This Target is really nice. The only downside is that they don't sell liquor. They sell wine but no liquor. I'm not an alcoholic or anything but I have the Shopkick app and I get points for scanning things and it wanted me to scan Kahlua and Absolut. This is the only Target I've been to that doesn't sell liquor. I don't know, I just think its odd to sell wine and beer but no liquor. Other than that this location was nicer than some that I've been to. I like their electronics section because you can see their TV display from the aisle, in the other locations you can see the TVs on the wall but they're all hidden behind displays and aisles, this place has no TV obstruction so you can actually stand back and tell the difference between them all if you were trying to make an educated decision if you were TV shopping. read more

Rhonda is sooooo sweet! Customer service at target is pretty much non existent.. employees don't speak to you unless you ask a question. I found that this Target was very clean and I got good customer service, but their selection is lacking. It has a standard layout like most of the stores and you can easily navigate thrrough the isles. I do believe this is a smaller Target because they didn't have a lot of checkout lanes. I happened to come to this Target on a whim and don't believe I will be making a habit of coming to this one. I prefer the Target on Sierra Ave because it is a bigger store with a better selection of products. They do have a couple of self checkouts, but they are always packed. I am not sure if it was the time of day I was there or not, but it took a long time for me to check out with only 3 items. The self checkout lanes were having issues so only one of them was working. Plus there were only 3 cashiers at the other lanes. Needless to say it took 15 minutes for me just to check out. read more

The store shelf's are are always empty. They are always low on stock on everything. Double check your purchases before you leave. I purchased some Pukka tea that was missing over half the pack of 20, but I didn't realize it until I got home. I immediately went back to make an exchange, but had to dig through four of the five boxes that were left on the shelf to get a full unopened box. Target very disorganized. I was already tired but became frustrated when I tried to use my gift card. The lady asked if I had already use it. Why would I try to use something I've already used. So I paid for the purchase with my debit card because I was in a hurry because I was supposed to watch my grandson. Well I accidentally left my purchase at the register. I'm sure I didn't run out of the door. But no one told me I left my stuff there. I'm halfway home and I realized I didn't have watch I purchased. I turn around and go back. The lady tells me she's old so she wanted to tell me but she can't run. Before I went back into the store I'm checking the balance on the gift card and yes there was a balance so I take my stuff to the service desk and explain the checker didn't know how to apply my gift card to my order which is why I am there now. I left my debit card in the car and I don't know what my PIN number to my red card is. I have to just get the first card I could find because I'm really late now to get my grandson. The service personnel adds the money I originally spent back to my debit or canceled that transaction and used the gift card. It seems that when people don't know what they are doing it's better said than to try to put the blame on someone else as if I did something or was trying to do something wrong. It's better to apologize for not being able to do something than to almost imply the customer was trying to commit fraud. Employees aren't as friendly bathroom is so gross and dirty, even after you tell employees when you walk in and an hour later when you walk out.. water and stuff all over floor no toilet paper, and it smells like pew from the outside, also employees always talking to each other well helping customers. I went in to price match (from amazon) some dolls that i collect and i was planning on buying about 4 of them and they told i wasn't allowed to buy so many, which i understood! and she then proceeded to tell me that i wasn't allowed to price match with amazon because the deal was "prime" which makes absolutely no sense, she said it would "discriminate" against people who can't afford it. i don't even have prime! and i've done this price match at other targets and it's gone smoothly! She honestly pulled this policy out of her a**. There were 3 registers open and each line had approximately 5-6 customers in line. Each line was moving extremely slow! My line had an issue even after receiving assistance from a Target employee. This was my first time having to wait in a line with it being short. To alleviate this, I suggest that management periodically canvass the line to ensure the flow. read more

Lately every time I go shopping at this Target store in Ontario, the lines are totally out of hand. Only one or two cashiers open at any given time. The lines are 10 to 15 people backed up. They recently added the self service registers, which I refuse to use. But even the self serve registers are a mess. I guess Target is too cheap to hire more cashiers to adequately serve their customers. I will stop shopping at this Target store until they hire more cashiers and I don't have to wait 30 minutes to pay for my metchandise...! read more

This target destroyed my girls car! Wtf! My girlfriend came here one day to buy come accessories and cleaning supplies. When she was in jewelry she shopped and no one came to help 15 mins. Finally she left to get bleach then returned and asked for assistance. Some rude ass girl comes over with an attitude and opens the case. My girl decides to buy a cheap bracelet for a charity event she was gong to. So now the girl was pissed she had to ring her up. The girl hated her job and proceeded to walk her over to a register. This chick had the worst manners while checking out and just tossing items into the bag. Including the bleach. My girl just grabbed her stuff and left after being held up from no one helping her. She puts the bags in her trunk and drives a block away to my condo. When she gets there she pops the trunk only to find the bleach cap had been broken from the girl throwing shit in the bag! Now bleach has spilled all over the back of my girls black on black 525 BMW and had ruined clothes, shoes, bags, and purses my girl takes with her back and forth grime her house to mine! So we pick up the bleach bottle bag and the lid was cracked. So we immediately head back just to find out the girl who checked us out did not log in so her name was not on the receipt as our cashier. So we get a manager who returns the bleach and gives us our money back and tells us to come back and speak with the store manager. At this point we are pissed! So I go back the next day and speak to the manager who was pretty cool and takes a report because apparently target has insurance for this stuff. So now we wait. Days go by and the insurance company finally calls and takes some info and they are shocked to find out the store never took pictures of any items and just chucked out the broken bottle! They said store policy was to investigate. In the meantime my girls Nav and Idrive go out completely in her car the next day. I check if out and bleach had seeped down the trunk into the wiring and damaged some harnesses. Now it's worse. So we take the car to 2 different mechanics to check out the car and both said the bleach had eaten through wires they needed to be replaced! Now the insurance company gets a call about these items. We send over proof just to have them drag their feet. They take weeks to get back to us meanwhile we have no radio or Nav on the car. They bounce us between adjusters while we faxed receipts and pictures of the damage. They never called back and sent out a letter and deny the claim saying Target did nothing wrong and we were stuck replacing all the shit! We are still currently fighting this as we speak and the stores manager come to find out tampered with the investigation by throwing out the bottle. We took pictures if it but still that wasn't enough! We will never shop at target and have not since this occurred! I'm taking this up the ladder even further to some execs to get this handled because we spend tons of money here just to be blown off by some corporate BS... Not gonna happen! This is probably the worst Target location I've ever been to, customer service does not exist. There was one cash register open today, and it was a long line. So they opened a 2nd cash register few minutes later but they didn't take the next in line from the 1st. It so happened that the customer being helped in the 1st has a coupon that won't work and kept holding up the line, and these Target staff won't do anything about it. A staff who seemed to be a supervisor was just looking, I told her about it but she didn't do anything. I was next in line and waiting for more than half an hour already with all my items on the register conveyor, that I decided to leave.
