HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I called in 30 min ahead to ask if a certain product was in stock. (Item# 081-22-7163) the girl that picked up assured me it was there, that they had 5 on the floor , asked if she could please check , she said " if the system says we have them on the floor , they're there". I told her I was on the way from far away she said she would have it at service . I get there and no one knows anything I asked if they had it I'll just get it myself , the guys at service with blue hair says it's on the floor I get to the isle and nothing . First time trying out the CVS pharmacy, Got in line for drop off and was told someone would be with me shortly, however after waiting for 5 minutes, I asked if I should come back, the the Rude Pharmacist stated I was completing order from a customer before you. Worst target ever! Messy, nothing in stock. Everything I need is empty shelves, long lines while 2-3 employees are standing, and when finally a target employee wants to open a stand, it doesn't work. This Target store never has anything in stock. The shelves and pegs are halfway empty or just messy. The lines to pay are always super long. No matter what time of day or day of the week the restrooms are always disgusting, seems like they clean them once a week. Customer service is also lacking... Wish I can give no stars. This place always looks ransacked and the employees here neeeeeeever want to help! Because of all that I wanted to bypass the BS here so I ordered drive up. I've done this in the past at other targets and was able to drive up after 40mins of placing my order. This time two and a half hours passed and I still didn't get a notification that my order was ready for pick up. I cancelled everything and ordered at another target. Today is my 10 year old sons 1st day out since he has been cooped up away from people due to cancer and chemo treatments. Both of us were excited to go to target to get him a lego set and me a coffee. We stood in the Starbucks line for 15 minutes with a huge line. Some random girl walks up to the line telling us to "leave" and "she has to go on break" with no name tag, no apron. I question if she even works there. Then the target manager walks over and does nothing, offered nothing to make the situation better. so we left the line. I got him a lego set and we left never to return to that target again. Thank you for making the exciting experience full of anxiety and not a good experience. I will make sure I share this terrible experience with everyone I know. My son ended up upset asking why the lady was telling us all to leave. read more

This store has been open and doing a great job at servicing the community during a pandemic. From cleaning practices to social distancing they've done a better job than expected for a business this large. Their in stocks have been better than expected as well. Bravo team Ontario. read more

The most disgusting bathroom I've ever walked into. No toilet paper, no paper towels and floor was the dirtiest thing I've ever seen. I had to asked someone for toilet paper and they handed me cleanex from their purse. Gross! read more

Big shout out to the AWESOME ANDREW in electronics!!!!! I went in early to get my sons Christmas present and his CUSTOMER SERVICE was above and beyond. I wanted to cry tears of happiness. He made sure to be fair to the customers requesting a certain item. First come, first served. I was scared because usually this is not the case with certain items around Christmas time! Let me begin with the fact my 3rd old son and I walked with his diaper bag and all eyes were on us. Come to checkout the lady pulled us aside to check our receipt, she tried telling me I didn't "scan" for something and when I proceeded to show her, she apologized for the inconvenience cause it was scanned. I don't know what kind of business you guys run, but as a single mother, I felt harassed: I had people follow me around over a simple diaper bag. Dear Target, How were you able to hire Hercules? We bought a dresser for the baby's room and needed help getting it from the shelf to the car as it was a two person lift item. I was about to use their help phone when Hercules comes by and lifts the dresser not into our cart but all the way to the front and then places it in a cart. Hercules leaves us to make our purchase. When we get done at the register an employee is there to help us and calls for help as it was heavy. By the time we get out of the store there are three employees to help lift the drawer into my car. I bring up the car to the front and just in time Hercules comes by and lifts the drawer all by himself into the car. I don't know why Hercules works at Target but thanks!!! read more

It is really bad customer service! I have diapers to return and I do have gift receipt. That return place lady just told me it's not receipt we need for returning diapers. Me and my daughters went in on 5-4-13 and got 3 drinks. The lady behind the counter was not a very happy person. She did not smile at all and did not seam to care. She did that to all the people in line ahead of us to. When we got up there and order she did not say what can I get you or anything. She just stood there and looked at us. Did every ask us what we wanted. we told her want we wanted and then just told us how much. That was all she said to us. The total. No how are you doing today, What can I get you . Nothing! I'm big on customer service and they lost mine. You want to keep people happy and have them coming back. Ask them. What can I get started for you today with a smile. If you have a bad day keep it out side the door and put a smile on your face no matter what! The only person she was nice to was someone who worked at Target. Because my fur kids spend a lot of time at the PetSmart Day Camp next door, this is one of my regular stops. It's especially convenient in the morning when i need coffee -- the Starbucks here is much faster than the Starbucks on the east side of the shopping center. This Target is one of my absolute favorites. There is always someone on the floor to help you no matter when you decide to go and shop. The shelves are always neatly organized with merchandise fully stocked. I buy my coffee from this store and they always seem to have the best sales for exactly what I need. I also recently purchased some ice cream molds for only $2.99. Parking is never an issue as they have the largest lot I have ever seen for a Target store. Anyways, I am a big fan of this Target, and I suggest a visit ASAP, if not only for those Ice cream molds :) read more

