I enjoy shopping at this Smith's location. I have a Smith's closer to me but it seems to run low or out of items a lot more. The store is kept up well; it's organized and it is clean and inviting. They have an especially good floral section, deli, and bakery. I almost always use self checkout and the ladies there are all very helpful. Their rewards program is great and I use the points for gas.This location doesn't have a gas station but there is one not too far from it. Lots of parking available. read more

Robin is the front end manager, she was impolite and inappropriately flirting with customers and cashiers, which caused her to not give me all purchased items. i came back and robin told me she gave me all items until i was persistent that she left items behind, she then looked at a list and agreed she left things behind.completely rude and not helpful and asked for me to retain my purchased goods. without the help of any associate, unprofessional, unacceptable. it's sad i purchased these item and they cannot fulfill the customer satisfaction, as easily as bagging simple items. she continued to yell and be completely rude with other customers. as a loyal customer to this location i have NEVER experienced this behavior from A MANAGER! read more

No stars. Went into this Smith's store on a Friday night. I used a motorized cart. I picked up groceries for two people. The cart then ran out of charge. I asked a disable employee for a shopping cart so I could transfer my items into it. I was up by the front of the store when my cart stopped running. The disabled employee said we have another cart in use now and that's the only one, then he walked away down the aisle. I had to leave my cart to go outside to get a shopping cart. I guess he didn't understand when I asked him for a shopping cart. Very frustrating. Vons and Walmart always have several working motorized carts available for use for their customers. read more

Our recent short visit to this Smith's location was for "fixings" associated with Pizza at our nearby WorldMark Suite. Although it often takes me a couple visits to map out a given grocery store, I found what I needed relatively quickly. The Smith's in West Tropicana on Jones, they sell old food old deli meat that's about to be expired made into sandwiches. It's not good to go there cause you will get sick from the food and they change the dates. It's not safe. The store director has her employees changing the dates so she can get more sales also yells at her employees and threatens them so if you see some of the employees that don't look too jolly and happy and look the store director makes them put a fake front to all the customers, but in reality they take the verbal abuse from the store director go there and you'll see what I'm talking about. Who knew that this is the Las Vegas "Ralphs" or "Kroger" --not me! Saw the branding on some merchandise.The store was large and clean . I was able to find the breakfast sandwich fixings that I wanted through their large selection. Parking in the lot was free and easy. They had a nice floral selection. I was informed of an incident today, 01/31/26 and I'm ashamed of being a smiths customer. He (anonymous person) went shopping at smith's on Cheyenne & rainbow here in Las Vegas. There was a woman wearing a MAGA hat asking to use the restroom. She was rebuked and refused service by two employees in the meat department, solely because of the hat. When he asked to use the restroom an employee gave him the access code, ( he wasn't wearing anything political). The gentleman gave the code to the lady that was refused access because it was the right thing to do. I wonder if this is normal behavior of this store? Do i need to make sure I dont wear the wrong shirt since I love big dog shirts that have sayings/statements, or a particular color so I dont "offend" someone? Do I have to walk on eggshells for smith's if I decide to continue to shop there? Very rude manager today around 10/31/2025 ~1:00 PM while cashiering. I had chosen one of the two cashier lines -- specifically the one with a shorter line -- without noticing that the light was off. The cashier in that line did not say anything to me as I began unloading my items. After I had already placed about half of my groceries on the belt, another cashier from the adjacent line (whose line was much longer) loudly announced, in front of all customers, that my line was closed and that I was "still loading up the belt." The tone and manner were extremely rude and embarrassing. It would have been more appropriate for them to politely inform me at the start instead of calling me out in front of everyone. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism. read more

It just hit me that I have never written a review for this store and I have been a loyal customer since 2015. When my ex sold his house and we had to move into Budget Suites just down the road, I would walk to the library and then the store daily to buy what I needed to make dinner that night. I was always greeted by amazing staff members who came to know me to the point where they didn't question me bringing in my library bag which I really appreciated. The store always has what I need, from amazing Vegan cheese and Vegan Mayo to my Impossible burgers, chicken and meatballs (I am plant based/Vegan) I have had to do a couple of refunds/returns/exchanges and never had an issue. The store is always well stocked, well organized and clean, the staff has never been rude to me or as if having an "off day" Rochelle, MJ and TY especially and then there is a woman who is always there working on the floor, do not know her name--glasses..... she knows how much I love my candles which by the way Smiths sells TUSCANY candles which are the best! There is also a gaming area which I used to play in.... In 2020, I moved in with a guy (a roommate) over by Wigwam where I live now but still choose to go to this Smiths, I consider it to be "My store" You guys are the best!! read more

