For three months in a row they have written it wrong, by miscalculating the earliest refill date at +75 days, rather than the correct 30 days! We explained to them twice how to do it right and they fixed it, so there is no doubt of their mistakes. They miscalculated the same way a third time. On or about 9/22/2020 we contacted the CVS "feedback" number, 800-746-7287 and B---- said that someone from the district "leadership team" would contact us. As of this morning, 10/8/2020, nobody had contacted us. Today, at CVS #3166, they haven't answered their phone, 301-791-2852 in ten minutes. We called the feedback # again, today, 10/8/2020 circa 2:10 PM. C----- said he would contact district leadership. "J------" called us at 3:45, when we were in a PT session. We called back at 4:40 and left a message. According to *69, "J------" called again at 5:12 PM. I returned her call, immediately. No response. This is a message to her. Telephone tag! Must I sent certified mail to the corporate chair?

Long waits to get your meds, some pharmacists not knowing what they can stock or dispense. This is not unique to be, it happens to other customers. Whenever the availability of medicines has been delayed because of insurance holds, Costco has always gone to bat for us and resolved the issue quickly. Like many others, I was sad when the Safeway on 7th Street closed after 50 years in business. The pharmacy there was great! Absolutely top notch. All accounts were automatically transferred to a nearby, let's call them a 3 letter pharmacy. They're everywhere. The new place insisted on giving me only 30-day refills, which was slightly inconvenient and tripled the co-pay cost of the 90-day refills I'd been getting. So, looked around and heard good things about the Weis pharmacy out on the west side of town. I could not believe how hard these folks work to make sure you get the medicine you need at the lowest price possible. McKenzie helped me first, and I got a 90-day refill (using an on-line coupon) at no cost to me! A few days later I went back to pick up two more, different prescriptions. Again, a 90-day refill had a zero copay. The 30-day refill had a co-pay of only 97 cents! If you are looking for ways to save money, and want help from hard working pharmacists and staff who want to help you get the best deal possible, please give this place a try. The manager/employee at the front refused to do it, telling me that only active employees get the discount, when the card clearly stated my grandfather was eligible for said discount. Then the employee had the gall to apologize because he "didn't want to get in trouble." This is not the first bad experience at this Walgreens. I continually have issues with this location and the employees. My grandfather felt hurt and disappointed as he has given a lot of years to this company, and should have been given the employee discount. Sad that this policy isn't followed when the card clearly stated the benefits, and had it signed by the CEO. Do better, Walgreens, but especially at this location.

To my pleasant surprise their normal long time employee tech Ursula was on point today with a friendly greeting, a pleasant demeanor and a sense of duty to serve the public. This wasn't just me either she offered the customer before me the same and both of us were offered snack size snickers while we waited.
