Date of visit: September 16, 2026 I was a bit wary walking here from home to grab some milk based on the reviews and while the options for food were a bit lacking (I am totally fine with Lactaid milk but wouldn't have minded something regular milk-wise but they didn't really offer anything in a gallon variety), I found a couple good deals on snacks and face wash while I was wandering the store, chatting with a friend on the phone. Some of the aisles could use some help in terms of missing labels and being stocked in a bit of a haphazard way, but certainly not the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. I've been coming to the Walgreens at 385 East Silverado Ranch Boulevard for a while now, and this location consistently stands out. Unlike other pharmacies where you might wait forever, the lines here move quickly thanks to their efficient and caring team. The pharmacy technicians are truly wonderful, fast, greeting, and always polite. Even when you can tell they've had a long day, they still serve everyone with a smile and genuine kindness. Their dedication doesn't go unnoticed. Today was a perfect example of their outstanding service. My doctor sent a last-minute allergy prescription to the Southern Highlands location, instead of Silverado Ranch. The technician who answered offered to transfer it to their location, even though it would take a bit longer than if I just went to Southern Highlands. I asked her to go ahead, and within 15 minutes, I received a text that my prescription was ready! Special thanks to Taylor, the technician who handled my call and got everything ready so quickly. Her efficiency meant I could take my medication and get to work without missing a day. That kind of service makes a real difference. I've had consistently positive experiences here, only one staff member over time seemed less enthusiastic about customer interaction, but everyone else more than makes up for it. Today, I had the worst customer service experience at a pharmacy in the five years I've had health insurance. I spent an hour waiting for urgent respiratory and allergy medications, but the pharmacist wouldn't give them to me because he didn't know how to process the order. My insurance company called for half an hour without ever getting through, while I was ignored, verbally abused, and treated with a hostile attitude. No one helped or cooperated so I could get my medication; I was literally discriminated against--perhaps for being gay or Latino, I don't even know anymore. The entire error and problem lay with the pharmacy for failing to process my prescription. This happened on September 16th of this year, between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. read more

This pharmacy never has the prescriptions my have sent them to prescribe me lisinopril is a common high blood pressure medicine .. I've been waiting since 26 August. It is now September 8 and they still haven't filled my prescription. This pharmacy is playing with lives. I also have a UTI and they couldn't fill that prescription either and I've for prescriptions when other pharmacies never for it. I don't recommend this pharmacy at all. There have been multiple days where I have tried to call only to sit on hold forever with their horrible hold music only for someone to pick up the phone and then just hang it up! Anytime I call the pharmacist on staff is always so kind and answers all of my questions with no attitude at all ever, which is a first for me. The Pharmacy is horrible. There's like 3 people to work the drive through and the in side. Then after waiting in line for almost 20min, they say to come back @2pm. I am relatively new to Southern Las Vegas. I want to print a few photos and used the Walgreens app. Turns out I picked this location which is way off my grid. Nevertheless, I came to pick up my photos. It was 7:00 AM and I'm the only customer on the store. A super nice woman helped me find my order. Since I ordered a few other items, it took a bit of time to locate them. No problem. A great store, just not in my hood. read more

Went to fill a prescription and I told them I wanted to use good rx instead of my insurance because they would need a pre authorization for my medication that Ive been taking for years now and was never told that I would be forfeiting the remaining amount to be filled. They gave me 7 days worth of my pain medication and was told that I'd be able to come back once it was approved. That's not the case, I now was told that I'd need a new prescription and that's not possible because the doctors office officially closed it's doors yesterday and I can't get a hold of anyone!! Because they closed!! The pharmacist never told me that I'd need a new prescription. Definitely moving my medication elsewhere. They never answer phones or place you on hold forever and never return. I've driven down while on hold and hang up when I reach the counter. So dam ass backwards. read more

Just had a horrible experience at this store with the older lady at the photo counter. We walked up and she didn't ask what we needed help with. So I said "I'm here to pick up an order", she rudely said "what for?". Then said to wait because she was finishing up some photo project. Then when another gentlemen asked for her help she dropped everything and went to help.
