This is an excellent pharmacy. This is not like your big box. Impersonal pharmacy. This pharmacy is very attentive. Their delivery service is excellent. They are very fair in price. I highly recommend using this pharmacy. read more

I have been trying to get a specialty medication and my concierge doctor suggested ASP Cares. It's a small little pharmacy and I'm glad he works with them because they were able to work with me on an out of pocket price that saved nearly 50% over what my prescription would've cost if I had gone through my insurance! The location is in the old part of Vegas, and the building is an old school office park. Don't be turned off by the low-level look and feel of this pharmacy. They do not need some fancy logo or business, nor do they hide behind a big corporate name (and super high drug prices). Security here is tight, so don't plan on picking up a prescription that isn't written specifically for you. You'll have to show a valid i.d. to get your meds, so be prepared. ASP is able to get drugs that other pharmacies can't, which makes them worth their weight in gold. The staff has always been pleasant, informative, and friendly, giving clear instructions and going out of their way to help. Again, they don't work with all insurances, so make sure call before having a script filled here. They didn't work with my insurance, but they helped me get a workaround so I could get what I needed. Note that they're now open on Saturday mornings, 9 am - 3pm (but closed Sunday). read more

I use GoodRx for certain prescriptions. If you also use GoodRx, DO NOT send your prescription here. This dingy hole-in-the-wall pharmacy saw I got my prescription from GoodRx but didn't bother to call and let me know they don't accept GoodRx coupons because they're not "contracted" with them. They said only main pharmacies are which is objectively false because I normally get my prescription from a mom and pop pharmacy with no issues. I had to shell out the money because I can't wait to take this prescription and I'm sure that's exactly why they didn't bother to tell me my out of pocket was going expeditiously higher than what I was expecting; I would just have to pay the amount for my meds. ASP can SMD. read more

Since I have been in Vegas the last almost three years the large chain pharmacy down the street has closed. It was inconvenient for a while until I found ASP Cares off of Rancho. Please note THEY ALSO DELIVER! The staff are very nice and always seem to be in a great mood which is not the norm for pharmacies if you know you know. THANK YOU ASP STAFF YOU ROCK read more

ASP Cares in Las Vegas is hands down the absolute best pharmacy! We have used them for years and they consistently provide excellent customer service. I single out Samantha C. because she has been the person who has helped us the most but everyone there is wonderful. She is a very special asset to this team. There is never a problem they cannot solve! Kudos to the management team because you must be doing something right to have so many employees with a high level of compassion and understanding. Thank you for taking such good care of us! read more

I've been using this pharmacy for a while now, based on my doctor's recommendation. I transferred all my prescriptions here because they were able to get hard-to-find medications, and I appreciated the convenience--especially the delivery service. The delivery guy is really nice and its always on time. Right now, I'm trying to refill all my meds, but I don't need the alcohol swabs and lancets since I still have plenty. I don't want to pay a copay for something I won't use--it feels wasteful. However, Cynthia mentioned that their policy is to refill everything that's due, and she suggested I wait for my other pharmacy to get Mounjaro when I already explained to her that it was out of stock at walgreens. It just feels unfair that there's no room for compromise when she told me I should just use other pharmacy. While her voice sounds pleasant, her tone comes off as condescending--as if she's more interested in enforcing a rigid policy than actually helping. I discussed the issue with my doctor friend , and he explained that due to insurance reimbursement challenges, small businesses often need to bundle prescriptions as a survival tactic. I wish the pharmacist shown more empathy and taken the time to explain this to me instead of simply directing me to use another pharmacy. Had I known the full context, I would have refilled all my medications here and transferred both my family and patients to ASP. read more

I love this little pharmacy. They have difficult to find prescriptions and will deliver if you need them to. Everyone nice and efficient.

We have been getting our prescriptions filled for awhile. I was told today that we need to find a new pharmacy because they will no longer fill our prescriptions because we only have a couple prescription With them. Our doctor recommended them I will be telling her about how we are being treated. They don't care about their customers it's all about the money. read more

Staff is always great. On the few occasions they needed to call me back, they always did pretty quickly and they are always friendly.

