There are a few CVS stores on or near the Las Vegas strip, and it appears some people were thinking of other locations when posting reviews here. This listing is for the CVS that's located in the bottom corner of Treasure Island, directly across from The Palazzo and Fashion Show mall, with the 3 story tall rounded LED display above the front entrance. This is a large, full-service CVS that has everything one might expect to find in their bigger stores, including alcoholic beverages. Prices appeared to be similar to their locations in most any city, not inflated just because this one's on the Vegas strip, and it's a good place to grab many items much cheaper than hotels might be charging for the same things in their gift shops and convenience stores. Note that they have a handful of self-checkouts, but a few of them weren't working correctly when I came here, so the line was a little long. read more

It's always nice to stop in here because they have way cheaper selection than any of the shops in the hotels on the strip. They have a separate register for bevs now, which helps save the line for people who are not in need of those. The store was fairly clean considering the traffic and looked well stocked. The cool & dry December Vegas weather was making my eyes red, so I was in search of eyedrops. This CVS is on the corner of LVB & Spring Mountain, fronting Treasure Island. Compared to the location across of Bellagio, it's a little bigger. Similarly, the majority of the retail is all locked up, forcing you to ring the bell and wait for a worker to free them from jail. Because, I've wondered that in the past when I've been told the same from other's, how does that happen?? I will never question this again. I'm a very organized person and still forgot due to circumstances. I received more help from these two ladies then my personal doctor. Which I think even upset me more. Lindsey and Marie went to battle to help me. They went beyond the call of duty. Without them, I would have been in big trouble and had to come back home early. I was in Vegas and needed to buy random things, and I saw that this CVS was across the street from me. I was staying at the Wynn and my room faced directly towards the CVS, which is on the corner of the Treasure Island property. I walked over which was kind of tricky because you had to take the walkways over the streets, but there's only certain ones that will go in a certain direction so I had to be more strategic more aware of where to walk. I was entering from the second floor walk way and I took the escalator down and entered from the entrance right next to the Popeyes Chicken. I was able to buy my phone charging cable which was at the register. Also got a couple of bottles of water and a couple of snacks. The CVS does have a lot of different things that you could imagine and it was very convenient to have access to these items that I needed. The team members are all really nice. The registers are located towards the front of the store, which is closest to the Strip. And all the team members are really nice because I wasn't really sure where certain items were and they were very helpful. Come get some last minute things or snacks, drinks, and pretty much any thing you can think of. read more

Glad I could see CVS from my window at Caesar's prompting me to journey over. CVS is directly across the street from Bellagio's beautiful Water Fountain (right behind CVS is an orange crane. Look for the Red Heart and next door to the Effie's Tower). We were able to easily access CVS via 2 foot bridges and avoided the worry of congested traffic. At CVS, Rosalee was a delight and welcomed sight. She was friendly, courteous, kind, and efficient. Even though there were 10 people also waiting in line, it flowed quickly. The selection and price of the water was a much appreciated bonus. Other items in the store were also reasonable. If i can give no star at all I would! Guy told me to wait for 30minutes and waited for 30minutes and then another pharmacist telling me to wait another 30minutes! If they had told me an hour I could have done something else with my 30minutes or had lunch else where or ask another pharmacy to refill it! Most horrible cvs I had ever been. Never will I get minute cvs clinic consultation and have me wait like an idiot for my rx to get ready by a bunch of horrible people who couldnt even say "im so sorry for the wait, but can you wait another 30?" i would have walk away without any questions at all. On the downside, this CVS (and the Marvel Capeshit Experience) did wipe out what was unique and beloved about Treasure Island making it just yet another place for weekend drunktxrds. On the positive side, pre-Covid for me it was a very convenient stop to get a decent $5 Italian hoagie for lunch or some other little necessities before hopping on a Flixbus nearby at the mall. Some prices are inflated due to the location, but they also do the deep clearance pricing that regular CVS locations do when items go out of the rotation, like I've seen candy bars here on clearance for 25 or 50 cents each. This is my review of the Treasure Island (from here on abbreviated TI) CVS. In late February I spent a week with my family in TI. During our stay this CVS would come in handy. Later in this review, I explain why it came in handy. Currently this is one of three CVS stores on the Las Vegas Strip. It stands out from the other CVS and Walgreens for the fact that it replaced a good part of a resorts theme. It is a controversial location because it replaced TI's "Sirens" show and the northern part of Buchaneer Bay. In a way when TI replaced "Sirens" with a CVS, it opened a can of worms. Now other properties are evaluating replacing a free show that does not make money directly with retailing. The Bellagio water fountains come to mind. A few paragraphs from here, I will share from my experience how this backfired on TI. The TI CVS is easy to reach. There are two entrances. One opens to the Las Vegas Strip by the TI to Fashion Show pedestrian bridge where the other opens into the northeast corner of the casino next to the sports book. This has the distinction of being the only CVS or Walgreens directly connected to a casino on the Las Vegas Strip. What is missing from this CVS is a pharmacy. It is more of a Las Vegas Strip general store than a drug store. They sell a variety of merchandise that includes groceries, vitamins, pens, and souvenirs. Considering that this is on prime Las Vegas Strip real estate, prices are high (as if CVS off the Strip wasn't high priced). Regardless the prices of beer and soft drinks were not off the charts expensive. For example, the 24 ounce Michelob Ultra that I brought cost $3 and change. That is significantly less expensive than a TI bar or gift shop. Although the TI CVS is in want of a pharmacy, they filled my over the counter prescription for a relaxation aid. That was over the counter beer. They sell cold individual beer in two different refrigerators. I'd buy a can of 24 ounce beer before retiring to the room. In some of my past reviews that were usually on a vacation in a different state, I wrote that before going to bed I enjoy drinking a cold one. It just relaxes me. Differentiating from these reviews, this one concerns a store attached to a casino resort. In my opinion TI abandoning "Sirens" with the Pirates theme for a cookie cutter CVS at the same time they overcharge for drinks at the bars caused them to lose my business. Instead of paying for drinks and gambling late at night, I brought beer from their tenant and relaxed with it in the hotel room. Then again if this CVS was nonexistent, I might have brought a 24 ounce Bud Ice across the Strip in Walgreens. Having this CVS also came in handy for my dad. His foot was slightly bothering him. He brought a shoe insole that greatly improved the quality of his time in Las Vegas. When I shopped in this CVS, it was evident that I prefer Walgreens. The one thing I dislike at CVS is the over reliance on self check outs. This could be annoying when buying alcohol. In contrast the Las Vegas Strip Walgreens are fully staffed with a single cue leading to a counter of cashiers that are ready to serve you when the light above their register illuminates. Generally speaking the ambiance, selection, to some extent pricing, and shopping experience at CVS trails behind Walgreens. When I am a local daytripping on the Las Vegas Strip, I prefer the Palazzo Walgreens across the street. When I was staying at TI having a CVS attached to the property came in handy. But still, I prefer Walgreens over CVS any day. read more

