Parking here was horrible. Even saw condoms on the floor as i stepped out of my car. The employees here are rude and not helpful. Found an item i wanted and had a "buy 3 get a free 10 dollar gift card" so i did just that. As i was checking out the cashier explained to me that the promotion had expired. Well then why doesnt your team remove the promotion signage? How hard is it to remove it? A "Leader on duty" was called to the register and said he would not honor it even though there was plenty of other signage that were also expired. What a way to run your store. Never again am i returning to this store. But if i decide to look at some slutty ass hood rats, ill pass by once in awhile. read more

Horrible SERVICE!!! They do not stand by their Return Policy...(They will do everything to make sure you leave satisfied... large poster at customer service). I had a receipt and the item was new, but they have an expiration date on the receipt (egh fine print)... I didn't miss it by much, and at any other large corporation, they would not worry about a $20 blouse, but Ruben the "manager" does and so does the 800#. Nothing worse to hear, "they're just going to say the same thing, no" or "you didn't buy it at this location, so I won't make an exception" or I can give you $6 for it.... egh I think I will rethink Target. Also, check the signage when shopping... always find errors... i.e 5 pk undershirts with 2 free.. always charged more... or free shirt with dress pant (shirt was ringing regular price)... Cartwheel is useful, but 5% coupons... need to bump that up to at least 10%... read more

Of all the bad experiences that I have had at this target , today was just the worst.I know you're thinking so then why do I still go there .. well I usually don't but it's the closest one to where I live and I really only come to this one if i just have a quick pickup for example dog food. I bought a bag of Blue Buffalo dog food and mistakenly got the wrong one my dog can only eat grain free because she gets sick and I didn't realize I got the original with grains. So I went to the pacoima target to do an exchange I didn't have my ID or receipt and my husband paid for it with his debit card .. so understandingly I went home to grab my drivers license , and like i said before I live really close by about 5 mins away , so I come back and at this time the store is about to close in like 10 mins and when I return to the service desk I asked them for my dog food that I wanted to exchange it for .. 10 mins ago when I was just there the first time I gave it too them to hold for me .. when I came back it was no where to be found .. first of all they asked ME to go and check the sales floor so happily I did it wasn't there .. it wasn't in the go backs.. at this point I'm getting angry because I feel they are playing games.. how did my giant bag of dog food go missing? So the team member called the GSTL over whose name was Angel and he was just so rude from the beginning he acted as if I was trying to do some type of fraud when I clearly stated I did not want any money or store credit back! I just wanted my dogs food that was equaled price!! So when I came back he was just giving me the run around saying he couldn't do anything for me it could have been bought in those five minutes I went home.. so I asked him to check on his device to see when the last one was bought .. the last time that item was bought was on the 5th today was the 7th so no it had to be in the store somewhere! AT THIS POINT I JUST DONT KNOW HOW MY GIANT BAG OF DOG COULD JUST GO MISSING!!! So I made him call his Leader On Duty who was actually very kind and tried to help me because I seriously did not want to even hear this Angel kid he was young and unprofessional and had the nastiest attitude.. I'm sorry target but you're all about customer service that is your main goal because it's what distinguishes you from other retailers such as Amazon!! But anyway at the end they did not find my dog food they made me buy a different one and the Angel kid told me " i can go to another target next time" IM SORRY BUT I ALREADY ALWAYS DO BECAUSE YOUR TARGET IS TRASH!!! It is not my fault that the best targets are in Northridge and close at 10 and unfortunately you're the ones open until 12am. It is sad that I would rather drive twice the miles to a different target to get wonderful service because this one just can't get there act together!! Forget the appearance of the store , the fact that the team always gives terrible customer service and there GSTL who is suppose to set an example is the main one who has a terrible attitude is just sad! Destination : Target I guess I'm really lucky, as I live right across from this store....but if I have time, I head over to the Porter Ranch, that Target is super awesome ( white part of town) The pro... Plenty of parking, Ultra clean since the remodel, lotsa inventory, Market area. The negatives...parking lot need more night time lighting, The market area is not a full grocery area, and tell me this, why does it seem they have three hundred employees working, yet only seem to have 2 registers open? After giving a family member a ride to her home this past weekend, we decided to stop by here because my mom wanted to see a full target (we live quite close to DTLA and only have City Targets near us). We decided to stop by and it was quite late at night - around 10:00PM. We pulled in to the GIANT parking lot and found parking quite quickly. They share the lot with a Chase bank, Payless, and Rosss. Once inside, the place was very hot. It seemed like they had cut the air conditioning and it was very gross inside. Regardless, we decided to begin looking around. Now, I don't know if it's because I'm so used to our small targets but this Target is huge. It felt like it was never ending. My mom picked up a few things and we even found a great deal on a luggage set for an upcoming trip - $89.99 for 5 pieces. The staff was great and they have quite a wide variety and inventory of everything. It just sucks that it was SOOO hot in here. They should really pump up the AC. I love this Target! Only because it's the closest Location to where I reside! Lol Granted, the customer service - well, they're kinda incompetent - from check-out to the people who are supposed to help you locate an item- I mean, man!! If ur looking for a laid back job- here it is!! It's like they hire people who live around the area- pure Hispanics. The best thing here is the hot dog vendor by the sidewalk. They never seem to have anything here...although they have gotten a little better. "Sorry we don't have any lithium batteries...but we do have 100 types of pampers." Unless u got kids, this is the spot for you. The Spanish greeting cards are good though. Their lines take forever. Avoid going there on Sunday like the plague. I got a pack of gum once there...3 were missing. The PS3 console/station serves as the local Boys and Girls Club or something...a brother can never get his game on! This Target is by my home so i go for the convenience. It is not the worst but not the best. They are starting to get more items from bigger stores which is good. Their lines, however, are always uber long and their self checkout registers suck. I have to scan every item more than once and then i eventually give up and stand in line lol Its okay but don't expect much. The parking is not the best either and only got worse since they put in a car sales lot thing in too. Worse case scenario, you park by Food 4 less in the same spot and walk a little. staff is cool though. read more

