The whole place stinks to high heaven to the point everything in the store is permitted through the wrappers, pill bottles, and all those toxins are in your products that have fragrance and all the nasty stuff that is hidden due to FDA incompetence to make it public. Guy at the pharmacy was a stoner looking guy. Showed him a regulation about fragrance from American Medical Association and looked at me like I was from Mars. Gave it to the pharmacy manager who took a passing glance and threw it down. If you want to infuse scents, read the regs. You blame it on patrons but it wasn't like that always and is in all CVS with the same stank. Well, get ready as 16,000 of us with chemical reactions from your toxic stores are coming after you with legal help! No more contaminated products is what we ask. Some way to get our meds without being fumigated from fragro-toxic stores and idiot management ode blind from being bathed in it that OSHA would and should do something for your poor employees who will have respiratory problems soon. Horrible location! They lie about not having your medication if it's close to closing time so they won't have to work!!! Diane in the pharmacy is disrespectful & straight up rude ! Not only did she lie about not having a medication that we saw in the other workers hand she closed the window on us in the drive through and said "GOODBYE" ! Diane got upset and agitated when we told her that we were just there and the other worker offered for us to wait 15 mins to pick it up but we instead said we would come back after a walmart run. After she slammed the window shut in our face and we went inside to speak with the pharmacist, Ntumbong , I still feel like nothing was resolved. I explained to the pharmacist what happened and in the midst of that conversation Diane came over to continue to yell. This is the busiest pharmacy that I have ever seen. I know they are more times slow, but they care. I recently obtained a prescription for Paxlovid and they went out of their way to get it to me fast. I was there on their lunch hour and although all the workers went on break, the pharmacist kept working for a least half the break. That's dedication , and I appreciate that. read more

This Pharmacy is horrible. The drive through is always closed for one reason or another, so you have to go in, and stand in a long line. Then they are closed for the Pharmasist to go to lunch, I get that, but why can't they stagger the lunches so there is always someone there? They put me on auto refill on certain meds without asking, and others I run out of and they say it's too soon to refill. I can't wait to go to another pharmacy. read more

AGAIN, this CVS has ruined my prescriptions!!! I actually blamed my doctor for their incompetence!! I really cannot STAND this CVS. They are responsible for so much distress in my household. Three times, someone in my family, someone disabled, went there to pick up my medications because I am too sick to drive right now. Each time she was sent away and told that nothing was there for me. I called the customer service number (1-888-607-4287) and they finally resolved the matter. They DID have my prescription after all, but for some inexplicable reason, told this person that it wasn't there THREE times! I have HAD IT!!! I do not want to waste my time and energy on this, however, I am going to have to demand that this pharmacy be inspected and thatb they answer up to the continual issues that they keep giving me. I'm officially done with this place. I have a prescription that I need to fill monthly. They put me on auto-refill without asking, but that's fine. Except they kept refilling it sooner and sooner, like 2 weeks apart. Still not the end of the world. Except at some point, they took me off of auto-refill without notifying me. I looked at my medication and realized I only had 3 days left, so I went through the app and asked for a refill. It asked when I would like to pick it up. I said 9:00 the following day. It's several hours past now, and it's not ready. I did get a phone call from CVS about an hour ago telling me that they noticed that my refill is due and I should call the pharmacy or use the "web" to refill it...??? Also, I was emailed a coupon from the manufacturer that was good for 12 refills or 1 year (coupon made the medication free). It was such a process each time I tried to use it, but is was $70 otherwise. Then after the first 3 or so being free, they said the best they could do was charge me $25 instead of $70. Weird, but ok. Then they stopped honoring the coupon altogether. Another pleasant experience is when I had my doctor switch to a different CVS so that I didn't have to come here anymore. They did, and I picked up my prescription from the new CVS. Then I guess CVS realized the "mistake", and switched me back to Liberty Road! Why!?!!! Anyway, I am about to run out of medication despite the app saying the refill is "in process" (has been in process for a day and a half). They can't possibly care about people's health, so I'm going to switch to Walgreens. read more

