My doctor sent a last-minute allergy prescription to the Southern Highlands location, instead of Silverado Ranch. The technician who answered offered to transfer it to their location, even though it would take a bit longer than if I just went to Southern Highlands. I asked her to go ahead, and within 15 minutes, I received a text that my prescription was ready! Special thanks to Taylor, the technician who handled my call and got everything ready so quickly. Her efficiency meant I could take my medication and get to work without missing a day. That kind of service makes a real difference. I've had consistently positive experiences here, only one staff member over time seemed less enthusiastic about customer interaction, but everyone else more than makes up for it. For $16.99 you 2 color photos of 2x2 headshots. The employee was quick and friendly. She took photos of me, my teenager, and my 3 smaller kids. One of my kids tilted his head a bit too much so when his photo was run through their software it didn't pass the test to be accepted. She was kind enough to take his photo again to ensure it was valid. She told me printing it will take 20-30 min. During that time we left to pickup dinner and came right back. It was ready and the whole process was so easy.

The lady with head scraf saw me waited in the consultation window for 20 mins still not coming up even she's not helping others, end up she came up and checked my prescription's price according to the insurance and said that's their price, co-pay over 280.00 for a 1 month supply, when my insurance told me only 120.00 before i went there. Partial perscription was already ready to pick up as 30 pills was filled already, I said ok just give me the 30 pills and dont fill the rest 150 pills as i can't afford it. . She said ok but said you have to wait for me to update the order, you can sit down and I will call you when ready. I literally didn't know why she said she has to update the order as I just asked for the price, I didn't ask her to cancel the order whatsoever, and partial was already filled anyway so I don't know what she has to update for & why I couldn't pick up the drug right away? Then after I waited another 30 mins, the pick up line had many people and now became empty, so I went up to ask to pick up my total 4 drugs as i couldn't wait any longer, then they take another 10 mins to upload a 2.00 coupon with 2 different people, and 10 mins to look for a drug supposed to be already been filled and ready. After done. It is already 1hour & 30 mins waited in the pharmacy. Then I asked where the lady with head scraf Went as she said she would let me know once it is ready. And the manager said she has already gone and off work. So I basically waited for nothing and if I didn't come up to the pick up line and ask, I would have been sitting there till they close for the day, and nobody knows what I am waiting for. I mean if that lady doesn't want to help or does her job correctly. She shouldn't have told me to sit there and wait for nothing. This work attitude is so bad that I am totally speechless especially what they do to sick people. Getting more sick because of their I-Don't-Care attitude, their management should ready improve their customer service in the pharmacy department.
