Worst customer service! I enter this store location around 8:30am, I asked a sales associate which aisle is the toilet paper . She replied, "which ever aisle you find it." I said, "please tell me which aisle is the toilet paper?" She said, "Well, I'm on lunch now!" I was thinking to myself, it's 8:34am, and you're at lunch?" She is the worse representation of Target in the location of Pacoima, CA and she needs customer training before she begins working. This sales associate did not help me, she was avoiding to assist me and was deflecting her work responsibilities. This location doesn't even deserve 1 Star. read more

This is (was, new mini-target now open) the closest Target near my house so sometimes it seems like a swell idea to go here, for convenience sake. I NEVER leave in a good mood. So much stuff is open, the service is mediocre and believe it or not, the prices are higher here! It's hard to really explain what makes this particular Target so undesirable unless you go there. Worst customer service ever. I made a purchase in Inglewood and the products did not fit my needs. I tried returning them in the Pacoima location And the representative at the return and exchange area told me I had to wait 24 hours or go back to Inglewood. So I decided to exchange the items and I was told to go get what I needed. Once I got back to the register I was told I still had to wait 24 hours or go back to Inglewood. So I decided to go to the Burbank location and the representative there did the return right away with no trouble. Pacoima needs to get rid of lazy employees or train them to do their job. All this took place on 10/22/19 between 6:30 and 7pm Incase the store wants to check cameras and verify my story. read more

My son's 5th BDay was Sunday and received some gifts from Target!! Unfortunately he had the same hot wheel toys at home so I decided to return them for new hot wheels!! The sales associate started the return transaction and asked for a receipt I said I don't have a receipt it was a GIFT..... She rung up total for the items it came to about $20 for items worth $40 $20 ecttttt.... I asked her to speak to a Manager as I felt the total was incorrect, but the Manager came up to the counter and said that that was the price because items sometimes go on Sale!!!! So I challenged his argument and said ok show me where that's the SALE price and had no other answer!!' Then he suggested to keep the item.... even though I had explained already that my son had the same item at home he then again suggested to give it as gift!!!!!! First and foremost I don't need recommendation or suggestions on what to do with my items!!!!!! I feel that the receipt policy and return are ridiculous!!!! I went to Target earlier today to buy shampoo...they had on offer where you buy 4 and get a $5 gift card so i went ahead and got that deal...Now when i got home i was checking my receipt since i like to look at how much i saved...but i also had a weird feeling so i called to check the balance of the gift card and it was invalid i went ahead and opened my target app to add the gift card on my app and nope invalid...i then looked at the numbers of the gift card on the receipt to see if they match my card...Nope the last 3 numbers where different not only that the card she scaned now had a balance of $30...so what i believe this cashier was doing was anytime someone was to be given a $5 gift card she would scan "her" gift card adding to it kept it and handed a gift card that wasnt scaned to the customer (invalid)...the card she scaned had no reason to show a balance of $30 when the promotion was for $5...Dont trust the cashiers people before exiting make sure to take the time to scratch the back of the card and compare it to the receipt i sure learned my lesson...i did go back asking for the store manager however wasnt there...so i did get help by someone else...lets just say i was handed another gift card but walked out feeling like i was the bad guy i even apologized for the trouble read more

So I decided to grab a Barbie to look at it I put it back and this employee by the name Javier comes toward the box doesn't say excuse me get infront of me and fix it. Ive always liked this Target, but they now have a STARBUCKS!! Theres nothing like shopping while sipping on my favorite coffee. Aside from the new starbucks, the whole store, the storefront, and restrooms were all renovated. It is like a brand new Target and they are fully stocked with all the essentials. The only thing that i believe needs some improvement is the training of the cashiers, which sometimes take forever to ring things up and give you your change back. Don't bother placing online orders and picking it up here. I've been struggling for them to give me $50 gift card I was supposed to receive by purchasing two qualifying video games and they still haven't given it to me. They informed me I'd receive it by email. This was on Saturday, it is now Wednesday and still nothing. I've called 3 times and each time they tell me to call back tomorrow to check. Wish I could give 0 stars! This location is probably the worst one EVER!!! It is always over crowded, parking is horrible, customer service is so bad, and it is extremely dirty. Went last night for a quick purchase (a toothbrush), but as many know, it is impossible to go to Target for 1 thing and not come out having spent over $50. Anyway, I was already in line paying when the older lady at the register had the nerve to ask "Are you really going to pay $11 amount for this?" I reply "yes" why would it be in my basket if I didn't plan on purchasing? I mention to her that it is on sale, plus I have Cartwheel for an extra 10% off. Next item is being scanned and she does it again! Like really lady? So I say yes again and tell her it is also listed on Cartwheel. Final item is next and with an attitude she asks "Is this on Cartwheel too?". I should've just replied "Listen I'm not in my 60's working at Target, I can afford to pay $11 for 1 item." If I was rude to her just like she was to me, maybe she would've stopped talking from the beginning! In the future I'll take the extra 15 min drive and go to the Northridge one, even if all I really needed was a toothbrush. read more

