This past Saturday, I came in right before closing to order some contacts, and looked at glasses while I waited for them to pull up my prescription. Mikaela (hope I spelled this right) asked if I wanted to try some on, and helped me pick out a really cute pair of frames that I wouldn't have even thought to try on myself. She questioned why I thought I needed the evaluation. I told her at my last visit Dr Grange told me to come back and to say it was a medical appt. He said not to use my vision insurance. I am not sure what this woman's deal was, but she was not helpful, and just plain rude. It was very upsetting that she treats patients this way. Today I called to cancel the appointment as I felt very uneasy about that office. Dr Grange is a great doctor! But the staff need training on how to work with the public. I have purchased many pairs of glasses and have referred many to use your location. I will not be returning, as I know many I have sent have not been happy there as well, and expressed their dissatisfaction. There are many eye doctors all over the metro. Sometimes places need to be reminded the completion is great!

The staff was very friendly, the doctor (TeleDoc) was very professional and knowledgeable. Probably one of the faster exams that I have been through though it was thorough and accurate. I did order contacts which came in quickly and they gave me 20 days of trials to make sure the prescription was correct and didn't cause headaches. I've tried resetting charging everything and my Meta Ray bans are now in operable because he damaged something with this incorrect screw. I called the store after I realize the problem asking for help and Whitnee the store manager denied. Everything was zero help I will be escalating this with corporate. I came for an annual checkup and paid my vision copay. The doctor gave me medicine that I had an allergic reaction to. He said to stop back in to check on the reaction, which I did (about 15 minute visit). And Pearl Vision then turned around and billed my medical insurance which they are billing me a whole separate deductible for. I asked them to reconsider the charges and they refused. Dr Herbolsheimer is a wonderful eye doctor. I have been with him for years. However, Pearl Vision has lost our trust and future business.

He had two staff members working when I went and they were both super nice. I arrived a few minutes early but they took me right in. Dr. Brown is fast and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He also explained what an astigmatism is and what it does to contact lenses - something prior eye doctors had not explained to me. The prices here are also affordable for what I had to pay for what insurance did not cover. I highly recommend this place!
