The staff was very friendly, the doctor (TeleDoc) was very professional and knowledgeable. Probably one of the faster exams that I have been through though it was thorough and accurate. I did order contacts which came in quickly and they gave me 20 days of trials to make sure the prescription was correct and didn't cause headaches. The prescription he gave me didn't feel accurate at all and I don't feel like it's going to improve my vision. He had two staff members working when I went and they were both super nice. I arrived a few minutes early but they took me right in. Dr. Brown is fast and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He also explained what an astigmatism is and what it does to contact lenses - something prior eye doctors had not explained to me.
