On my visit, I exclusively visited the pharmacy. The staff were very friendly and even though their seemed to be a never ending line of customers, the moved the line quickly and efficiently. They even bent over backwards to help me make sure my prescription came out to the price I desired it to be. Great visit! read more

by far the worst pharmacy i've ever been to... everyone is clueless and slow as hell. expect to spend the entire day here waiting for medication. read more

The worst customer service ever. But it's really not a surprise. And when they say "it'll be ready in 15 minutes", they really mean "40 minutes minimum". read more

Kris, the manager, is absolutely amazing! He is so friendly, helpful, and always makes you feel welcome. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Great customer service every time! Walgreens is lucky to have a manager like Kris! read more

Very bad customer service. At the pharmacy. They lie about your meds being ready. They don't answer the phone. Wait time is over 45 minutes on the phone. The y don't seen to know anything and don't take the time to research anything. read more

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the service standards within the pharmacy department. While my interactions with other areas of the store have been satisfactory, the pharmacy consistently fails to meet acceptable operational expectations. It appears that the current staffing may lack the necessary experience to manage customer needs effectively, suggesting a potential deficiency in oversight or training. I strongly urge management to conduct a comprehensive review of the pharmacy's performance and implement the necessary leadership improvements to ensure a more professional level of service. read more

If I could rate 0, I would. This is and I quote "the worst pharmacy in Nevada.....possibly if the world" . Management sucks as prescriptions are constantly delayed and they always have the same excuse "we don't have the staff". Well as much as they say that.....you would think they would do something fucking about it and stop complaining to the consumers. This as well as the healthcare system overall, SUCKS! If you know of a better pharmacy in our town please share so we can put our business there!!!!!! read more

No change one year on. I had to choose this location as they were the only place nearby that my insurance covered. We went at 830am, and there was no one else in line or seated for anything. I ended up having to talk to a pharmacist, so I sat down in the seats. I was about 15 feet away and to the side of the window, and I can see the guy go up to it from behind the counter, looking forward, and starts talking. No one's there, no one is behind the counter, he's just mumbling to himself out the window. I get up, walk over, and ask if he was talking to me. He gives me this look because apparently I was supposed to intuit his intentions or hear him through a wall and glass, from across the room... and then I get this sigh and he starts over like this is all my fault. What an absolute joke. The tech that did the actual work was lovely, though. Apologized for the wait, gave us some local gossip and made that tiny part of the experience fine... but it accounted for about 45 seconds of the 20 minutes we were there. read more

I called to talk to the pharmacy and Chris (a manager) answers the phone slurring his words. I asked to speak to the pharmacy and he refused. I asked again and he said 'what's up?' WHAT THE HELL???? Is this how Walgreens talks to customers on the phone?? When I called him out he just laughed at me. What a flipping joke. Chris needs to do better and Walgreens needs to do better by not hiring these kind of people. read more

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy ever to exist. Everyone that works here is slow as molasses and it's like they're on island time

In my 50+ years on this planet, this is single handled the worst run drug store on the planet i have ever been to. i have been waiting 40 minutes in drive thru and i still have two cars in front of me and am now blocked in and have no where to go. on the rare occasion we go here to pick up our dogs prescription this happens overand over. never again. they simply don't care and i wish i had the option to give zero stars because 1 star is 1 star too many. read more

Walgreens - The wait starts here and doesn't end! - Drugstores Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

We came to pickup a prescription and it was exactly how a friend described. There were workers behind the counter who paid no attention to customers waiting to be served. At least acknowledge the customer at the window. They were too busy doing what ever they do with a dumbfounded face. Our friend was correct, this Walgreens pharmacy has the worst customer service. No wonder we were encouraged to change pharmacy. We're gone... read more

This is literally the worst place to have your prescriptions delivered to pickup medication. I've literally been on hold for over an hour trying to check on my son's medication and every time it rings to tell them I've been on hold, they pickup and put me back on hold. Whoever is responsible for managing this Walgreens needs to be fired. I would drive down there but I'm at work and can't go there. My son needs his medication or it could harm him. Who on earth do we need to call to either have them shut down, or the management staff fired? read more

I wouldn't even give 1 star if possible. This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. The employees are disrespectful and need training. They need sensitivity training specialized to their field, on top of BASIC customer service training. Submit a complaint through Walgreens? Don't bother. They will just have the same pharmacist who has previously been an AH call you and pretend to care about your complaint to satisfy their employer, and absolutely nothing changes at all. The very next time you deal with them, you get the same incompetent, disrespectful treatment as always. read more