Just picking up some odds and ends. Not my normal grocery store. But it is located right off the south end of Las Vegas Blvd. Down always from the strip but still good enough to come get some stuff for your Vegas vacation. The store itself was on the small side, so not a great selection here but enough to to get the job done. It was basically clean and well stocked,the parking was a little tight but it shares the parking lots with a big restaurant and several other businesses. The restrooms did leave something to be desired. In my opinion not the cleanest ones I have been to. Kind of short on supplies also. But overall the store was ok and will definitely work, Nothing however was special about it, also was very crowded when I got there, on Saturday evening. I don't normally write reviews but I feel like this one should be heard: I have been shopping at this exact Smith's for a little over 5 years now, ever since I moved to Vegas. I never in my life thought I'd have an encounter like the one I had tonight. I went to cash in some change at the coin star there in the store, and took the receipt to the cash register to get the change, and get the groceries I needed, I thanked the cashier Josh, and went on my way to get the stuff I needed. Shortly after I had grabbed everything I needed, I went to the self check out to of course check out, and I went to pay with the money that was given to me from them, and it kept denying the $10 dollar bill, so I asked the employee nicely if he could change it out for me, and he goes to ask robin (one of the managers) and about 5 minutes later she comes back to tell me "normally I'd have to Confiscate this" and I replied with "well you guys are the one that gave it to me, I just got it from the register right behind me" She came back very rudely and said "well the cameras will have to attest to that" so I told her to please check the cameras, and she rolled her eyes and said that it wouldn't be until tomorrow. The real kicker?! I went to the exact cashier that I see almost every time I go in there, and the one I just seen 10 minutes ago to ask him if he could attest to giving me this money, with the audacity this man had to reply to me and tell me "I don't know I don't remember" I was falsely accused of bringing in fake money, when I had no money in my wallet to begin with, and when I was trying to figure out what to do, or how to go about it NOT ONE OF THE 6 employees and 2-3 managers standing around wanted to do anything about it. Now I understand with money they have to cover bases, but the fact that I never left the store, and was treated very rudely is what has me writing this review. My coworkers said Smith's is a great grocery store. It is! I stopped by to check out the store. Plenty of parking in the lost. Huge, clean, and well stocked. The produce and meats all look fresh and fabulous. I signed up for the rewards card. Upon self-checkout, I forgot to use my card. Lorna, the Customer Service staff, was totally understanding. She explained to me how the card and phone app worked. Knowing I just purchased items, Lorna have me a cash refund on the spot. Definitely my go to supermarket! read more

This store has it all! I flew in to stay at Worldmark Resorts so I needed to stock the kitchen at my condo. I was able to buy just what I needed for five days. Sheila checked me out and was super helpful, as I didn't know about being able to use my Arizona Safeway Club card! Used to come to this location often last year since I lived down the road. Prices were always pretty good. I thought oftentimes less than albertsons for the items I needed. Its pretty easy to get in and out, the store layout isn't confusing like some can be. Always very friendly staff. Got to see some of the same faces after you go in a few times. Staff doesn't get as much credit for the hard work they put in. I wish this smiths was by my house, but will still stop by on occasion in the future to visit. read more

I've been shopping at this smiths for well over a year 2-3 times EVERY week (as I live in a high rise right across the street it's convenient) and have never had a problem until recently...tonight I went in last minute after a 12 hour shift at my work just to grab a couple things..I grabbed 3 items and went to self check out. I'm minding my own business when a grey haired older woman monitoring the self check (an employee) accosted me! This employee walked up to me got about 6 inches from my face pointed her finger at me and started screaming at me accusing me of STEALING groceries 2 days ago and saying she has ME on surveillance!!!! This employee demanded I give her $10! Screaming that I stole from the store?! I calmly and quietly (as I was mortified and embarrassed) said to her "maim I don't know what your talking about, I wasn't here two days ago" "you must have me confused with someone else". She continued screaming at me saying "no it was you! I know it was you!!" Not only have I NEVER stolen ANYTHING in my life (except for a Hershey chocolate bar when I was 6yrs old and was later caught by my mother)...but I WASN'T at this store 2 days ago!! I calmly grabbed my groceries after paying for them I might add...and walked out while everyone stared at me and this employee continued screaming at me, berating me, calling me a thief, and clearing confusing me with someone else...this is the WORST most unprofessional and disgusting display of a company representative I have ever seen in my life. I don't ever recommend shopping at this location!! Their groceries anyways are overpriced, but with their crazy employees, who's knows? Maybe their employees could confuse you with some one else too? The Las Vegas Boulevard at Windmill Lane Smith's. Formerly a Food 4 Less this is a busy Smith's that seems to cater to both to locals and tourists. It is a Smith's that this local has been to six times. This location is not the closest to me. For the most part, I might stop here if I visited Enterprise Library a short walk away, am returning from the South Point, or am in this part of the Southeast. I am not really a fan of the busy parking lot and exiting it. Because of that I have passed it over for the Silverado Ranch Walmart Neighborhood Market and even the high priced Von's. As far as shopping experience, it is a nicer supermarket than Food 4 Less was. As far as Smith's go, I put it in the middle as far as looks. The nearby Rainbow Road at Windmill Lane, Eastern at Horizon Ridge Parkway, and Valle Verde at 215 locations are nicer looking. This location is missing a Starbucks unlike Rainbow at Windmill and Eastern at Horizon Ridge. On the other extreme it is a nicer looking store than Eastern at Windmill and Sunset at Mountain Vista. From my shopping experiences here, I do see that they have invested in the store with new refrigeration cases. This is a unique shopping experience because it seems that I am sharing the aisles with both locals and tourists. This is a part of Las Vegas Boulevard a few miles south of the famous Las Vegas Strip and lined with time shares, weeklies, and hotels. So shopping here for me has been different than a Smith's in Green Valley or Spring Valley for example. Customer service here has been hit and miss. Then again, I have been using the self checkouts. The prices here are solid. They are far better than Von's and Albertson's yet trail behind Walmart and Winco. But when they have sales, you can get some good deals. An example was today, when I took advantage of the Buy 5 Progresso soups and get them for $1.49. Being that I frequent the southeast part of Las Vegas, I could see myself returning to the Las Vegas Boulevard at Windmill Smith's. A Yelp check-in #7 is highly likely. read more

