The pharmacist at this location is so shamefully rude I can only conclude that she despises herself as well as her job. Every time I or my husband have a question or glitch concerning a prescription, she interjects comments into our exchanges with the pharmacy technician that are abrupt at best, nasty at worst. She has managed to make errors with things that are so simple I didn't think errors were possible. She also wears her mask down around her chin, like that's going to protect anyone while she prepares their medications. The pharmacy techs are constantly changing at this store. Maybe the horrid demeanor of the pharmacist keeps driving them away. After my experience today, during which she barked "that's not a line" after telling me to switch lines, I will never return here again. This poor woman needs every kind of training. Maybe they can give her a job at a pharmacy in hell. read more

Not once has anyone ever answered the phone the million times that I have called. Pharmacist must have some kind of bug up her ass when you are in there. It takes effort to be rude. Smiling uses so many less muscles than frowning. read more

DO NOT use this pharmacy. In Frederick we are lucky we have Whitesell's which is around the corner so you can avoid the CVS and Walgreen monopoly. They didn't have my medicine because they hadn't bothered to open the boxes one day, they don't answer their phones and now CVS closes the pharmacy completely from 1:30pm -2:00pm claiming it's for the pharmacist is to take the lunch they are entitled to... ok so here is a wild idea how about we staff appropriately so people can get their lunch AND PATIENTS ALWAYS HAVE CARE!!! I know wild concept. I work at the hospital and could not imagine us all taking lunch at the same time and telling patients sorry you are out of luck. We don't care you can wait. CVS is trash whitesells is down the street well worth switching. They are open more hours and they don't all take lunch and shutdown. They really care about their staff and patients. I had to pick up a prescription here while I was on vacation. The pharmacy was super helpful and nice even though the prescription had been called in wrong in so many ways by my doctor back in Denver. There were also insurance complications. The CVS pharmacy crew bent over backwards to help me. On the way out people even said bye and thank you! It's pretty full-service little pharmacy with a great parking lot and it is not an overwhelming size. If I lived here this would be my pharmacy! read more

I give them a 4 out of 5 because I always believe that there is room for improvement. However, I've been a customer of the CVS store and pharmacy for roughly 9 years. I have to give the staff praise. For as long as I've been a customer, they've been fabulous. Customer Reps are friendly, the pharmacy staff is helpful (despite my years of complicated medical needs). The store is always neat, organized, and well stocked. I'm very pleased with the service I've received there and I hope it continues. read more

Worst customer service experience I'd had in some time. Pharmacist on a personal phone call for 10 minutes, counter staff unhelpful. When the Pharmacist finally did offer some help she was nasty. When I finally had enough and voiced an objection she then refused to call my Dr to confirm that I wasn't lying to her. Then the counter clerk suggest I be a little nicer. 20 minutes of complete nonsense and she dared to tell me that I should be nicer. Really unbelievable service. I left CVS went to a neighboring pharmacy and was in and out under 5 minutes and on my way with out and difficulty at all. This is the last time I'll set foot in any CVS. The 7th Street CVS should be completely ashamed of itself! read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. If you care at all about your photos, DO NOT HAVE THIS CVS DEVELOP THEM. I had two disposable cameras that I took to get developed here. I watched them bag both cameras and was told I'd get a call when the pictures were ready in 1-2 weeks. Fast forwards 6 weeks later and I'd heard nothing. I called around week 3 and they said they didn't have them back yet. I finally called again today and after being told they were not yet in, I asked if she could check. She went and checked and low and behold they had gotten one camera's film back and had had it for weeks and they had LOST THE OTHER ONE. What was even more frustrating and disappointing was the utter and complete lack of customer service in this situation. The woman simply said "oops, sorry." So long to the memories I'd captured at a college reunion. Will never trust them with my photo needs again. read more