This pharmacy has to be the worst place ever. First time they gave the wrong dosage to my baby (dosage for an Adult!!! Yesss adult for a baby!!!!!), then picking up new meds then they informed me that they were out to stock after being told to wait an hour. I don't know how this place is still in business with all the complaints. If you need meds, AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!! read more

I honestly prefer Walgreens over other local pharmacies. I got a prescription sent this morning and I called for a rush. The RX was going to be ready in a couple of hours. I can wait that. I came to pick it up and they were having some issues with their registers. It was taking forever and crashing. That's not their fault.. that's technology, it happens. Some customers were complaining .. oh Lord, what can they do!!! Just be patient! I wish I could have ask the cashiers lady for her name and the doctor. They were so sorry. BUT IT WASNT THEIR FAULT!! She tried so hard and so many times. She kept pressing, starting again. As soon as she got through, she will call next customer. I'm sure it was stressing for them. Anyways thank you for caring and great service read more

Zero stars. The pharmacy at this location is a joke the employees are rude, lazy and completely inept. 28 hours after my prescriptions were mistakenly called in to this pharmacy (which I would never intentionally have prescriptions sent here) they STILL were not processed. The day after they were called in, I called the pharmacy and was told 30 minutes. They were still not ready THE NEXT DAY. Nothing stating they were on backorder, or behind schedule, no yext or phone message, just not filled. I called my doctor and had the prescriptions sent to a second, better Walgreens. I called that Walgreens to make sure the transfer went over properly and the woman who helped me was knowledgeable, very helpful and NICE. Two hours later, I have my prescriptions. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could! This is the most incompetent pharmacy in the whole world! And I am a nurse so I have an insight on how fast or slow a pharmacy should be working at! Slow, laziest staff! Please improve your service as you will loose customers! Avoid at all costs and save yourself the headache! read more

Horrible customer service horrible staff horrible store in general, don't go here unless you intend to wait an hour for your prescriptions or medicine, don't go here unless you have a weird obsession for getting a judgemental look from pharmacists even though they are in the wrong, don't go here unless you plan on getting your day ruined, and most importantly don't go her unless you want medicine or items from a sketchy drug store; honestly all of the other Walgreens i have been in around enterprise or las vegas in general have been decent the sole exception being this one ofcourse read more

Everything would improve if they had better apps/ better customer service/ actual proper staffing.

I wish I could give this review a 0 stars. They are the worst possible pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are EXTREMELY SLOW in processing prescriptions and handing them out as well. The drive through is ridiculous how long it takes to get a prescription. Inside the store isn't any faster. Don't know why it takes so long to pick up a prescription. read more

This is literally the worst pharmacy in the whole world. Putting aside the fact that there is always a 30+ min wait in line The last case of an actual emergency really made me switch pharmacies. I got discharged from an ER with a print prescription. Dont think it's very hard to understand that an ER prescription is not something that can wait indefinitely and don't need close attention. 15 hours after I dropped off my prescription I realized I'm not getting my meds and gave them a call. Only after that they " START WORKING " on it Ridiculous read more

This has got to be the worst Walgreens Pharmacy. They never have the meds you need ad the wait is always the absolute worst. We scheduled a vaccination and was taken an hour later. What's the point of the appointment! If you have a choice go somewhere else. I don't know what happened to this pharmacy because it wasn't always like this but in the past few years has gotten soooo bad. read more

The worst pharmacy ever. Been using it for 9 years and not once has a prescription ever been ready when they say it is.

I like this pharmacy better than on Decatur. No hassle at all and easy to pick up the meds. And the people who work here are friendly and helpful. read more

Would give them 0 stars if I could. WORST WALGREENS ever. Employees don't care and have no follow through what so ever. Take FOREVER to do anything and aren't even apologetic when it's obvious they don't care. I live 30 seconds from here and would rather drive miles away than ever make this my Walgreens. read more

Short staffed , but what's even worse is lies about your prescription being at some warehouse and on the way. I was in the ER last night and still waiting the following day at 9pm and still not filled or ready. Tried calling all day but no one would answer or return my call. I'm sitting here waiting with about 5 other individuals in the same situation, waiting for the meds to be filled. For this Walgreens you need to come in person and force them to do their job. Do not pick this location ! Btw my prescriptions is being filled and waiting here 30 min read more