It seems that there is no one at the helm here. For the past 6 months, getting my daughter's medicine has been quite the task. I used to get texts saying they got the prescription from her doctor; Not anymore. I have to hunt them down, and that is not an easy task. Staff on the phone (if they even answer) are rude and act as though my call is a major inconvenience to them. I can't tell you how many times I haven't even spoken to anyone and got hung up on. In my last call, I spent 16 mins on hold and still had not spoken to anyone. It takes days for them to respond to a text. I just can not do this anymore. Today, only two of my medications were delivered. I can't get ahold of anyone- as per usual. read more

ASP Cares - Pharmacy Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Love this place! They are the best pharmacy in town. Whenever I have problems with my insurance or to large of a copay, they are willing to help if they can. They also offer delivery. They are very diligent with getting my meds ordered if they don't have them in stock (I take very specific meds that are not made generically) so that within a couple of days I have them. Also, the environment is great, everyone seems so happy to work there. Seriously, use these guys. They're awesome. read more

This pharmacy is a well oiled machine. The technicians in the front are always friendly and polite. I appreciate how strict they are with following HIPAA regulations. This location always appears to be organized with all employees helping each. Whenever I or my partner speak to them on the phone, they never rush and answer all of either our questions. Keep it up. this entire team should be proud of themselves. read more

They are very nice, but sometimes when they say a prescription is ready to pick up, you show up and need to sit and wait for the pharmacist to review. Um...didn't he just fill it? Really frustrating and a waste of my time. read more

Prices: great (they do not accept GoodRx, however) Delivery option: nice; they'll get there when they get there. The complete failure to call when they are required to, take instruction, follow promises, communicate in general: infuriating and life-altering. I read all of the lower reviews here, and they match my general experience. As Americans, we are supposed to consider ourselves lucky if we can access basic health care at a reasonable price and since we are "beggars," we have no right to expect competency in communication or adherence to a protocol. I suppose that's the philosophy, here. We take what we can get. read more

The desperation of a victim of UTI cannot be overstated. I was one such poor unfortunate soul on a weekday morning clawing at the clinic door at opening time to get the much needed elixir of antibiotics. From prescription to pick up, all went smoothly and I was home and popping little black and yellow macrobid pills in no time. Grateful. Thank you for the efficient delivery of drugs into my system so I can stop peeing orange and return to some semblance of normal. read more

Great Pharmacy, great staff. I had an issue getting my subscription filled and Samantha C helped and explained what the issue is. We got it resolved and I got my meds the same day. If I can I will run all my prescriptions through this pharmacy. read more

Running into issues with a pharmacy or prescriptions is super frustrating and draining. Samantha C was so patient, kind and understanding. She helped me through an issue transferring my prescription and having been double billed with my insurance. She not only took care of everything, which included multiple calls with the other pharmacy and insurance company but communicated with me each step of the way. Thank you Sam! read more

Wow! Let me just say that customer service is huge and my book. This pharmacy has the absolute best customer service! My husband picks up a couple of prescriptions there, and I've had the opportunity to talk to the same rep twice which leads to this review. Her name was Sabrina. She just blew me away. These days you don't get someone to just stop and focus on what you're saying and take things from beginning to end. She is resourceful, knowledgeable, professional, super sweet and I can see a very hard worker. This pharmacy is now open on Saturdays to accommodate their customers and keep up with the high demand. They are worth the drive from Henderson across the valley. Check them out. You won't be disappointed. Way to go Sabrina. I do have to add that My Husband always has wonderful things to say when he picks up his prescription there as well. A+ 5 Star read more

The service here is fantastic,I was standing at the counter while the clerk went to get my prescription a clerk stopped and asked me how she could help me? They are all so courteous. Great Specialty Pharmacy! The only downside is availability of certain medications which is not their fault since they aren't available other places either. read more

