Love this target store. It has a large a well-maintained parking lot so parking is a breeze. I went looking for a swimsuit and was pleasantly surprised to find many to choose from. While in the store, I was able to pick up presents for my grand children as well as swing by the grocery section to get a few essentials for dinner that evening. This is a decent Target location. I live almost exactly between this one and Beechmont so it just depends on product availability and which direction I am traveling in. This location is smaller, but in turn tends to be less crowded and have more inventory that other locations are already out of. The staff always seems friendly and helpful, and everything well organized. I believe they are due for the remodel other locations have already received, and that will definitely take them up a notch. Other bonuses: There is a Starbucks in the front of the store. Order online for in store pickup is super quick. They are now a beta location for the new Target rewards program (1% back without having a redcard of any kind). read more

The Target in Milford..well..I've seen better. I came to this specific Target because the had an item that I was looking for that no other Target in the area had in stock. So I was happy about that. Once inside..I mean, it's a lot like your average Target. One of the same three set-ups that most Targets share. The only reason for the less than average experience I had here had to do with the service. I had a tricky time finding what I was looking for..to the point that I almost gave up..and there were no employees anywhere to help me locate my item. It was like a ghost town. It was a Wednesday late morning, so obviously they're not going to staff a lot of people..but there was just no one at all that I could find to help. I did eventually locate my item..and then the less than average experience continued at the registers. They either didn't have a self check out option, or they weren't in service at the moment..whichever it was, they weren't an option. So I had to wait in line to have some ring me up. There was one register open. There were maybe two customers in front of me, and it just took forever to get through that line. There was no sense of urgency to the person running the register. She was taking her grand old time. Eventually a line started forming behind me, and they decided to open up another register. They called a couple of the customers over that were behind me, leaving me in this line that wasn't moving. They all completed their purchases and were on their way..while I was still waiting. I wasn't in a hurry or anything, if I was I would've been even more annoyed. I eventually got through..and the employee didn't offer any kind of apology for the wait at all. Didn't phase them that I had been in line for almost 20 minutes. Nothing. So, yeah, no need to go to this Target when there are so many others nearby that are at least average. Oh well. read more

Target is target. I like this one located by the movie theatre because it rarely is crowded. Nice food cafe. Look at the giant chick for 15 bucks. Large Starbucks and clean store. Target took the Kohls approach by giving gift cards for purchases so you have to come back like kohls cash. Red card gives you 5 percent off. App which features cartwheel has great deals and coupons. read more

It's Target. As long as pay cash you should be alright here! :) Nothing really sets this store apart from the others. The Starbucks looks like a dark night club hidden off in the corner by the entrance. It seems like most Target/Starbucks have windows in them, but not this one. read more

I just had the most pleasant experience at Target with the associate Crystal. She helped me find the exact socks I needed. She was like a paid personal shopper for me since I have fibromyalgia and congestive heart failure, it's hard for me to get around. She stopped stocking her socks and helped me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I wanted to thank her for all the help and respect she gave me. I wish more people were like her. read more

This was my first time and probably last time I will stop into this location to shop. There was not much merchandise in the departments and almost looked like they were closing. Once I finished my shopping experience there was one check out line open with at least ten people in line. An employee told me I can get in line if I am ready to check out. I was shocked that around lunch time during the week they had one register open and no self check out registers in the store. As I had walked through various departments in the store there were numerous employees in the departments, especially in women's clothing and lingerie. This should have been a time where employees were pulled to the register for customer service. I now will need to find my items on www.target.com or other websites since I was unable to spend my entire lunch break waiting on one line at Target. Hopefully this doesn't continue for other customers. read more

Most Targets are the same clean, bright with a friendly staff. The reason I docked this one a star is that it does not have much of a food section and other Target stores in the area do. One the plus side this seems to be a less busy store so if there's a popular item out at other stores and you're willing to make the drive, consider this store. read more

I wouldn't give this store even one star. Called about an on sale iPhone deal at 11 am and was told it didn't matter which cell phone carrier you had you can still get the deal. Waited 3 hours in line after driving an hour to get there and then told that if you have AT&T that you have to pay an additional $25 a month for 24 months making the cost of the phone $850. When we explained this to the manager Rhonda that we were told different by her customer service agent on the phone and that we wasted 4 hours with the drive time and waiting in line she really didn't care and gave us a half hearted sorry and blamed it on AT&T and the mobile division of target. Thanks Rhonda for your inability to manage your store and train your staff and then blame others for your shortcomings. Target will be the last store I think about shopping in from this point on. read more

Great target store always clean a stocked well and this store never seems to be too busy. Recently added a grocery section that is nice and has lots of items, it's nice when you only need a few things and don't want to go to the grocery. Cashiers are usually fast and always friendly, I'll go here any day over Walmart. read more

Deceptive pricing Ad in store says buy one picture frame and get one. Am I wrong this should mean buy one get one free. Not according to the smartmouth girl at the checkout. She says the sign is not complete it does not say free. Also another sign says Temporary price mark down take an additional 30% off all threshole frames. Not according to her, I even ask the young polite man in the frame section to scan the frames and it came up $29.99 less 30% and one for free. But the girl at the counter was not going to give it to me. She wanted $47.00 This is a young girl that needs to be working somewhere else read more

The cashier that checked me out was rude and refused to respond to my questions regarding why she was treating me this way. She wouldn't even tell me where the office was when I asked her. I finally found the manager who told me she would speak to the cashier. If not for the politeness of the manager, I would only have given the store one star. read more

Their clothing departments have everything for every family member, featuring the latest styles and good ole favorites too! Prices are very competitive, and usually much less than other department stores. But the BIGGEST REASON FOR FIVE STARS IS THE WORKERS! Today, I went to Target for swimwear, and for a particular, obscure battery for my garage door opener. I quickly found the swimwear, but, okay, so I'm old, and like OMG, was totally clueless about batteries. A super-nice young man in the electronics dept. named Josh, took the garage door opener apart, removed the battery, found the battery I needed, and put the new battery into my device for me!
