There's like 3 registers open and the line is all the way down to the produce aisle. I go to the electronics to check out because there is a checkout available there. The guy working at the electronics is just standing (the electronics area is COMPLETELY empty, nobody is there), playing with his little skateboard, and refuses to check out my items because it's "only electronics" even though there is a sign that says "electronics OR checkout 10 items or less"... I waited 30 minutes in checkout. they have kids working, walking around doing pretty much nothing. in the future open more registers. read more

Omgosh I hate going to Target! They are always out of items I like and lines are way too long. Today I was there with 2 friends and we walked around looking at different things. We picked up a couple items each from grocery Dept. Again I will say I wanted the Asian Salad and of course they didn't have it. We went up to pay and lines were so long! Self-check was even longer so we left the items and walked out. As we waited for a friend I saw quite a few people walking out empty handed. I get upset every time I go for these 2 reasons. I'm done. I was looking for the Harry Potter movie set so I though checking out Target. I went ahead and purchased the movies for pick up because it said it was in stock. About an hour and half later I get a notification stating that they are out of stock and to check other stores. Just a little upset it took that long to tell me they didn't have the set in stock. This is a pretty nice Target and located close to the Highway and mall making it an easy stop while out. Service was nice and the lines not too bad. Clean and well stocked store, self check out available so the lines are never too long. I always like to see what they have on clearance and have found many great deals, an easy one stop shop. read more

I bought two $100 Visa gift cards and gave them as gifts, when opened we noticed that both cards are missing the 4 middle numbers of the card. I went to Target in Chino on Philadelphia St and they refused to replace the cards or refund me the $200. They gave me a ph # that was no good, I went back to the store and they gave me a ph number to their gift card dept. They told me theres nothing they can do and hung up on me. I called Visa and i have to scan my receipt, copy of the cards, my Dr Licence along with case numbers. It will take 30 days to get an answer. As for the $6 for each card I will not see it. so beware, DONT BUY GIFT CARDS AT TARGET In CHINO!!! read more

I purchased a visa prepaid gift card here for $200 and the the card was tampered with and unable to swipe. I took it back and they said they are a third party vender and couldn't help me. When I called the card services they said the card had no balance that there was a $200 purchase made at dollar tree. Currently in an investigation with card holder services. read more

BEWARE:  I have ordered on line multiple times and am fed up with getting charged $1.00 for bag fee when I use either none or one.  You have to wait 24 hours to make sure it stuck and more than once it does.  I go in and when they use to charge me the 10 cents, I made them give it to me.  NOW it is always $1.00 that stays,  not even the 10 cents anymore.   BE CAREFUL!!!!!! read more

Warning: I purchased a 50 gift card at this location and had no value loaded. I gone into a store and made 4 phone calls to Target to resolve. This process has involved being accused of using the card in Washington and on a later call was told the balance was added to another card. I have no idea what happened but after over an hour on the phone, no resolution other than to be told it was sent to the "research" team. Horrible customer service. I just downloaded the Target app & used their "Drive up " option. I work on the other side of the freeway and needed to pick up a few items . So , I placed an order online . It indicated that the order will be available within 2 hours and they will send you a notification once it's available. I got an email notification with in 1 hour . I informed the location through the app I was on my way . This feature is so way to easy to use turn on your post notification and the vehicle you will be in . I pulled up and my order was ready , I was greeted by " Jesse" he confirmed my barcode & order and I was on my way . Remember to park in the " drive up " area. This was the best idea for Target option for online shoppers for pick up . Shout out to Jesse for being helpful and making my visit quick & fast ! I'd use this " drive up " option again . Wish I can give no stars. This place always looks ransacked and the employees here neeeeeeever want to help! Because of all that I wanted to bypass the BS here so I ordered drive up. I've done this in the past at other targets and was able to drive up after 40mins of placing my order. This time two and a half hours passed and I still didn't get a notification that my order was ready for pick up. I cancelled everything and ordered at another target. Very awkward and unpleasant experience. I typically never shop at this location, I was visiting my parents and decided to stop-by. An individual, whom my partner and me determined was loss-prevention, made my shopping experience VERY uncomfortable. He was not inconspicuous whatsoever.It was very clear that he was following us for more than half the time we were there. Later we spot him,after he moved on to the next customer, being very obvious. And finally, at the register where we spent almost $200,our suspicion that he was loss-prevention was made evident as we saw him behind the customer service desk. I just returned from the last Target run I'll ever do. The store is an absolute DISASTER. Completely unacceptable, I am embarrassed for them. It's like 5 steps below WalMart standards (which we all know are not high). I addressed it with a team member and she said "Oh yeah" in agreement. Take some pride in your store. Get the merchandise off the floor and try to be at least mildly organized. Terrible, just terrible. No one should have to spend 40 minutes looking for the right size underwear. Ugh! read more