I live two blocks away from this Target but prefer driving 5-6 miles out of my way to another Target location. On various occasions, I have bought toiletries and upon arriving home, noticed they are already open (example; deodorant and bandages). The lady at the help desk gave me a hard time about returning the opened items (even with a receoipt and in less than an hour of purchasing them). Making a TargetRun with a sleepy toddler is hard enough- but having less than competent staff (cashier, supervisor and LOD) making this experience even more torturous- with their inability to scan coupons, pack items into a bag and providing unrealistic feedback (pay each item separately that had an individual coupon)-I'm sorry 20 minutes at the register trying to pay for my items, use cartwheel and leave- turned into a 45 minute ordeal- which not only wasted my time, but contributed to my frozen items turning to mush and my refrigerated items becoming warm- with an overall expectation from the Target employees to continue with my $220 cash purchase. I'm sorry- but avoid this store- maybe even Target altogether- This experience seriously has me considering becoming a Walmart shopper. read more

So as I'm at the counter speaking to the pharmacist asking if my medication can be rushed (I have a upper respiratory infection, bad cough and fever) he informed me that it'll be a hour. I ask again if there's any way to rush it and I was willing to stay at the store and wait. The women behind me starts to make very rude comments as I walked away to sit and wait for my medication, as I turned back to ask her what her problem was she threw a paper at me, at this point the pharmacist should have called a manager or security but he didn't. Instead I walked away and sat on the other side of the wall to wait for my medication ( I'm sick and I was not going to drop to that women's ghetto level) as I'm sitting and waiting I can still hear this women and the pharmacist talk about me and the antibiotics I need, stating I wasn't going to die if I didn't get them in 20 minutes then there's more laughter!!! As I was sitting there I began to call Targets main number to ask for a supervisor sudden this women comes looking for me just to keep talking and calling me out of my name. At this point I had enough of her. As I stood up she pushed me and of course I pushed her back. Not until a altercation broke out did the pharmacist call the supervisor and store security. It's a shame such low life people exist....and I'm shocked that the pharmacist has no training in HIPPA laws! He took my rights away, it is MY RIGHT TO PRIVACY!!! But he found it appropriate to talk about me! Needless to say the store did not call the police and allowed this women to walk away after she put her hands on me!! WOW!!! Came to get cat litter. The entire shelf is market 6.99. At the counter it rings up 11.49. The cashier tells manager and I go to show her and she(Cristina) says items were shelved in the wrong place... I asked if she can honor the price n she says"if we honor all wrong items we would be over writing all day!" I called customer service and after 18 minutes of holds and transfers we got disconnected. Great Store!!! And improving This Tatget store is no different than any other Target Store such as Burbank, Northridge or Santa Clarita. Particular people simply bash on business because it does not meet their high unrealistic standards which would be available parking, find what your looking for in no time and checkout to be fast. The prices are expensive, customer services not so great I have to greet the cashier since she didn't even made eye contact with me, I showed her I am educated lol. Well, it's Target. What else can I say? I love this store. Everything you could need, friendly service, the only store (grocery or otherwise) that I can find that sells frozen sweet potato fries**, quick checkout lines (usually), comfortable browsing atmosphere, great selection of books, nice clothes, good clearance items... This one was remodeled a few years ago so it has a nice look. Nonetheless, it doesn't have the grandeur of some of the recently constructed or re-modeled Targets. It has a large parking lot that can get a bit full around the holidays but otherwise there's plenty of parking. Next door is Pic'N'Save, so for certain things you can go there first and see if they have what you're looking for at a cheaper price. **About those sweet potato fries. Relatively cheap, healthy and delicious meal, snack or appetizer. I generally have a couple Target frozen sweet potato fries in my freezer at any time. You can get them at Whole Foods and a few other places, but it's cheaper at Target. I made a large dose of this spice mix: http://kalynskitchen.blogspot.com/2007/10/spicy-sweet-potatoes-fries-recipe.html and liberally sprinkle it over my fries before baking. They will burn on a metal cookie sheet, but if you like your fries with a little crunch, use a clay/terra cotta sheet and bake a little longer. (I don't know what it is.