WORST PHARMACY IN LAS VEGAS! DO NOT GO THERE! I have used them for the past two years (+/-). In the last 6 months their service has become horrible. Please review the following: 1. They charge co-pays when there's coupon in their system showing I have no co-pay. 2. Even though I tell them REPEATEDLY not to send a medication (I have enough of it for the time being), they send it anyway and charge me for it. 3. They don't call to tell me when medications are supposed to be here so I miss the delivery person. 4. Even though they INSIST medicines will only be delivered between 3 pm and 7 pm, they routinely show up before 1 pm. 5. Most of the staff does not speak English as a first language, so communication can be taxing to say the least. 6. Their pharmacy looks like a "pill mill" that specializes in elicit drugs for profit. 7. Staff doesn't care their service is sub-standard. If you have any other choice than this pharmacy - no matter how bad it is - go there! I can guarantee you this will be worse. read more

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE don't waste your time trying to get your prescriptions filled here, customer service is not in there vocabulary. I called in a prescription based on my doctors recommendation to use this pharmacy. when placing order she verified it was in stock, I was told no problem it would be ready in 15 minutes. well that was too good to be true, I received a text about an hour later stating it was on back order. after calling the pharmacy I was told to check back it would be in tomorrow. I called the next day and was told to check back Monday, Monday was told still not in stock check back later. I waited until Wednesday and called to find the medication was in stock. after being told that I was also informed that they would not fill my script. I was told I'm to small of a customer and they wont make enough money letting me get just one script filled. she informed me if I would transfer more scripts to them they would be able to fill it. well after telling them I would move my 3 scripts to their pharmacy she informed me the manager said that would not be good enough for them. after a little back and forth she said the manager has agreed to fill my script this one time, but if I wanted to get it again I would have to have more scripts for them to fulfill my order. this place is a joke and I wouldn't fill scripts with them if they were free. best part is I already told 4 people about place and to give them a try because it seemed to be a good set up and they do home delivery. I made sure to call all of them and let them know they would not make them enough money for the pharmacy to fill their scripts and to save their time. I will stick with SMITHS they have excellent customer service read more

I have been with ASP Pharmacy since November 2022 and my experience started off not so good with some of the staff there at the time. I am a Diabetic patient on Mounjaro and had a problem with my refill and my doctor sent it to CVS (yuck) in which I encountered a problem and thought i am not going to be able to get my prescription due to the high price they wanted to charge me for it. On 06/05/2033 I called CVS and they said that in order for me to transfer my prescription I would have to have ASP call and start the transfer so I called ASP and spoke to a gentleman by the name of David. I cannot find the proper words to express my gratitude to him for the help and the assurance he gave me to help me out with the situation that I had in my hands. I cannot tell you how helpful, respectful, professional and beyond customer service experience he has. I am so happy with them because of him I got all my prescriptions transferred to ASP today and spoke to him already to let him know that it was due to his professionalism that he offered me when I was in need of help. He done that footwork for me that i had to do to get the issue resolved. Even though i do not know him in person, I will continue my prescription filling there because of him. Lazy workers that don't get anything done for the patient. Definitely won't go out of their way to help

HORRIBLE! The female pharmacist had me move ALL of my medication for my disabilities (ive been disabled for 14 years with the federal government) to the pharmacy to NOW tell me she wont be filling my medicine. I asked is this for everyone? No. just for me & 'particular' clients it seems. whomever she chooses. EXTREMELY RUDE, JUDGEMENTAL, IGNORANT & BIGOTRY AT ITS FINEST. I will not be sending clients there anymore and I will be contacting the better business bureau. read more

I've had a few issues with this pharmacy, but I still would choose them over cvs or Walgreens!!! I like that they deliver I love the female staff. I say this because the men staff over the phone and even in person can be RUDE. I haven't had this problem with the lady's. I wish I didn't have too call about refills as I get 9 prescriptions. The only thing I miss about cvs and Walgreens is that. Otherwise this is a great pharmacy too go too read more

They offer free delivery. Staff are friendly and professional. Good customer service.

I have had nothing but bad experiences since day one. I never get my prescriptions delivered on time, sometimes taking WEEKS to get them. The staff lie and say they came but I wasn't here, when I'm home all day waiting. They mess up or lose my prescriptions constantly. Currently, I cannot change pharmacies because of my provider policy. I'm really unhappy with their service, and most of all, how they treat me is disgusting. read more