At the end of a long Vegas night we were really looking for something refreshing and not sugary or gimmicky. We walked into CVS from the interior Treasure Island entrance and were met with aisles and aisles of liquor. The layout of the store is a little odd to me. We were hoping to see a wall of non-alcoholic drinks to choose from. There's 2 separate refrigerated cases of water. There's a "grocery" section that has stuff like milk and orange juice. Then there's another separate area that has energy drinks, "health" drinks like Vitamin Water, and teas. Being from California of course we needed our kombucha fix and we almost gave up after being teased by another drinks display case around the next corner one too many times. We persevered and finally found a mini standalone fridge that had kombucha and other probiotic drinks. It was mega busy at cash and the employees were all at wits end, constantly radioing for back up, and generally disappointed we were there. Whatever, we got our drinks at a normal non-Vegas price. I was just in this cvs trying to by a Bottle of facial wash like fat in and get out. First went over to maybe-line makeup they didn't have what I buy then went towards the facial wash I heard a beep as I walked away from the makeup I knew right then someone would come my way maybe I triggered something in the floor or they were watching a camera and profiling me thinking I'm stupid or something cause I had my backpack on coming from work on the strip as I walked over towards the facial wash here comes this white lady most likely lost prevention sling Me did I need help knowing she had no intentions of helping me she I said yea facial wash you think she moved hell no she stood right there and stated where then she asked asked another person trying to play it off like she was helping people the entire time it was about me watch the black lady possible thief. Now I grab the facial wash walk over to her and likely hand it to her ask her questions basically making her work sense she's in my business she then says oh you have an app well take it to the counter and they will honor it she then realizes I'm not a crook I am planning on buying something and she disappears. It's ok if you are out of stock on an item. But your customer service is rude. I am staying the week in the connected hotel. 4 employees stood there, and no one greeted me. CVS pharmacy is a chain with branches at several locations on the Las Vegas strip, as well as many locations across the country. Buying your beverages here is a lot cheaper than getting them for free from the casinos, because you don't have to gamble. However, many of the locations, such as the one in the Treasure Island Casino, are still pretty expensive. Beer starts at about $10 a sixpack and wine at about $7. The ABC store at the Fashion Mall or proper liquor stores will generally be cheaper. However, if you're looking for a legitimate pharmaceutical products, this place can be very helpful. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. Very dishonest employees including Management. I was given a $100 visa gift card from my boss from this store. The card I was given was never activated. My boss called and I went down and talked to the Supervisor and Manager. The male cashier said he had a problem activating the card and had my boss grab another one. Well, it never worked. It looks to me the cashier switched it and kept the activated one. The Mgr reviewed the camera footage and insisted their employee did no wrong. They are either in on it or are ignorant about their employee's lack of integrity. I feel sorry for all the tourists that may have been ripped off. Some gift cards could have been purchased for wedding gifts, birthdays, etc. and they may never know they won't be activated because they all live out of state and no one complains to the store. read more

One star by force. Can someone please tell me how an employee by the name of Betsy is still allowed to work there. She is very rude and unprofessional. She assaults customers. And has a bad attitude. I have seen her assault and full on fight a customer right before my very own eyes. I stayed at Treasure Island and needed to pick up a few things from the store. So apparently because I went in my pajamas at night she assumes I'm stealing. Following me around and sending other employees to approach me and ask if I need help. I am black so I guess she assumes because I am of color I'm stealing. Well the same time I was there someone was making their way out of the store. She follows them grabs their bag and has a full of fight with them. The customer runs out after being hit several times in the face. I was surprised is this even legal? Anyways I go to the hotel side to check out go figure she has to check me out because she gave another employee their break.
