For this third pair, I supplied an old frame and they replaced the dark lenses. The person who fits you ("technician?") actually met me outside in the rear of the building, with a new case and paperwork, where I was waiting in a semi and made sure they still fit me and I could see, so I could keep rolling without blocking/holding up the flow of traffic!