Went to this store for an order pick up after receiving an email saying my order was ready. Arrived at the store and showed my ID to customer service. The attendant said the item wasnt ready and that id have to wait. After about 10 minutes another team member came to guest services and found the item on a shelf directly behind the guest services counter. Half of the pieces to my order were missing. The team member that found the item said "oh we wanted to see if you wanted it for half price since pieces are missing." The item was two sets of two pairs. Both the bottoms were missing. Why would I want something that's functionally missing parts. If it was one set with both items, maybe but what am I going todo with two opposing pieces. Also, why would it seem acceptable to have a guest drive all the way to a store to make a decision with regards to a product that's missing pieces. I don't remember checking a box on the app for "this product or parts like it" when I added it to my cart. Thanks for wasting my gas and time target. This is why I shop Amazon. read more

Well this store was just remodeled or rearranged; I couldn't tell! If you're planning on buying all your kids toys at this Target; please don't bother, The toy section is poorly stocked. I bought few things and while my wife was in the grocery department, I ordered the rest of the toys online through amazon! I do miss not having Toys R Us! I know there are Super Targets, but I'm not comparing the regular Target store to them. I LOVE this Target, even better than the one on Foothill that's several minutes away. This location is never as crowded which is a big plus & there's a Starbucks and Pizza Hut Express, like I believe there is at the other location I live closer to the Foothill location, but I'll usually drive a little farther to go to this location. The parking's even better too. The arrangement of the store is nice & it's a joy to browse & shop here! read more

This place is a terrible place to shop especially after the "remodel". Still routinely picked over and out of stock on critical grocery items. Entire lines of product in the meat and produce section without prices or proper labeling. The items they do have leftover in produce are usually a ripoff. Like I have to pay 2 bucks for an ounce or so of carrot sticks because there are no carrot bunches. And how do you run out of jig water? And why do your cashiers tell me you don't sell water? The worst part is that items that were historically grouped together are now scattered all over the store. And there are displays of purses blocking the aisle on the way to the grocery section. Does this store have a manager? This honestly might be the worst ran store I've ever experience. Not one shopping cart in the store. Parking lot littered with them. Stock conditions are horrendous. One register open 3 days prior to Christmas. Was waiting in line for on line pickup, and literally watched employees make eye contact with trash on the floor and keep walking. I had to pick it up. Cherry on top was no LP or security at all and watched a guy walk out with a TV. Not one employee even noticed. read more

I go here a lot. And I've never had a problem in the store itself. But I went over to this Target in my car and was cleaning out my car and the security guard basically forced me to leave. Now I made over $2,700 this week before taxes so obviously I can afford to buy something at Target and I'm certainly a potential customer. But because of the attitude of the parking lot security guard I will take my business elsewhere today. Please fire your current parking lot security guards. It seems like every time I visit this location, the women's bathrooms are in a complete state of filth and neglect. One stall has excrement, ripped up toilet paper rolls and a ton of seat liners overflowing from the toilet, the next has urine all over the seat and floor, the next had a broken toilet seat that seemed perilous to sit atop, and the last, which is ultimately the one I had to use out of desperation, was not covered in human slime (yay), but was out of both rolls of toilet paper. Did I mention that none of the stalls had either rolls of toilet paper filled? That's 8 rolls all empty, plus the paper towels were out as well. I ended up using a fistful of seat liners since they were the last remaining paper product left. So when did target opt for the first-world country latrine feel for their bathrooms? It's not much incentive to shop there when I can't even relieve myself without having to wade through human waste and not even have basic accoutrements like toilet paper. read more

We were here early on a Sunday, killing time before my bf's flight. Even early in the am, the parking lot was full and there were many people walking around in the store. I can't even imagine what this store looks like when it is later in the day. If it's active and full early in the morning, I would have to be here close to noon. We love Target in general. They have quality merchandise for reasonable prices. Of course, most things you could probably find cheaper at Walmart but then you would have to shop at Walmart which isn't always desirable. Things are especially good when you have a coupon or when things are on sale. My bf is especially fond of the great prices on clearance items. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I called in 30 min ahead to ask if a certain product was in stock. (Item# 081-22-7163) the girl that picked up assured me it was there, that they had 5 on the floor , asked if she could please check , she said " if the system says we have them on the floor , they're there". I told her I was on the way from far away she said she would have it at service . I get there and no one knows anything I asked if they had it I'll just get it myself , the guys at service with blue hair says it's on the floor I get to the isle and nothing .
