They are fairly new (I believe they've been opened for a year), but have a lot to offer. Their prices are set by 3 prices (for used records). -Red stickers are $5.00 -Yellow stickers are $10.00 -Green stickers are $15.00 Some are priced individually if they don't have colored stickers. Which is very reasonable. They have .50 cent and $3.00 bins on the bottom of the shelves which are in fairly good condition and nice selection. Left with a ton of $3.00 finds! The store itself is very organized, categorized, not cluttered and overstocked. Easy to maneuver and get around. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. They don't have a listening station but willing to play a record if you want to test it out. They do sell used stereo equipment, CDs, cassettes, Newly pressed Vinyls, new record players, accessories, and T-shirt's with their logo. I'm so glad we stopped by. Crate digging was so much fun and left with a lot of great vinyls. Can't wait to go back!

We stopped in recently while in the area and browsed for a while. My husband found a cool album to take home while I browsed the vintage clothes in the back corner. It may be small but you will be surprise with the selections of music. Everything was categorized and easy to find. Jazz, Rock, R&B Soul, Soundtrack, Rarities, etc. I would rather go to a record shop that is not too huge. It can be overwhelming and overkill when there is way too much. My boyfriend and I found quite a few old school vinyls for reasonable price. There was even one soundtrack I was shocked to find and it was only $5.95! Definitely made my day. Besides vinyls they sell T-shirts and even turntables. They even have a listening station. The owner was very friendly on giving me tips on finding some good speakers for my new turntable I got for Christmas. I was pleased with MetaModern Music and can't wait to go back to purchase more vinyls!

It's a pretty small store overall, but the selection they pack into this small space is incredibly impressive. So many great and obscure records to choose from. Pricing is very reasonable..some used stuff for a couple bucks..new stuff for honestly lower prices than I've seen at any other record store in the area. The guy that runs the place is cool too.
