The woman who helped me pick out my new glasses made sure they looked good on me and was very helpful explaining costs and what my insurance did/did not cover. I'm glad to have a new eye doctor!

So 2/22/24 appointment - front desk associate begins the basis eye pictures and eye pressure tests etc. He is nice and courteous but perhaps to slow because manager lady , Brandy, steps in and grabs my sons head and holds and adjusts as she says fit telling the guy to just take the picture. That Brayden my son needs to get to the doctor. Hmm,little rough,man handled and didn't ask if Ishtar was ok to do, but ok we got the job done. Next, room with the doctor. He is excellent and informative... follow that with sitting with the manager to order my son's glasses and sports goggles for baseball. 2 weeks they will be ready they say. It went a little past time but ready to pick up. Here is where it really down spirals. I show up to pick up. Took minute the front guy found my son's order. We sit to try on. The front guy does not know how to put the band only on. Sport glasses arrived half and half to show and other associate had to call manager to figure it out. While I was reading the little paper trying to find instructions. Finally on to the glasses part. My 6 yr old was so excited but glasses were not straight on his face. The other worker she tried maybe 4-5 times to fix straight on his face and told me she don't know what else to do. They kept raising up or toward the right and all she would do is level them with the table. I even stood behind her to give her the benefit of the doubt. I told her I can't believe no one here can adjust glasses. And how first impression is everything especially in school and they should know that. The female worker instructed me to just leave she can't deal with this and me any longer. I said don't raise your voice at me I want this to be a pleasant experience but I want you to know How disappointed I am spending about $1000 on glasses and being sent home crooked and told to come back when the manager is available because they are new. I drove 40 minutes to the location to receive my product and no one capable or fully trained to send us home satisfied. NEXT day closed then followed by message from the manager Brandy to call back and speak with directly. I call back then she returns my call saying that I disrespected her two employees with my tone even though I did not say a single bad word. Brandy stated I had her girl crying in tears and that the employee forgot to lock the door because of me. Manager said she watched the video and that it was then after 6 pm and they are both new and I should have just came back a different day. That it's normal not to be able to adjust glasses sometimes they even break frames. That she is not sorry and will not apologize because she doesn't like my tone and I stated to her I am not going to apologize. I did nothing wrong by stating I wanted the manager s card and informed them that I would be calling. The manager stated I was rude saying all that. The manager Brandy also stated for me to go to any eyeglass place and get them adjusted that her and the doctor are fine with me and my son never coming back. Wow Customer appreciation right there. My time my money = your job security And because I m a mom worried about my son being bullied at school with crooked frames you tell me I'm out of line find another business to fix his frames. Or that I can schedule with her the manger Brandy but I am lost for words. That manager basically told me take a hike and I plan to find another company 100%. I've had glasses and contacts over 40 years and never witnessed such care in any of exam to pickup situations as this. Worst ever and I will not step foot in there again

A couple of months ago my primary eye care center in Mariemont closed down. I was able to retain my…read moreprescription from them after I received the news. I was looking for one near my home. Whenever I shop at Walmart I pass by this place. I asked my friend that works at Walmart if she had any problems and highly recommended them. She told me the pricing is VERY reasonable. So I decided to try them out. I didn't need an appointment. I just walked in on a weekday after work. Elijah helped me both times (drop off and pickup). I already had my glasses (I ordered them online through another company) and prescription with me. The process was so fast and simple. I used a progressive lens and I upgraded to no scratch instead of plastic. I also got the lighting control due to my job. 8 hours in front of the computer. After the measurements and processing, I couldn't believe the pricing. It's much cheaper than all the other places I've been to including Lens Crafters. It only took a week. They send it to a lab for processing. Then when it's ready, they send you a text. You have to pay IN full before they send it out. When I went for pick up,, I tried the glasses on and loved it! The lens was super clear. Better than my primary glasses I currently used. I had some adjustment made on the fitting and I was good to go. I ordered a couple more frames through another site and will be coming back very soon. My Mr also wants to try them out. Currently, they don't have an optician at this location. They are still hiring. But when they do next year, I will be using this place. Btw, they have a great selection of name brand glasses and sunglasses. Pricing is definitely affordable. Don't sleep on Walmart Vision. I had an excellent experience. Elijah was down to earth and helpful.

