

The pharmacy technicians are truly wonderful, fast, greeting, and always polite. Even when you can tell they've had a long day, they still serve everyone with a smile and genuine kindness. Their dedication doesn't go unnoticed. Today was a perfect example of their outstanding service. My doctor sent a last-minute allergy prescription to the Southern Highlands location, instead of Silverado Ranch. The technician who answered offered to transfer it to their location, even though it would take a bit longer than if I just went to Southern Highlands. I asked her to go ahead, and within 15 minutes, I received a text that my prescription was ready! Special thanks to Taylor, the technician who handled my call and got everything ready so quickly. Her efficiency meant I could take my medication and get to work without missing a day. That kind of service makes a real difference. I've had consistently positive experiences here, only one staff member over time seemed less enthusiastic about customer interaction, but everyone else more than makes up for it.
