I paid in full at a "discounted" price that I was offered, for a "custom" piece of furniture only for them to try & charge me more 3 weeks later! I paid the extra $121 under duress & at that point, they turned around & refused to deliver & refunded my money. I believe they finally refused it to me bc they realized that they wouldn't be able to get me to pay even more than the $121 extra they managed to gouge out of me! I reported them to Consumer Protection but they can't be held accountable legally bc they refunded my money. As a result, I will take my business elsewhere for the other furniture I need to purchase in the future & I suggest anyone reading this do the same.

Tony is a great salesman that really knows how to connect with customers and give honest opinions about quality and longevity of furniture. He also helps you navigate the Showroom according to your budget and style. I had fun speaking with him and him allowing us to have space to roam around to check sets out ourselves without trying to sell us every piece of furniture. Bob's furniture shows you the total set price and individual pieces' price which was a much better set up than neighboring furniture stores that try to convince you to buy sets than pieces for "greater savings." The furniture store while overwhelming with the amount of furniture inside had a certain organization to it that allowed you to feel the difference between quality sets and more pricey sets. It's great they offer customers hot coffee, powder creamer, several different candy, cookies, and ice cream. The bathrooms were clean inside the building as well. I definitely recommend if you want to shop without hassle and being pressured every minute. I'll update if I decide to buy any furniture so I can speak about quality vs price.

Massive. I've been a fan when my friend Pat F. mentioned At Home in Co-op City a few years ago. I'm…read morea bigger fan now that I've visited. I like HomeGoods, Home Sense and similar stores- but At Home EXCEEDS what you'd find in a typical, reasonably-priced home decor store. While nothing beats real florals- my major go-tos in the last couple of years have been faux florals I use in my home to add a touch of nature with 'moody' hues that I've been looooving for a while that bring to mind: cozy, warm and charm with their muted colors. Plus using faux florals allows me to switch up the decor in my dining room, foyer, or any other nook during the different seasons. Such as spring with vintagey-color tulips, summer with baby breaths+moody greenery, or fall with deep colors for a seasonal flair. At H. is organized into separate sections and each specialize in a particular type of product: the picture frames, outdoor plant pots- from small to jumbo, outdoor patio sets, kitchenware, etc, Floor service is nil the day I was here- but checkout with my girl Theresa was awesome! And prices, even better.

I actually got a little overwhelmed trying to decide which way to navigate the store. I'm in a typical NYC apt but OMG did this make me want to expedite the search for a house. Ill freely admit I was on a dopamine high, but I am self aware enough to know my limit and just left with a few candles, no thanks to my 21 y.o who was as excited as I was. Unfortunately, one piece was assembled incorrectly and I had to contact customer service for a replacement. They have no customer service phone number and everything is handled via email, but they were very speedy with their responses, which was appreciated. BEWARE. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!!!! SALESPERSON ANGEL MORA LIED ABOUT CREDIT CARD PROMOTION TO…read moreMAKE A SALE. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was sold a couch by Angel Mora in June 2023. I opened an Ashley furniture credit card and Angel repeatedly told me that the card was 2 years interest free, and I felt that 2 years to pay a $2000 couch was doable. I felt rushed to sign the pages and pages of paperwork and asked him one last time about the interest and he looked at me and firmly said yes, no interest, 2 years. I have since then paid off around half of the price of the couch. A couple of weeks ago, I received a $600 interest charge on my account because Angel lied. The promotion was only one year long, and there was a deferred interest charge on the SALE, not my balance. So everything I have been paying is pretty much erased because he wanted to make his sale. On top of that, the couch SUCKS. I live in a 2 person household and we are rarely home to sit on the couch for extended periods of time. There is extreme pilling on the cushions and they look way older than 1 year old. I have the 5 year worry free protection plan, but of course it doesn't cover wear of the cushions. I have called the store on a number of occasions to speak to a manager, but I am met on the phone by people who tell me "they don't know when the manager is coming in". Save yourself the stress and avoid this store, and all Ashley Furniture stores in the future.
