The doctor was wonderful--she took the time to explain everything clearly and had such a comforting, warm personality. She made my son feel completely at ease, and you could tell she was someone you could talk to about anything. When we came back to pick out his glasses, everyone was so friendly, attentive, and helpful. We have been looking for a good place to find new frames for my wife and wow did we ever find one!! My wife found ones she really liked and right away. AJ took fantastic care of her as well. We could not have asked for better service. AJ kept all of the glasses sorted out for us and kept everything in order for all the different requirements for each pair. She made great suggestions that were exactly what my wife wanted. Everything is done in house so the glasses will all be ready in much less time than we would have expected. February 19 2026 my first eyes exam with this new doctor. She was absolutely fantastic. I am not saying that to sugar coat her . She's a great listener easy to talk , understand my concern, my eyes exam was very professional, no AI no visual Dr just a real good Doctor that's still care about People's price was not expensive for eye exam plus contact with no insurance I live in Flagler County for 24 years and my only regret is I did not find this place sooner so I'm giving the Dr of 5 star for knowledge an her direct approach to my concern with my Eyes. Brought in Oakley frames (they sell Oakleys), had them do the same prescription as the last pair I bought, they said absolutely they can do that. They finished and with the new glasses I could not read up close (I'm nearsighted). Same prescription, old glasses I can read fine, new ones I can't. They tell me my prescription changed, how can my prescription be different if my old glasses with the exact same prescription work fine and the new ones with the same prescription don't? They never measured the new frames to my face either. They refunded me only 80% and said they can't match the prescription in the frames I have that THEY sell. I could pick any frame in any eye glass store and they can put my prescription in but somehow I have a magical frame that they tell me gives me presbyopia but my old glasses magically cure it. Save your money, go somewhere else, they clearly don't know what they're doing and charge you for their screw ups. read more

Very disappointed. Had exam and purchased glasses. Went to pick them up and there was not any effort to fit or adjust them...just handed them to me. Then later they refused to provide critical measurement lens data they calculated (PD) and I paid for as part of the service. At first they falsely contended that Florida law disallowed the providing of such info. There is no such law. Multiple states actually require it. Florida does not. Then they shifted to some vague "liability" concerns which was creative but not credible. However, their real reason for the refusal, which they finally admitted, was that I could use that necessary measurement data to buy cheaper glasses on-line or somewhere else at a cheaper price... in essence trying to force me to use them again for any future prescription glasses needs. Poor and unfair business practice. I emailed them recently to their customer service address expressing these same concerns but received no reply. read more

They were simply amazing! I lost my glasses on a local beach. Traveling through for a very short amount of time, I did not have a spare set but Jeremy in the lab was able to make me a new pair by the next morning and I was able to fly home as planned. They even arranged it so I could pick them up at the other office that was closer to where we were staying. They were so friendly and reasonably priced even though they rushed it for me. Best eyeglass store I have ever experienced including Chicago, NYC. Surprisingly great selection of frames and best of all, incredible service. Knowledgeable and friendly service with genuine desire for the customer to be happy with their purchase decision. Catalina was helpful and delightful to work with. Jeremy, one of the owners and who is an optician, cuts the lenses at the Palm Coast site. With Jeremy and Catalina's help, I got a pair of completely customized prescription glasses. I decided on the Silhouette brand of frameless titanium frames which are expensive but incredibly lightweight. With their consultation, I got the exact shape lenses I wanted, the shortest nosebridge that fit my needs, the finish I wanted (matte gold), and Jeremy could place the temple and nosebridge further down than the demo frames in order to align with my eyes and ears. Unbelievable customization, made possible by Jeremy personally fitting me and preparing the final lenses and assembly. They first ordered a sample demo frame of the shape and finish I wanted so that I could see if I liked it (one week). I did like it, and with further customization, I was able to pick up my new eyeglasses in a week. read more

This is a great find! Getting frustrated at my lack of eyeglasses I walked into this place to find out how much for an exam since I don't have insurance. I was happy to find out this place is affordable and had open appointments the next day. Then upon the day of my appointment I discover they actually prep the lenses in house - really blew my mind. I didn't have to wait 2 weeks! Only had to wait about 24 hours. Prices are competitive. Please give this place a try. You will be glad you did. read more

My son had the best experience ever! I couldn't find one of my insurance cards and was going to pay $49 out of pocket for the exam. The staff looked up my insurance for me and saved me $30. They worked with both of my son's insurance options, and even let me know the options to come back for contacts at a later date. His new glasses will be ready tomorrow. They have an in store lab! My glasses broke while out of town so I called and they said it was to repair my frame. I dropped off my glasses in the morning and picked them up at noon good as new. To my surprise it was no charge for the repair. I will tell all at our palm coast location that this is the place to go for eyewear. read more