So they have a Starbucks now, but their choices in women's clothing is severely lacking. I asked an employee where their Who What Wear clothes were, and her response was, "what's that?" So yeah, no Who What Wear and the options in the other lines were lacking. It was two weeks before Christmas and they had no dresses or "party" attire. They had the complete collection of Wild Fable and a ton of sweaters in other brands, but hardly any pants and nothing in the skirt area. This is a review of the both the customer service and the population which inhabits this store. First of all, if you're not Hispanic expect to get the dirtiest looks ever from the moment you park your car. I am not paranoid or generally overtly conscious of others, but the stares of "wtf you doing here" you get from their normal demographic is very disturbing. Nevertheless I ventured inside and was surprised at how disorganized the store was. I will admit I saw the customer service trying to clean and pick up after their patrons, but the customers' children were running amuck. I hate to out them, but I counted at least 2 employees on their personal phones and another 4 yelling/laughing across sections to one another. I made my way to get my item from the frozen area, but it didn't have a price. I had to ask a guy for help and he reluctantly after giving the harshest sigh (sorry for bothering you bro but you do work here) helped me. After all this I couldn't wait to get out. The check out was ok, minus the rude and impatient checker who couldn't wait half a second while I looked in my purse for a bill that fell out my wallet. She rolled her eyes and pushed me to the side. 3 seconds later I found my money, got back in line and then she resumed that fake courtesy. I will never return to this site. I will drive further rather than ever come to this target again. read more

I don't really enjoy this Target all that much to be honest. It's okay and has what I need to have, but generally it's just another average Target that doesn't stand out much. I was looking for bed spreads the other night and decided to be cheap and check out this place. I saw many sets that might have been okay but they did generally seem a little cheap. I've learned now that they aren't really all that cheap; it was probably just my impression of going to a place like Target. Well, I found a set that I *thought* was on sale. The set right next to it was on sale. It was marked down like $30 too. So I assumed this set was too. After ringing it up at the register, it was coming up as the wrong price. So they called CS to take a look. Still no change. I told them the set right next to this set was on sale, so I assumed this one was too. Nope. What a bummer. So I decided that, in defeat, I wasn't in the mood to purchase it. Oh well. It was pretty annoying that the sales are clearly marked. It's like they randomly mark down items, stick tags on some items and not on others. I just couldn't tell what was really on sale or not at first before studying everything. Stock: Majority of the time they have what I'm looking for. I've had occasions where they don't have what I need (or more like want) in stock, but it's not like it's a life or death situation. Price: It's target. Prices aren't bad at all. Yeah, sometimes Walmart has better prices, but I REFUSE to go to the one by me for the sheer fact that it's disgusting in there. Service: Meh. Some are really nice, others don't bother to look at you, and the rest are there to help but have no life in them. There used to be a woman who worked there who had big curly crunchy hair that had 90s written all over her who was always nice and accommodating, but I don't see her anymore :/ Reason I give this place 4 stars is because of how close it is to my house, Target is a bit of a weakness for me, and I love that they always have DVDs on sale =) read more

Overly crowded and poor floor set up. It looks like they stuffed a target into a small building. parking was packed. I did go the night before school started...big mistake. although it was the night before I think it still would have been overly crowded. No carts available, even hand baskets! I saw a man steal toiletries right in front of my eyes! i looked up and saw the cameras but i have no idea if they stopped him. how could they have noticed with some many people there. there was NO worker in sight that i could have alarmed and told. security was only at the front door. in times like that Target should really arm themselves with help and security. I wonder how many more people walked out the door with nice treats. I'm glad this isn't my usual target I visit. The galleria one is heaven compared to this one. read more