This CVS is always stocked and clean. I normally come to this pharmacy for our allergy medicine. The employees at the pharmacies customer service is ok. They greet you when you walk up to the counter by saying "I will be with you in a minute." I like yo come here at the end of any season they usually have a good sale selection. For example after the winter they had nice thick snow gloves on sale for $1.99 & $2.99 the original prices were $14.99 & $19.99. There is a nice cashier in front that always smiles and greets everyone who walks in but she is the only one everyone else just does their job. I only gave this CVS three stars because Of the nice lady in front that greets me whenever she is there. If she didn't work here I would only give this CVS two stars, merchandise good but customer service is always important and it that area this store needs help. read more

I have been getting prescriptions filled here for over 20 years. I stopped coming here and then came back years later. I moved here from a pharmacy with high turnover because I am a Regular Customer who appreciates when my Pharmacy has my Regular medications ready and anticipate when the PHARMACIST needs to contact the Doctor for Refill Prescriptions on maintence medicine. This current Pharmacist is horrible with Customer Service. Recently, I called to refill a prescription on a stressful day. I knew that it was No Refills remaining when I picked up the Prescription 2 weeks earlier so to HELP HER in advance, I called my Doctor and asked them to send over a New Prescription for the Pharmacist. Because I am forced to get my medication filled every 3 weeks for insurance limitations. Then I received a Text Message that it was Too Early to Refill the Prescription, which I knew, I was simply getting them the New Refill Prescription in advance to make their lives easier. So when I called to Refill this prescription, the pharmacist was short/rude and told ME to hang up and Call MY Doctor to request a New Prescription. Many GOOD Pharmacists KNOW their regular Customers and to make THEIR lives easier, Schedule our medication needs to keep up with the demand. For a Pharmacist to be rude to a Customer and tell the Customer to hang up and Contact the Doctor for a New Prescription is the Job of the Pharmacy. This is a Regular Maintenance Medication. At my most recent Doctor appointment, I told my Doctor that July 5th (6 months from now), please schedule on their calendar to call CVS to call in a Refill Prescription on my Regular Maintenance medicine. My Doctor looked puzzled saying, "Why doesn't the Pharmacy call us for this in July?" I responded, I understand, they do not deem this their job to get refills for Customers. The Doctor shook his head saying what is wrong with that Pharmacist? She does not understand that is a part of HER job? Another Doctor I see heard about this and said, you should have moved to another Pharmacy. That is ridiculous for the incompetent Pharmacist to make HER job your problem. It is the Pharmacy's job to maintain customers. That MOST business in these stores like CVS are generated from the loyal customer base in the pharmacy to then shop in the stores. So let's see if they learn how to and begin implementing their jobs or whether the Company finds us a new Pharmacist who finds serving their Regular Customer base something they appreciate vs dread. I understand from the Pharmacist that the Corporation does not have a Functional Database to plan in advance, but as simple as technology is, you'd think the local Pharmacist would establish a database for Regular Customers who need Refills to schedule to contact the Doctors and request these on time. So they can function more efficiently as they anticipate our Regular business. I am certain they are required to have training on working with Seniors, working with Medically Ill or people in Pain or Suffering. So why can't they understand THEY CHOSE to work in this industry where the Customers Appreciate when the Pharmacist completes the Regular job with a Positive Attitude? Again we will see if they Grow or Learn. Perhaps new at this and not enough training. read more

The pharmacy at this CVS location went above and beyond for my family when there was a mix-up with my son's medication that we absentmindedly forgot to take care of right away. An employee actually stayed later than her required work hours to wait for us to pick it up since we had waited last minute and needed it that night. We were so grateful. Worst service my Dr called script in spoke to pharmacist at 11:00 am. When I arrived scripted was not processed . I was on the phone with my drs office to speak to nurse there who gave the verbal order to fill my script again. Miraculously the pharmacists had it on a pad and found it but never filled it. Than I had to wait again more time because they could not fill my script because " they are busy" it was called in at 11 am . I figured in 5 hours they could have managed to put 10 pills in a container. Avoid this CVS use any other pharmacy. #rude #horriblecustomerservice read more

Two months in a row we have had issues filling prescriptions at this pharmacy. There is one person who has been very helpful but the other staff members are rude and act as though it's too much trouble to deal with customers. I watched them making hateful faces while their back was turned away from the customers and others talking about customers while hiding behind their computer and peeking over.