Great location. The employees are friendly, courteous and professional. They will go out of their department to assist you in finding a product. The women's lingerie section is messy and very distracting when you are looking for something 'specific ' . There is not a huge selection of work out apparel for women and often in searching for a popular item they are 'out of stock'. read more

This is our go too target, we are there A LOT. We would give them more stars, but their collectibles section is awful. They don't have a lot of sports cards, or a lot of "fan gear" aka harry potter, stranger things, or anything else people enjoy collecting. Also, their sale prices go unchanged for months. Oh, and one time my boyfriend bought some baseball cards that we had to return because someone else had opened them, put basketball cards in them and returned them. Here is some advice, check your returns more carefully! the cards are expensive, and some of them can go for WAY more than people would assume. So make sure you're not accepting a fraudulent return, then putting it out for sale. Otherwise you are pretty much selling other peoples trash. read more

OK, I know, how GENERIC of me to rate a TARGET store. But this is different. THE SERVICE!!! I have never been to a TARGET store with such customer service! EVERYONE IS SOOOO FRIENDLY and helpful here! Everytime I "run into" an employee they would either greet you or ask if you need help finding something! PLUS they are everywhere to assist you. I never had to go far to look for help. Customer service is impeccable here! I only wish I lived near here so I can make this MY Target locale!!!! Oh I forgot to mention how the shelves were stocked! THEY WERE FULL!!! I found everything I needed!!! The only bad thing I did encounter. The girl at the fitting room area. She was on the phone and it sounded like she was on the phone with a friend. She was gabbing away. This is the worse target I have ever been too! Never coming back the bathroom literally had feces and menstrual blood on the floor in one of the stalls. Another stall was overflowed with paper and toilet paper... there as only one stall that was acceptable.... I looked at the cleaning schedule and if I stand by it the last time it was cleaned was on July 7th at 1:30 and it was July 8th at 6 pm.... it never showed that the manager came in to check if it was clean either... the bathroom turned me off but I still had to shop... But that totally took away from my shopping experience... When I went to pay I told the cash register I informed her of the bathroom and she said she wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't clean because they never clean the bathrooms. She was laughing the whole time as she stated that she never uses the bathrooms their anyways... New to the area trying to pick my go to target and this one isn't the one.. I realize they are under construction, but it's still no excuse that the store looks like an aftermath of Black Friday EVERYDAY! I came here looking for a hat that was supposedly "in stock" as per the Target app. Lo and behold, several associates could not locate said hat--I mean, how could they in all that mess?! It was literally trying to find a needle in a haystack. So...I go to customer service and they tell me to order the hat through the app and that they would somehow find it. WRONG. Moments after I place the order online, I get an email saying the hat will need to be mailed to me since there is no stock at the store. Glad that I got free shipping, but doesn't change the fact that I couldn't use the 20% cartwheel offer. I called customer service and they only gave me 5% off, which is appreciated, but still lame. I don't mean to make a big deal over a couple dollars and change, but it's the principle--that I drove myself to the store to look for a specific hat because it was shown as "in stock" and because there was a coupon offer on it...and now I don't have the hat when I need it for an outing! To be "fair," over-the-phone customer service said the store could adjust the price and honor the cartwheel offer, but that's my time and gas that would exceed the value of the discount since I'd need to drive myself over to the store again to pick a bone with them. Anyway, if you are on AT&T cell service, good luck getting a signal and accessing anything in the Target app. I've purchased a few things here on separate occasions and could not take advantage of whatever cartwheel offers were available because phone would not load--and to add insult to injury, you can't take a screenshot of the coupon codes for some strange reason per Target app rules... meh. read more

This Target was in the worst condition ever. The shelves, clothes racks, and shoe department were disorganized looking like a small hurricane had blown through. Not able to find sizes at all. Seemed like they were low on stock with many empty shelves. When I used the restroom there were no seat covers, toilets were dirty and toilet paper was all over the floor. I work close by so I'll come here sometimes on my lunch. They changed their food place and you can only get certain things at certain times (if I want a pizza at 1030 I should be able to get one) and I've come before around 11:30/12 and it's closed! That's lunch hour why would your food place be closed? The other day I just decided to buy something from the store to eat for lunch and I had to wait for 15 minutes in line! They only have two registers open(they have 16 registers idk why they only have enough staff for two) and the line to the self check out was 10 deep. I only have to purchase two things but it took forever! I will admit for the post part the staff here are very friendly but the store itself needs work. read more

Rhonda is sooooo sweet! Customer service at target is pretty much non existent.. employees don't speak to you unless you ask a question. Don't get me wrong I LOVE target but I never go in expecting good service I just do my own thing and shop but Rhonda is the nicest sweetest person. There is actual customer service!