Today at about 1:20 PM I went shopping here. Smith's advertised Yoplait yogurt 10 for $5 with a digital coupon. I bought 10 along with other items. the cashier appeared to be angry due to the previous customer. As he was ringing up my items he knock some of them on the floor. He said nothing and continued to scan. I picked up the items and still he said nothing. When I got to my car I checked my receipt and noticed he charged me .80 each for the yogurt. I went to the courtesy counter and the representative checked my receipt then check the weekly flyer. She proceeded to tell me there is no mistake. I looked at her flyer and it was from last week July 30, 2024. I went to get this weeks flyer(7/31/24)to show her and she tries to explain that the coupon is only good for five items. I tell her that incorrect that the coupon states it can be used five times. She continues to argue. I go t the yogurt case pull the tag that read 10/$5 go back and show her. She still doesn't get it. she goes to the back office, comes back and asks if I have my phone. WHAT? I tell her I left it in my car. Now I raised my voice. The manager come out and tells my not to yell at her employe. I tell her I have been here for 15 minutes trying to explain that the coupon doesn't mean I can only have five yogurts for 50 cents. All she repeats is, "Don't yell at my employe.". I said "I didn't yell I raised my voice.". She says, "Well it's over now.". These people act like I was trying to cheat them out of $3.00. On 1/3/25 I visited this Smiths, When I tried to pay with my e-card the cashier Robbie looked at me like I was from an other Planet. I tried to tell him that all he does is scans the bar code on the e-card and then I put a pin # in. He just walks away from the register, goes to customer services where a lady just rolls her eyes and acts like I am doing something wrong, Robbie then goes to talk to someone else and then proceeds to tell me that I can not use my gift card unless I can prove it came from Smiths, WHAT?? I show him that it has the logo of Kroger but he still refuses to let me use it, I tell him that I use these e-cards every year, I tried to show Robbie how he just scans the bar code and he aggressively puts his hand on the scanner and tells me I cant scan it. I then have to pull up the e-mail showing this rude young man that I receive it through my email. He then scans it and I put in my pin # and what do you know? IT WORKS!!!!! WTH is the matter with the employees at this Smiths? Are they living in the dark ages? They have no idea how a e-card works?? Every time I try to use these I get cra* from the employees. Maybe HR should train their employees on up to date technology This was very uncalled for. And I will never shop here again! Was shopping and the someone came on the intercom with an announcement stating " only self check out is open so if you're not able to navigate it please go shop somewhere else" it was very rude tone! I understand being short staffed and informing customers of the self checkout being only one available but maybe train your staff to be more tactful and act like they maybe want to have a job. Nice, clean store. I stopped in during our family vacation. We were staying at the Tahiti Village resort and this happened to be the closest grocery stop to our hotel according to Google & yelp! I came in early before 8am. The store is pretty big and quiet. There are "one way" signs posted on the ground so pay attention. I walked in on the bakery side. They have a decent selection of all your everyday needs. Basically, this place compares to a Vons or a Kroger. Kroger especially since I was able to use my Kroger rewards # from the past to get some discounts! There is also an organic - all earth friendly section for those looking for those kinds of things. They also offer curbside and delivery options, hot food at the bar like your take home fried chicken/rotisserie meals, donuts by the dozen and an option for personalized cakes! I was also able to grab some shampoo & swim diapers for my 2 yr old! Although nothing really stood out as "different", it is a nice laid out store, everything was well stocked. This is the closest grocery store to my home and I will never set foot in there again. I bought a $100 gift card from this location for a family member and when they went to use it the card had a zero balance. I called the customer service number on the card and the agent said the card was used at 1am at a Smith's grocery store the next morning from when I bought it. This was during Covid so the store was closed at night, but the card was used there at 1am? Hmmm??? If I have to go to a Smith's store, I'll be going to the one in Southern Highlands. read more