We have lived in Albany, Georgia as well as Jacksonville, Florida, Wayne, New Jersey and now Maryland. We have always used CVS, but this particular location does not have its pharmaceutical act together. The folks behind the counter are very good, but it would be nice for the pharmacist I dealt with to realize that she is to fill prescriptions and not second-guess the physician's decision to prescribe. I had a terrible experience here back in August, waiting for my prescription in pain while the pharmacist was chit-chatting in the aisles with a customer. I had to go over there any ask her to fill my prescription before she got back to her conversation. I thought I'd give it another try, but here I am. They told me it would be done in an hour and it's now an hour & a half later and it's not done. This is just absurd. Also they have signs outside and inside advertising 20% off flu shots today so I asked to receive one. They are out of vaccines. Don't have signs hanging everywhere if you are out, it's just rude. She downloaded apps for them and is talking in depth about it while "Ms gale" is in back on phone. I've never had a problem with CVS. I usually can find what I'm looking for. They're about a mile from my house so I decided to walk there for the exercise. When I got there I discovered that I had forgot a mask. I asked an older woman in the parking lot if she could please spare a mask. She was very nasty and you would have thought I asked her for 50 dollars. This is what it has come to now I guess. The employee (Jenny) in CVS was very kind and gave me a mask so I could do my shopping. She also graciously helped me find a product that I could not find. Do not go to this pharmacy if you want prompt service or even want your prescription within two days. Anytime I've dropped a prescription off, it takes hours if not days to actually pick it up. I will say that the front part of the store is great. All of the cashiers are helpful and friendly. I'd rather just go over to Giant where I can always pick my prescriptions up within the hour at the longest. read more

Pharmacist Lillian is rude and lacks even basic customer skills. I went to fill an RX for liquid oxycodone for my child who was in pain from a foot surgery he had just the day before. She barely looked up from what she was already doing to tell me in a dry and indifferent manner "we don't have that here...sorry" and then eyes right back down to what she was doing. Ummm how about suggesting to switch the RX to a pill form, which is exactly what I ended up doing at the next pharmacy, their competitor. Thanks for nothing on that one. Second time I went there for an RX, there she is again, interrupting the pharm tech RIGHT in the middle of my transaction, to talk to her about something that was totally unrelated. So I'm standing there waiting after swiping my card, so Lillian can lecture the employee about not doing something correctly. So unprofessional. I will not be back. read more

I've used CVS all over the country, and this is the only one I've found to be quite hit or miss. First RX called in. I went to pick-up and they said they never got a call. Called the clinic who gave me the date and time it was called in three days prior and verified the pharmacy and address. Hmmm. . . RX #2 (different) called in. I checked to see if they had gotten it, was told they were working on it. Picked up within the hour without a problem. Perhaps they're more serious with antibiotics. Yet another RX called in, and they messed it up. All within three weeks of each other. I recommend Costco for reliability and competitive prices, it's just not terribly convenient for us. read more

While there are a couple of staff members that are descent and pleasant, the bulk are just rude and nasty. They have made countless errors with prescriptions. The pharmacy is terrible. The staff are there to collect a paycheck and do not care. They even gave me somebody's prescription by mistake once. I had to let them know it wasn't correct and actually check each time from now on prior to leaving the window. I just called to find out the status of a medication and I think I must have bothered the person on their break with how inconvenienced they seemed. False information given to me originally and if I didn't check, I'd be going another week without my script. Additionally, they do not move in a timely fashion. Everything is delayed and it takes a very long time to accomplish a task. The whole pharmacy needs an overhaul, staff included. The rest of the store is fine. read more

Pharmacist Lilian refused to fill my RX after I waited in line for 25 minutes. Her reason wasn't because of the RX but because when I got there my RX was lost and by the time they found it, I was asked to go back around and get in line for the drive thru or come inside. When I stated I had already waited 25 minutes and would wait right here, Lilian handed me my RX back and advised she wouldn't fill it. Her pharmacy tech Wanda yelled "bye bye" after me as I left. Last year I went into CVS for a flu shot. I normally go to Target for this, but I was at CVS anyway, and there was no one else in line for the vaccine. I paid my $30 and was told by the pharmacy tech that the pharmacist would "get to me when she was ready." I sat there waiting for nearly an hour and a half. When I finally asked for a refund, a visibly angry woman came out from behind the counter, demanded I roll up my sleeve, and then stabbed me in the arm with a syringe. I've had probably 20 flu shots in my life, and it never hurt like that before. I felt assaulted and bewilder. I was never rude or demanding in any way. Twice during those 90 minutes I asked how much longer it would be, and twice I got an attitude from the staff. I know that being a pharmacist can be stressful at times (which is one reason why they're paid over $100k a year). But no amount of stress entitles you to assault your customers. Without us, you don't have a job. I'll never use CVS again for anything, especially a flu shot. read more
