I had my eyes checked in Tucson, got glasses, and moved here to Bmore. I fell, and fractured my pinky pretty badly in October,and needed new glasses. The staff was so nice, and professional. They had the same frames I had, and my glasses were done to perfection. When I got them in Tucson, they did not have anti reflective coating, and they were supposed to.....so the nice target people did that. I have bifocals, no line.....a slight correction, and transitions....so I never need to reach for a pair of sunglasses.......they turn DARK outside. I recently noticed my fit was a bit off for how he glasses sit on my nose, and I went to have them adjusted and cleaned. Once again....quick prompt service, SO efficient and I was on my way in just a few minutes. I will be using Target optical for my annual eye exam this fall because the prices are reasonable, and the service is exceptional. read more

I LOVE Target!! It's my go-to store for life's misc. needs. Paper and pens? New watergun for the kiddies? Underwear wearing out?? Need a new pair of shorts that won't fall apart, but don't cost too much? A desk lamp? An Ipod? And-- groceries!! You maybe could do a full run here! It's surprising well stocked, and prices are good. It has very good, cheap produce; meats are cheap as well!! It's small, but for what it is it is well stocked. The only reason I don't do more shopping here is that I can often do better w/ sales and coupons at mainstream grocery stores. But- I have to admit I've found some great deals here, too. read more

This is by far one of the better Targets I've been to. It's spacious and well organized and I never feel like I can't move through the isles. And you can always find great deals here. The only complaint I have is that there is generally a line for the pharmacy. But other than that, I've here all the time! read more

I love Target and got a previous pair of glasses that lasted nearly a year from this location. My most recent pair are barely an upgrade but I paid full price, being told I should come back in 6 months to upgrade from here. $300 per glasses twice, I would rather pay $600 all at once for working glasses. Also, the optical center is lacking. The exam area is cluttered and the exam was very rushed. The woman was hosting a day care center and needed to get back to the children rather than help me with my eye exam. read more

While I am able to buy a few staples that I need from this location, I am very disappointed in the parking. The employees seem to always occupy the more convenient parking spaces. There are never any good spaces, especially when I have many bags to carry. My latest issue is when I went to buy a pregnancy test...the young, female sales associate said to me "someone's been busy!" upon seeing the test. This is extremely rude and inappropriate. I was so shocked I didn't stop to complain to management. (I'm married and over age 25 thank you very much!!) They need to instruct their employees to park on the side of the building and not say inappropriate things to the customers. I have a love-hate relationship with Target. Sometimes I get flashbacks to my not so distant retail past and can't handle the crowds, but let's be honest, even I secretly loves Target! You can find anything here! The Target in Timonium is my personal favorite in the Baltimore metro area (although the new one in Canton may give it some competition come October). It's clean, organized, you can easily find sales people, and the lines aren't too long. I also find the parking lot more manageable than other Targets in the area. I'm writing this review though because I had an especially good experience coming here to buy gifts for two baby showers. Both moms to be fortunately had Target registry and I was able to easily print out their registries and find out what items were in stock. Almost all of the items that were supposed to be in stock were actually in stock, which was a relief. The sections for cards and baby bags and tissue paper were well stocked and I found the cutest things! I was worried about checking out because I had two different registries and a pretty big order (I went a little crazy - babies are so cute!). The cashier (wish I remembered his name!) was super helpful and made the experience so easy and made sure I had gift slips and the right items were bagged together. read more

I love Target. It's a better option than the other big box store. This one is pretty clean and well stocked. This one has a cafe, so you can get yourself a light lunch or snack. It's a busy store with plenty of employees to help you check out, so you're not waiting in line too long. read more

The store is OK, one of the messier targets I have been in and every time I go in at least 2 things I go in for are out of stock... The employees are rude and I went to find a manager it took me 15 minutes to get one. I usually dont say anything but there was a spill a HUGE spill and it took them FOREVER to get it cleaned up. GROSS! I called to let them know about that and they were awful. I will drive to columbia where I have always gone before where everyone is nice rather than go here again!!!!!!! read more

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A MINUS!!!! We bought glasses here, progressive/bifocals, couldn't see out of them, take them back, Brenda, The Manager, says they are fine!!!!! We go to visionworks at the Avenue, and ask them if it's the right prescription, Visionworks notices that the bifocal is on the wrong axis, so it is vertical instead of horizonal. DUH Target OPtical, ARE YOU BLIND!!! You all must be, the person who made the glasses as well as THE MANAGER BRENDA who supposedly checked them and assured us they were right. Maybe Brenda you are more suited to fast food work. The Regional Manager says Brenda has worked in optical for 30 years, maybe it's time to take a break and get someone who actually knows about glasses. How could someone who knows so much about glasses not see the bifocal was on the wrong axis? Please tell me that! I suggest that whomever made the glasses And Brenda get new glasses, but DON'T GET THEM AT TARGET OPTICAL!! I don't want to set foot in Target for anything now!!!! read more

I greatly enjoyed being seen by Dr. Hamsa. She's kind and thorough and is just all around a super nice doctor. Appointments have always been on time and efficient. I was also helped by Brenda for fitting of glasses and billing. She is so very nice and helpful! She treated me like family. When so many things are stressful these ladies turned my day around :) Good selection of glasses that are in style and lots of sales from season to season. One of the worst Target stores I've ever visited. Selection of women's sizes in clothing is a disaster....shoddy, cheap, poorly located. Shelves weren't stocked on an early Sunday morning. Checkout clerk was abrupt and unfriendly. I'd rather go to Walmart than to this store again. read more

This is an awesome Target, however, I really want to give kudos to their Pharmacy. Recently, one of the pharmacists saved me some money because a perscription had been called in wrong and I would have ended up paying two copays. She realized the error and corrected the problem and I would have never realized the error on my own. Service like this is why I will always use this Target. read more

If I could give negative stars on the store I would. I love target! They have literally charged my card three times for the same transaction accidentally and the customer service was so suburb I didn't even care! Well that all changed here. Yvonne, an employee, is the most disrespectful, unhelpful person....the list goes on. My card would not go through because of THEIR system and she kept saying it was getting declined. Not only was she rude to us, but also our cashier, who was so nice! I called my bank and they never even saw something come through from target! It was their system, so how are we made out to be idiots. I hate to dismiss an entire store for one person, but that's how bad she made my husband and I feel. Great target! I also wanted to give credit to their pharmacy. I had my doctor begin calling prescriptions into Target after a really bad experience with the Walmart pharmacy that I'd been using previously. I have been so pleased with Target pharmacy's friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. My prescription is a lot cheaper here than at most pharmacies, but quality is not sacrificed! This particular target store is really good. The customer service is well above what I'd expect and the employees who work at this store really help you out when you have a problem. If you need to buy something really quickly this is the place to go. Target has basically everything and this particular store has great employees and customer service. It makes your shopping experience rather convenient specifically when it comes to buying some last minute items. The store is really well laid out, you can find anything you need really fast and get there in less than a minute. Even in the busiest hours of the day you can go into this store and get out in less than 5 minutes time with whatever it is you need to buy. This is how every target should be. read more

DONT BOTHER using the health clinic. They will misdiagnose you to prescribe expensive prescriptions you don't need and won't help. Be prepared to pay again when you go back still sick 1 week later! Happened to me twice in 6 months. Poor customer service read more