The worst ever how do you forget a client's prescription and then tell the client we'll have it ready for you in30 minutes then change up and lie and say oh I have to go in and by it literally the worst ever I been living in southern highlands my whole life the employees don't know what they are doing just a big shit hole honestly I would give them 0 starts read more

This place is truly the worst. I have lived in the area for many years and this place has only gotten worse over time. Never enough staff and the pharmacy has never not had a line over the last 5 or so years. I think the people who work here don't want to be here as much as all the patrons that get stuck waiting in the endless lines. The pharmacy pick up texts don't even work either. Will tell you everything is ready and then you're stuck waiting 40 minutes in line only to wait another 30 for them to really fill the prescription. Save yourself the cumulative hours you'll spend waiting here and find another one to go to. read more

This place is a mess I am out of syntroid. It's put people life at stake. I called the five time they answer then they put back on hold. And never come back to phone with answer. Then I called the store talked the manager to leave a message to the pharmacy manager never return my phone call. At the end of the day no medication. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars, worst pharmacy ever! Never has my insulin that I need to SURVIVE! Lines are a 2 hour wait! Pharmacy Techs are very uninformed on medications. Please do better! read more

the employees here are rude and don't know what they're doing, completely unprofessional

This Walgreens pharmacy is the absolute worst of the worst. I would call them the McDonalds of the pharmaceutical industry, but that would be too generous. I wanted to rip my hair out every time I needed to pick up my prescription from them. My advice: SWITCH TO LUMIS PHARMACY ACROSS THE STREET!! Lumis was so quick and easy, no wait time at all, personable and knowledgeable staff. THAT is what a pharmacy should be. read more

It's insane how slow the pharmacy is. Wait times over 30-40 minutes in the drive thru are ridiculous

Waited 30 minutes in line then after giving me the wrong perscription I waited in line for another 30 mintutes only to be told there are no refunds. This place will rip you off and take your money the manager had no sympath and took money I left the prescription that I didnt need and walked out. These people don't care about anyone and will rip you off. Be leary of these horrible people they do no care about customers and the service is horrible they will very rude and took my money after wasting an hour of my time and had no sympathy for ripping off one of there patients. Horrible people horrible management I will be going to Smith from now on and telling averyone how horrible they treat sick patients already struggling financally only to be ripped off with a smile and no care at all for their customers. SHAME ON YOUR WALGREENS YOUR MANAGEMENT ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! read more

Walgreens pharmacy in Southern Highlands is the worst you called there they put you on hold for eternity. You check their app and it doesn't have the correct information on your prescriptions are ready. It says they're not ready so you spend hours trying to call your doctor or them calling the pharmacist and the pharmacist never answers or response. They don't have enough help. They don't answer the phone. I'm gonna transfer my prescription back to Smith's. read more

Very rude Pharmacy department. They need to learn some phone etiquette. Customer care should be their priority. read more

Bad pharmacy would not recommend to anyone. Bad customer service at the pharmacy as well. Tried to call in to see if my prescription was ready because I had to update my insurance, employee who picks up didn't even give me a chance to explain myself. Asked for my DOB gave it to her and told her my name asked for what prescriptions I was waiting for told me that it has to be resubmitted because it was kicking back from the insurance I told her was the information updated on your end with the new coverage placed me on hold came back on the phone and told me the system just went down and asked if I'd like to hold or call back? She just placed me on hold then I hung up. Now I will have to go in to the pharmacy and dread of being there for hours to get this fixed with the worst customer service ever! read more

ZERO STARS if it was possible for their pharmacy. This is the LOWEST RATED Walgreens for a REASON. They don't know what the hell they are doing. I had a prescription sent at 11:20am for ANTIBIOTIC/STEROID EYE DROPS! I called at 3:55 pm and they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I drive there at 8:30pm, wait in their drive thru only to be told it would be another 30-45 minutes! This is a COMMON reoccurrence with this location. No sense of urgency by the employees, not a care in the world to get your prescriptions filled as soon as possible. Prepare to wait 3-5 business days for your prescription at this location. I've been coming here for YEARS, out of convenience but it's about time I find another location. Whoever is managing this pharmacy needs to get their shit together. For the money you make, you should be providing exceptional service to your customers. read more