They don't have an optometrist, yet but they're working on that, and in the meantime they're accepting prescriptions from other places. They offer a plethora of different frames and lens options to choose from to customize your experience and fit any price range. Melissa was very friendly and helpful during the entire process. I brought in three frames of my own and she helped fit them for my lenses. I opted for standard lenses with anti-glare and it was only $125 per frame ($20 processing fee for bringing in your own frames). Considering how much I've paid for frames and lenses elsewhere, I'd say I would absolutely come back here again.

I was told that there were no appointments available for that day, but if I wanted to come in and be fitted in between appointments, I could do that. I did go in that afternoon and did not have to wait long at all. I had an eye exam with Dr. Jenna Nieman. The exam was very thorough and Dr. Nieman answered all the questions that I had. When the exam was over and I was getting my receipt, Matt, an optometrist from Lens Crafters came over and asked if I needed my present glasses cleaned or adjusted, I took him up on his offer. I was very pleased with the eye exam and having my glasses adjusted. Good job everyone, thank you.

This was the polar opposite of the customer service I received at the Rookwood location. I would have completed my purchase there but they were out of stock of what I needed. Our Dr was very complete and offered an experience we haven't experienced since relocating 6 years ago to Ohio. As a result, the entire family will be coming here. I really appreciate the 1:1 contact education for my teenager who will be a new user to contacts. The instruction was delivered with encouragement, patience and understanding. Thank you! The office is very clean. The parking is across the street behind the bar/restaurant. Be careful crossing the street as there are lots of crazy drivers.

Here is my story and I tried to make it short: I did the eye exam and got my persecution in late 2016; Dr John D. LEVY did that for me and he was professional and kind. I went back to their shop recently (mid 2017) to ask if I'm able to meet the doctor and let him add the other brand of contact lenses on my prescription because I kinda like the Aucuve Oasis. Their stuff told me the doctor was no in the store currently, so form then on I went there every two weeks to buy a pair of contact lenses which MUCH EXPENSIVE THAN THE MARKET PRICE (Avira,$20/pair,you can buy 6 of them for about $20) and ask when the doctor will be back. Last week was the second month that I ask them, and Bill finally promised me to contact the Doctor, with reluctant attitude, and he said he would call me at Wednesday. I wait until then but NO ONE EVER CALLED. On Thursday I went that again to ask, Bill did't say sorry, he just gave me a piece of paper with the contact lenses brands that I want. But that was not on persecution, so I insist to make an appointment with the doctor. He said I would need to pay what ever the doctor asked to get what I need to add on my persecution, and the doctor will be back next Wednesday. I though that if I can pay a little bit more to solve my problem, why not? And finally, this Wednesday is my last time step into this stupid place. I went to their shop this noon and ask the young fellow:"Is the doctor here today?" He check the schedule and told me:" Well today is Wednesday, I'm sorry the Doctor is not here today." "But your stuff told me he'll be back today." The young fellow was a nice person so I asked nicely; "Who told you that? I need to ask him." "An older man works here." "Bill, wait a second." And he went inside to ask BILL, and I was waiting there. Just for a second I heard Bill yelling at the poor young fellow:" I won't deal with him anymore, the doctor is not here and he'll not get his persecution...xxxxx" I defiantly a little bit angry, but I also didn't put my trust in Bill. I leave my words " So you lied to me TWICE, Good job!" and left the place. It was a true story, I know I shouldn't made this personal. But the fact is, the other staff, include the young fellow, the doctor and an old lady were very nice to the customers. At least, they never make promises they can't keep. That's the bottom line of being a person, right? In fact no one wanna deal with Bill either, I went to see the doctor, who the hack care about if Bill was there or not? And what I want to say is: Even a non-christian knows: LYING IS A SIN, BILL!
